Punchbowl Plan your next event like a professional!

Coming across Punchbowl was a happy accident! I was planning my annual Ugly Sweater Christmas party with the largest guest list I've ever had (30 people). Trying to gather everyone's address, mailing, etc was ridiculous in today's digital age! With Punchbowl, all I needed was their phone number and everything from beginning to end was taken care of from there! There's a way to track your RSVP's to get a good head count, people can log their potluck items for others to see, you are able to send out reminder messages - all in one place! You can even send a thank you card at the end! (Really made me look good too!) This is truly the only way to go when hosting events! I'll definitely be using Punchbowl again!

Punchbowl The future of event planning has arrived!

The days of contacting people who haven't RSVP'D because they put their invite to the side and forgot about it are long gone with the Punchbowl app! You can make custom invitations send them out with 1 click and within a no time you can start planning your event as the responses are tracked and people respond as soon as they open the invitation. This is a convenience that anyone who has struggled in trying to organize an event without any idea of how many attendees they need to prepare for has been long overdue. It really leaves no room for excuses to not respond and cuts the stress in half. The future of event planning has arrived and I have nothing but good things to say about it and think you'll feel the same!

Punchbowl Quick, simple and easy!

I used Punchbowl to make invitations for my sister's surprise party and it was amazing! Quick to find what I needed, simple to navigate with awesome samples to guide you around the site and super easy to set up and send! What I really loved was that Punchbowl sent a reminder to everyone about the party a few days before AND I received an email about sending everyone a thank you note the day after(which I did!). I even got an email letting me know when the person saw the thank you note and showed me the replies as well! I can't thank you guys enough for such a wonderful website! I recommend it to everyone! The party guests were very impressed by it too and are already planning on using Punchbowl as well for their future events! Thanks again! :)

Punchbowl Super easy to use!

I needed to plan a zoom baby shower and needed a way to send invites that weren't just the standard, boring email. I found Punchbowl and for a super cheap, monthly subscription fee they made it super easy and really fun to pick and customize my baby shower e-vites. Then all I had to do was enter recipient emails and then send them. It's very intuitive and user friendly. I got responses when the recipients rsvp'd and I was also able to send add'l comments/info to them along the way. I could access my party both online and through their app. Recipients also got an automatic reminder two days before the party. Right after the party Punchbowl sent me an email giving me the option to send out thank you's! I was able customize a cute e-thank you card and send those out. I will totally use Punchbowl again in the future!

Punchbowl Birthday parties!

I have used Punchbowl for several years to plan my daughter's birthday parties. I love it! It is so easy to use. The invitations are bright and colourful and every theme you could imagine! Since I have used them before, I can save the contact details so it is easy to click on the guests who I invite every year without having to enter their contact details each time. I like how I can see who has viewed the invitation and immediately see who has RSVPed. I can even send out messages on what guest should bring with them! I can also send out an automatic reminder two days before each party. You can follow up by uploading pictures of the party or send thank you cards for attending. I highly recommend Punchbowl for all your parties... from birthdays to backyard movie nights! I just downloaded the App and it was easy and convenient to use. I would give them 5 stars!

Punchbowl Punchbowl Review: Hidden Fees and Restrictions Masked Behind a "Free" Promise

The thing about Punchbowl is that they claim to be FREE, but surprise, surprise, they'll end up shaking you down for a full year lump sum subscription fee of $50+. If you're an unlucky soul who doesn't want a McDONALDS AD interrupting your message, then you'll have to cough up even more dough. And heaven forbid if you're sending out a solemn message of condolences - that will end up costing you a pretty penny indeed.

But that's not all, folks. This website may be advertised in Canada, but don't be fooled. Most of their gift cards are only valid in the US of A. So if you have a friend up north who you were hoping to send a thoughtful Christmas present to, forget about it. You'll just end up throwing your money down the toilet, eh?

Honestly, it's no wonder that Punchbowl's customer service reps are drowning in complaints. It's high time these guys started being more transparent with their costs and stopped misleading and omitting important details. It's just not cool.

Punchbowl Punchbowl Review: The Perfect Solution for Easy Invites and Beautiful Cards!

This website is so amazing, I can’t even believe it. I’m not one for technological stuff, but Punchbowl really got me loving it. I was sent an invite to an event through the website, and wow, was I surprised by how beautiful it was. I didn’t even know something like that could be done online. The best part, though, is how easy it is. RSVPing to the event was like a walk in the park, but with more fun, of course. I didn’t have to bother with buying RSVP cards and sending them back. That’s so old school.

