On August 19/26 I checked in and was served by a young plesant man and a young lady named Hiral. The man is a new employee. I've been staying at Days Inn for the past 15 years for business, pleasure and medical. The young man was doing his best and I observed that Hiral was talking down to him and this made me feel uncomfortable as he did his best to check me in.
Then again today, I was in a meeting on my phone. The room phone rang and my daughter, who is my escort, answered it. When I was on the phone my daughter tried my attention because Hiral said on the phone that check out was at 11 and our room was not extended. Then she said she needs me to call her back and we only have 10 minutes. Hiral repeated we have ten minutes four times, my daughter told her we have an extension for two days and Hiral said, "no! you dont have room extension and you have to check out, she demanded she speak to me and that I would have to answer the phone, After I finished my phone meeting I went to see the worker and I was upset because my daughter has extreme anxiety and had a hard time to answer Hiral's call. Hiral told me not to raise my voice and denied everything I said. NIHB didn't forward the extension of my hotel room but I did ask the young man the first day if there were availability and he said there was so I assumed he extended my room and I assumed NIHB sent the paperwork. Hiral confirmed she didn't have it. I told Hiral she should be kind if she wants to work with the public.
Desired outcome: That Hiral be courteous and not have a bullying mentality and that this treatment we received, does not happen to any other guest.
