Days Inn - unethical behavior and signs of racism

December 24, 2018, room 146 housing keeping came into my room and trashed a lot of my personal belonging. Contact lens, things for my hair, stole some of my wine and pain killers. They also trashed my 4 breakfast vouchers and no one offered to replace anything. When reported they sent me in circles from one person to the next like they really didn't want to be bothered. When asked for an explanation the manager Laura said the house keeper thought we left for good. My bags were still in the room and clothes were still hanging, we booked from December 22-26th so I confused in why she decided to lie. I am claiming that it had something to do with race because we have been sent in circles about everything we ask the front desk but our one and only time eating breakfast we saw how they were just giving food away to "other" people but was told we had to have a voucher. From the beginning we have been treated horrible, we are in a room with no heat so after a few hours and lies about it needing time to heat up and after us complaining more they "found" a space heater. I would like a refund because most of my Christmas Vacation I was cold and disrespected, I wasted money here and would have rather got my money back the first night and tried to find a different place that I am actually welcome.