You know, I’m not sure what else I can say about Punchbowl, except that it’s just a fantastic website. For instance, ever since I started using it, I’ve been able to send birthday cards to my family and friends like never before. They look so beautiful, and it’s so easy to use. Once someone reads a card, I get a message telling me they did. I mean, how awesome is that? Even more amazing, the people who receive the cards can send me a message thanking me. It’s like I’m famous or something.

I’m just so grateful for how it’s helping me save money too. I used to buy cards all the time and send them through the post, but Punchbowl is a much better way to do it. Not only do they have gorgeous cards, but I can write whatever I want on them too. It’s the perfect solution for me. Honestly, I don’t know what I’d do without it now. It’s simply the best.

Punchbowl Punchbowl: Shady Advertising and Tricky Cancellation Policies

I gotta say, this website Punchbowl totally got me. I was all excited to create some super cool invitations for my upcoming event and then BAM, paywall hits me right in the face! I mean come on, they advertised "free online invitations" but what they really meant was "free for only a week and then you gotta pay up". It's a total bait and switch move and it's kinda shady if ya ask me.

But here's the thing, I'm not one to be fooled twice. I'm definitely canceling my account after I get all my RSVP's, that's for sure. The thing is though, I have a feeling it's not gonna be easy. The website makes it real tricky to cancel and they even try to convince you to stay by offering a cheaper yearly plan instead of a monthly one. It's kinda slimy, if ya know what I mean.

Honestly, if Punchbowl just advertised the price from the start and didn't try to hide it until the very last second, I would have been cool with it. But no, they gotta play it sneaky and try to trick people into spending more money than they need to. It's not a good look, Punchbowl, not a good look at all.

All in all, if you want to use Punchbowl, just be prepared to pay up after the first week. And if you don't want to be locked into a yearly plan, make sure to read the fine print and choose the monthly option instead. It's a decent website, but the shadiness just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Punchbowl Punchbowl Took the Stress Out of Event Planning - A Game Changer for Busy Hosts!

Punchbowl was legit amazing for taking care of all the "heavy lifting" for my large gathering. It was nearly impossible to keep track of what everyone was bringing and figure out how many dishes of each type were needed - but Punchbowl had my back. It was totally automated when it came to responding to attendees and figuring out the headcount, which was super helpful considering how busy my work days were. I could just check on the status of my event in the evenings and not stress about anything.

I hosted an event for my club's president and he was totally blown away by Punchbowl. He couldn't believe he never heard of it before. That made me feel like I was in on some secret club of event planning geniuses or something.

What really sealed the deal for me was when Punchbowl asked if I wanted to send thank yous to the attendees. Normally I wouldn't even think about that, but the stylish templates and my list being ready to go made it super easy. It was honestly a blast customizing my thank yous, and the two minutes it took me to do it ended up being way worth it. Almost everyone responded to me after I sent out the thank yous, which was honestly kind of mind blowing.

I've hosted a boatload of large events in the past and I can say wholeheartedly that I won't be hosting another one without Punchbowl. It saves so much time and headspace.

Punchbowl Punchbowl Review: Overpriced, Ad-ridden App with Malfunctions and Shady Renewal Process

Well, let me tell you about my experience with Punchbowl. I made the mistake of splurging on the fancy version, but it turns out that it was in American dollars, and I’m Canadian, so it ended up being waaay too expensive (over $60!). To make matters worse, the app is riddled with ads, and it’s always bugging me to send gift cards. I mean, come on! I can make my own e-cards on my computer without all these issues. And did I mention that the app malfunctions sometimes? Not worth the price tag at all, folks! BEWARE!

To add insult to injury, I tried to cancel my subscription via iTunes, but even though my renewal was up on the 5th, they charged my credit card on the same day! It’s so strange because the charge showed up on my credit card, but there was no record of it in the iTunes Store account information. What’s up with that, Punchbowl? Did you try to pull a fast one on me? Now I have to go through the hassle of proving that Punchbowl charged me by mistake. It’s so frustrating because I’m already out $61.28, and it’s right before Christmas! Bah Humbug!

Anyway, moral of the story: avoid Punchbowl at all costs. You don’t want to end up like me, feeling ripped off and scammed. Save yourself the headache and just make your e-cards the old-fashioned way.

