This is not the first time I had this problem with Mtubatuba debonairs pizza store and the reason for this complain is when I tried to call in store to ask what is happenning with the order since it is in Complete, the person who took out the call it was a lady, she said they are sorry and took my number and said we will whatapp you so that you will show us the pictures of your order then no one did that now I have to sleep with an empty stamach will they did recieve the payment for this order and we can't even eat it.

Claimed loss: They took the payment we can't even try to buy another fast food since we loss this R400 in one day

Desired outcome: please refund me since i won't be able to come and take another order, i will be at work they time you guys open the store
