I ordered a dress that cost of $600 online, the website says it was in stock and ready to ship and I would get the dress the following week. Delivery date came and went, no updates. I connected with their online chat 3 times and someone kept saying they would check on it and get back to me. Finally the 4th person told me their manufacturer was running late and was probably going to cancel my order but since it was not a direct david's bridal dress they could not cancel it? What? They charged my credit card and had no problem with that, finally after an entire day wasted my amex opened a claim and I got a refund. Beware.

Classic bait-and-switch — they took your money without having the product. You did the right thing with Amex. Warn others, never shop there again.