Punchbowl PunchBowl: Deceptive Tactics and Hidden Costs for E-Invites

I chose PunchBowl to send out invitations for my party since I felt their invite was just a TAD cuter than Evite's. But let me tell you, it was a BAD move. I went through the entire process and when it was time to send, there was no free option available. Like what the heck? It's either you pay monthly or yearly. So I went with the monthly option to the tune of around 10 bucks (that's a lot of cash just to send an e-invite). I knew I could cancel it after my party but it still ticked me off that I had to spend 20 bucks for something that should be free.

That wasn't even my only mistake. It seems that Punchbowl doesn't take kindly to editing email addresses once you've sent the invite. My dear ol' mom sent a few incorrect email addresses, and so I had to delete and resend the invite. But doing that pushed me over 50 guests (even if I deleted it, it still counted!) and now Punchbowl wants me to pay 25 bucks A MONTH for my e-invites. I mean, seriously? Is that what it's come down to? It's just downright sneaky how they get you to pay more.

Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper. I'll be warning all my friends and family not to use Punchbowl. This is my first time using this site, and I usually use online invite sites about 3-4 times a year. I'll be canceling my membership just as soon as this party's over. I'm super disappointed in Punchbowl and their tactics.

Punchbowl Sending Love in Quarantine: My Review of Punchbowl's Card Options and Customer Service

I gotta say, Punchbowl's website is pretty cool. Especially with all this quarantine business going on, I can still send cards to my homies and fam without having to leave the crib. It's a great way to let them know I'm thinking about them and offer some encouragement during these crazy times.

I've tried a few other websites, but Punchbowl's card and invitation options are definitely the best. They look professional and just have a lot more variety. Plus, I've sent them to a bunch of folks and they all said it touched their heart (awww).

Now, I gotta admit that after you've sent a certain number of free cards, they make you sign up and pay. But hey, it's only $2.99 a month for the basic account, which is way cheaper than a card from Hallmark. I mean, you could go to the store and buy a card for less than $2.99, but it wouldn't be personalized and you'd only get one. With Punchbowl, you can send several cards every month for the same price.

I guess they still have ads on the site, but I'm cool with that. I mean, they gotta make money somehow, right? And if it bothers you, they've got an option to sign up for a monthly membership and avoid the ads altogether.

Oh, and one more thing - their customer service is on point. I had a question and they responded to my email immediately and handled my issue super fast. So yeah, big props to Punchbowl for that.

Overall, I'd say this website is totally worth it if you wanna send some love to your peeps without having to go out in the plague. Keep it up, Punchbowl!

Punchbowl Punchbowl: The Ultimate Invitation and Card Service

Man, I was super ticked at first when I found out that Punchbowl wasn't as free as I thought it would be. But after weighing the cost, I gotta say I am completely satisfied with the decision to pay.

I've tried a ton of other invitation and card services, both free and paid, and nothing hits like Punchbowl. You can customize the heck out of everything, and there's options for unlimited free cards, reminders galore to keep you on top of your game, and one heck of a guest list tool. And if you want to throw down some more dough, you can get your own photos uploaded, too.

But it ain't just looks that matter! The user interface is as simple as it gets, and they give you a ton of info to help you track who's seen your invite/card, who's RSVPed, and who's playing it safe with maybe. Eventbrite? Buh-bye.

The cherry on top? Customer service that actually cares. If I had a question, I'd get a friendly and totally legit response within a day. It's not like I was dealing with some robot.

Honestly, in my first 30 days, I used Punchbowl for a business meeting, a personal shout-out to my bosses, and a social gathering, and they all went off without a hitch. I can't wait to send out Christmas cards and invites!

Think about it. When was the last time you sat down to write a letter? Email is king these days, and it's more efficient than sending everything through snail mail.

If you compare how much you'd spend on cards and postage IRL, Punchbowl is a straight-up bargain. The cards and invites are just plain fun- you can do whatever you want- and they stick in people's minds.

I'M HIGH KEY RECOMMENDING THIS SITE TO ANYONE WHO READS THIS. Don't be surprised if I'm using Punchbowl for years to come.

Sincerely,
Corinne B

Punchbowl PunchBowl: The Ultimate Destination for Personalized and Animated Cards with Pizzazz!

So, I have to tell you guys about this place called PunchBowl. I found it while Googling for some free cards to send out to my buds. I had to congratulate one of them, and I hit jackpot with this website.
PunchBowl beats all the other free ecard websites. I mean, for starters, the way the cards are animated is simply out of this world. With just the click of the mouse, the envelope showing the stamp moves to the screen's corner, which is so cool! And then, after two blinks of an eye, the card opens up, complete with the personalized message. Woah!
This is what I call a card with pizzazz, so tasteful with the designs, messages and matching envelopes. (None of that cheap stuff that looks like it came from a vending machine!) And what's better, is that I can even add a gift card, and Amazon is one of the shops on offer. Yes!
I am not really into signing up for free trials, but I had to kick it up an extra notch for the card that I loved and wanted to send out. I am even thinking of keeping the trial period going for a few more months, now that I'm reflecting on why signing up will be super awesome.
First of all, they sent me a really cool card for joining. It's been a minute since I got a piece of snail mail that was actually cool. And secondly, I feel like I could use a platform like PunchBowl to stay connected to my family and friends, especially with the pandemic still lurking around.
And finally, what really takes the cake is that the prices are really reasonable, and they offer various plans to pick from. You never feel obliged to choose the highest subscription.
Stay safe out there, and don't forget to stay cool. Peace!

Punchbowl Mixed Feelings: Punchbowl's Birthday Calendar a Win, but Bad Customer Service

So, I wanted to try Punchbowl out and see if it's worth my time, especially for birthday calendar and birthday card needs. They do offer a free trial version, and that grabbed my attention. After trying the free version, I must say that I have mixed feelings about the platform.

First off, the birthday calendar feature works like a charm. It's super easy to use and manage, and it's definitely handy to have. Another thing that's worth mentioning is the ability to purchase online gift certificates that you can send alongside a birthday card. That's a great addition to the platform, and it makes sending a birthday present even more convenient.

However, my experience with their customer service was abysmal. And I'm not exaggerating when I say that. Their customer service staff left me feeling like I was talking to robots that lacked common human empathy. It's a mess. Here's what happened:

So, the company has a policy for free accounts - you're limited to 10 cards per month. That's a fair deal, and I was happy to try out their product and then pay for the subscription. Unfortunately, I was only able to send 8 cards in May and 6 cards in June. When I contacted Punchbowl's customer service, they not only didn't help me with their company's card policy miscount but they also straight-up lied to me about it.

I complained twice about the lower card limits, and both times, the Punchbowl customer service representatives told me that I had created and sent cards that don't exist. And let me be clear - it's not difficult to keep track of your activity on their simple user interface. You can easily see the cards you've sent and when you sent them. But Punchbowl's customer service staff still made up cards that weren't on my list. It's as if they were gaslighting me. They said, "Oh, you sent 'x' on 'yz' date. That's why you can't use our service for the rest of the month."

And here's the real kicker: they didn't help me with my inquiry at all. On the contrary, they lied about why they couldn't help me, twice. To add insult to injury, they even offered me a discount code to purchase a subscription. Are you kidding me? After experiencing such terrible service, there's no way I'm paying for subscription with them. That's something they need to work on and take seriously.

I ended up canceling my Punchbowl subscription because of their lackluster service. It is what it is. In the end, I'm now using and paying monthly for Hallmark. They came highly recommended by my friends, so I switched over to them instead. It's a pity, really, because Punchbowl had the potential to be great.

Punchbowl Stay Away from Punchbowl: Poor Customer Service and Unfair Refund Policies

I had a pretty bad experience with Punchbowl. I signed up for the free trial and wanted to explore all their e-card options, but unfortunately, I missed the cancellation deadline. I was charged $80+ for a subscription I couldn't use, and I was in no position to afford it. To add to my troubles, I was going through tough times - my young child was in a wheelchair with a broken foot, and I had severe financial and personal issues to deal with.

When I reached out to Punchbowl for a refund, I was disappointed by their response. I requested a partial refund, but they said it was not possible. They informed me that there was a 30-day window where I could have requested a refund. But the catch was - I had canceled my subscription immediately after the charge, and nothing in their terms had said anything about the 30-day refund window. I read all of that carefully, and it was not mentioned anywhere.

My emotions were running high, and I felt cheated. Who in their right mind would pay $80+ for an e-card? It felt like I was robbed. I could not comprehend how a company would charge its customers who only used them once, and that too unwillingly, and then deny their request for a refund.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Punchbowl. They are not worth giving your business to, and their poor customer service and policies make them a company to stay away from.

Punchbowl Punchbowl.com Review: Limited Cards and Misleading Signup Process - Not Worth the Money

For those who are considering punchbowl.com to send their ecards, let me share my experience. First and foremost, the annual membership fee for the lowest level is $35.88, which might seem reasonable. However, please take note that this level only allows sending a mere 10 cards per month. Frankly, it is not a big deal because the selection of cards available is very limited. Trust me, it will be a big challenge to find even 10 acceptable cards to send.

After browsing through the not-so-wide array of cards, I finally found one that suits my needs. The next step is to customize the card and add a little personal touch to it. Though the customization options are not terrible, they offer a glimmer of hope to an otherwise dismal experience. Sadly, that hope was short-lived. I finished adding my personal touches and felt quite pleased with the outcome. But lo and behold, when I tried to schedule the card for sending at a later date, I realized that this feature is only available if I upgrade my membership to the next level. And, of course, the cost of that upgrade is another $12. Honestly, I felt a bit ripped off at that point.

All in all, punchbowl.com did not meet my expectations. It was not worth my money - not even a penny of it. There are other ecard websites available that offer better quality at a lower price. It's not just that the card selection is bad and the customization options are subpar, but even the signup process is quite misleading. Be careful when signing up, as it can be quite confusing and misleading.

So, to sum it up, I don’t recommend trying out punchbowl.com. Save yourself the hassle and choose another website that offers better quality services.

Punchbowl Punchbowl Review: A Designed Well Site But Unnecessarily Hard to Use and Requires Subscription

So I was making my card on Punchbowl, thinking I'll show everyone how it's done. I carefully picked out the design, the font, and even added my own personal touch. Just when I was about to hit send, it asked me to make an account. I did it, cause you know, I'm a good sport.

But then, to my surprise, my card was nowhere to be found. All that work for nothing. I mean, come on, Punchbowl, couldn't you have saved my card before asking me to make an account? That's just plain mean.

So, like any other determined individual, I went back to the start and recreated my masterpiece. Finally, I was ready to send it out to my friends and family. But then, it asked me to start their free trial or buy a subscription package. I don't know about you, but I'm not a fan of surprises, especially when it comes to money.

I did a little digging and found out that even some of their subscription packages don't remove advertising. I mean, isn't that the whole point of paying for something? To get rid of the annoying ads? And to make matters worse, Punchbowl requires you to make an account to use their services. What's up with that, Punchbowl?

Overall, I'm giving Punchbowl two stars because their site was designed well. But the whole account and subscription thing just rubs me the wrong way. It's like they want you to pay for the privilege of being annoyed by their ads. Well, I'm not falling for it again. Maybe I'll just use tempmail next time.

Punchbowl Stay Away from Punchbowl: Shady Business Practices and Terrible Customer Service!

I gotta say, I had a bad experience with Punchbowl the other day. I was looking for a way to send out some sweet birthday invites for my little girl's upcoming party and thought "hey, why not use one of them fancy online invitation sites?" It seemed like the perfect solution - easy, cheap, and convenient. But boy was I wrong!

After signing up for what I thought was a one-time deal, they went and charged me a whopping $98.55! I couldn't believe it! I never signed up for an annual membership or anything like that - I'm just a regular mom trying to throw a party for my kid. Why do I need some fancy subscription service?

To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service to complain, they basically just told me "tough luck." They said it was my responsibility to cancel the membership, even though I never even knew I had one in the first place! It's like they're trying to trick you into paying more money so they can make a quick buck at your expense.

Needless to say, I won't be using Punchbowl again anytime soon. And I'll be sure to tell all my mommy friends about my terrible experience. Don't waste your time or money on this shady company, folks!

Punchbowl Punchbowl Review: Overcharged, Can't Access Account, Poor Customer Support

So me and my better half used Punchbowl to make some invites for our son's graduation party - gotta say, the designs did turn out pretty good! But listen to this - I was expecting to get hit with a charge to send the invites without ads, which I'm cool with, you know - but boy was I surprised when they ended up charging me $83 instead of the $30 I was expecting! And to make matters worse, I can't even log back in to my account to see if anyone RSVP'd to the party. Every time I try, it says the email the payment receipt was sent to ain't even a real account. Huh?! I tried calling customer support too, but all I got was some voicemail saying I gotta email them at ***@punchbowl.com if I want any help. Like, seriously? When am I gonna hear back from them, in 100 years? And what's more, I seen other people online saying they can't even cancel their subscriptions and they keep getting charged over and over again. What a headache, man. Do yourself a solid and just steer clear of this mess. I sure wish I had found some reviews before I went and got myself scammed by these guys.

Punchbowl Punchbowl's Deceptive Advertising: Review of Hidden Fees for Invites

You know what's a total bummer? Punchbowl. I was looking for a way to send invites for a party I was throwing and came across their site. They advertise that you can make and send free invites the whole way through. And let me tell you, I put some real time and effort into my invites. I was proud of them, you know?

But then, out of nowhere, Punchbowl hits me with a surprise fee. Seriously, it's like they were hiding in the bushes waiting to jump out and demand all my change. I couldn't believe it. If they were confident in their product, they'd tell you upfront that there's a charge. It's just common decency.

I mean, could you imagine going to a restaurant and ordering something, only to be told there's an extra charge after you've already eaten? That's just not how things work.

Punchbowl needs to get their act together. It's just wrong to mislead people like that. I hope they change their ways soon.

Punchbowl Terrible Experience Creating Wedding Invitations on Punchbowl

It's been a real struggle trying to create my wedding invitations on Punchbowl for the last few days. I even had to become a member just to do so! Every time I fill out the first part of the invite and press continue, the page takes forever to load. I'm talking minutes here, people. And it never gets past that part! This app is a total joke, a scam, and it's just wasting your precious time and money. I chose to use this app because most of my guests and family live out of state, but I regret it so much now. I'm absolutely disgusted with this app. I could have gone to the store, made invitations, and sent them out in the time I've wasted with this piece of garbage! I absolutely do NOT recommend this app to anyone. They take your money and don't even deliver on what they promise. It's all just a bunch of BS, if you ask me! Honestly, if I could give this app less than one star, I would. Period!

Punchbowl WARNING: Do Not Trust Punchbowl - A Scamming Company That Will Take Your Money

I repeat, DO NOT BUY OR TRY anything from Punchbowl. They will only take your hard-earned money and leave you feeling scammed and disappointed. They don't care about you or your events, they only care about getting rich off of unsuspecting customers.

Punchbowl Disappointed with Punchbowl's Customer Service for Invitee List Issue

I gotta say, I was pretty let down by my experience with Punchbowl. I sent them a message a couple days back to let them know that I was having a bit of an issue with my invitee list - it just wasn't showing up properly, and kept getting stuck on the "Loading" screen.

Now, I did get a reply back pretty quick, but honestly, it wasn't too helpful. They told me that IT would look at it "soon," and offered a couple of little fixes that wouldn't really do much to help me out. And I gotta say, 48 hours later, I'm still stuck with the same issue. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service team, but still no response to any of my emails, or even the message I sent them on Facebook.

I mean, if I can't even see who I've invited to something when I need to, what's the point of even using this app? I'm hoping that posting my thoughts here might get their attention a little bit and they'll actually do something to fix the problem - I mean, they're supposed to be a tech company, right? Otherwise, I'm paying for something that's just not delivering.

Honestly, I'm pretty bummed out here. I'm really hoping that Punchbowl gets back to me soon so we can get this issue sorted and I can actually start using this app the way it's meant to be used.

Punchbowl Mixed Feelings About Punchbowl's New Features and Policies

I been usin' Punchbowl for time now, and I like it better than evite. But let me tell ya, when they said they had "scratch and sniff" digital invites, I was like - nah, that's too wild. Ain't no way. But then I was more taken aback that these big bosses would pull somethin' so lame just to get people chitchattin' about 'em. You ain't gotta do that, you know.

Anyways, I now got two party invites that I gotta add more people to, but naw, they say I gotta pay for that service now. What's up with that? Why you gotta make people pay for something they used to get for free? I don't like that one bit. I understand you gotta make money, but don't pull that kinda stunt with invites that already went out. That ain't cool.

I know you tryna make it up with them employee team pics and goofy kid videos, but that ain't gonna make it right. You gotta have some principles and morals when it comes to doin' business, 'cause we ain't gonna be fooled by a cute video.

All in all, you got some work to do, Punchbowl. Get back on track and don't forget about the customers who been with you since day one. We ain't gonna be happy if you keep pullin' stunts like that scratch and sniff mess. Step up your game, Punchbowl.
