JuneBridals Refund process misleading

The site says you have 14 days from when the product arrives to initiate a return and gives you an email address to send your order number to. No one answers me for almost a week, I even follow up because I’m worried about meeting their time own window. When they do reply, they don’t send the return form and provide a return address as their policy states. Instead they send me a multi paragraph email about how it’s going to cost me about half the dress price to ship it back to China and if I don’t want to do that I can donate it to goodwill and they’ll give me 70% back. Where was this in their return process? I have to ship to a foreign country at my own cost and they don’t receive typical shipping vendors? Take it to Goodwill for some of my money back?

JuneBridals Refund request, no response from CS

I ordered a dress about a month ago and received it on Wednesday. Unfortunately is way smaller than I ordered, the color isn’t quite right, and there were some pieces dangling from the beading. Per the company site, it states I have 14 days to start a return. I put in a request via email on 4/26/23 and still haven’t heard back. Their chat bot on the site says they would contact in 24 hours and that wasn’t the case either.

Wedding dresses are very hard to sell online because most women want new. I also don’t want to donate it to goodwill when I know that others have done that and didn’t receive their refund. They need to be held responsible for their policy and return my money and take their product back.

Desired outcome: I want 100% refund including shipping covered. I do not want the donate to goodwill option either.

JuneBridals Received dress that was damaged

June Bridal customer service is horrific. I am so disappointed.

The dress I ordered came in and the material is nothing like the images, not the correct colour and not even the right material.

It was also marked with pen and multiple areas had pulls in the material.

Additionally, the applique was not attached properly so it was falling off when I took it out of the packaging.

I am so disappointed, I am happy I ordered 6 months early to be safe.

Because now I have thrown away that money as they do not respond to their customer service lines, ever. They don't care about their customers, so only order if you don't care what quality you get.

Desired outcome: My money back or a replacement sent with the correct material.

JuneBridals No Response to Return Request

Purchased dress and was shipped in timely manner. It did not fit right, less than adequate fabric, itchy and bust inserts were pointy and on my upper chest. Emailed customer service within 14 day time frame to initiate return request. To date I have sent 8 emails and connected thru chat box as well, which told me someone would be in touch in 48 hours. It's been 8 days with no word. Should have trusted the negative reviews and realized the positive ones are likely fake.

Desired outcome: I would like a return/refund as stated on their company policy.

JuneBridals Wedding dress purchase

As far as I'm concerned, Junebridals is fraudulent.

I ordered a wedding dress from here, finally received it from China - it was cheaply made and looked nothing like the picture.

I emailed their customer service to start the return process (they have no phone number), and got the following response:

"Based on a large number of previous user feedback, it might cost you $40-$70 to send it back. You might consult with the local USPS office about the shipping fee for sending the package to Suzhou, Jiang Su, China, besides, it may take 20-30 days for us to receive the return package and another 2 weeks for banks to process the refund, here is an alternative plan to help you get the refund sooner and to put the dress to good use.

So please donate your dress within 14 days to GoodWill and you will get an (after deducting the shipping fee we paid for the package) 70% refund with the receipt or this case will be closed, we will refund you as soon as we get the receipt.

We will be waiting for your kindly feedback.

Best regards,

Customer Support"

After replying back and confirming that all they need for the 70% refund is a receipt, I donated the dress and sent the image back to them. I have not received a response or refund back, and it's been weeks.

JuneBridals Bridesmaid dress

My daughter ordered a dress that was very pretty in the picture, we sent her measurements and waited.. dress came yesterday and it is simply horrible, size is completely wrong, workmanship is terrible and the quality of the fabric and lace is below substandard. Unable to reach anyone in Customer Service. Emails are not being responded to. The dress is completely the wrong size and would have to be completely remade. Also they say on their site that they use "high quality" fabrics, and that is a complete falsehood, the quality is less than poor.I would like to return the dress and get a full refund

JuneBridals No refund

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The dress they sent did not look like the picture and did not fit. I followed the return instructions, and after paying $44 for shipping, I sent the dress back. I sent the dress back in November. It’s mid February and I have never heard anything from them. Communication stopped completely. I still have no refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

JuneBridals Wedding dress

I have never dealt with a worst company. I have 6 pages worth of email correspondence with them. My daughter placed an order, for a wedding dress, realizing 2 minutes after placing it she ordered the wrong size. she emailed right away and since it was the weekend and they were not there. They made me pay a $30 change fee and the problems started. We received the dress and it was damaged. The stitching was coming apart and the arm was ripped. They kept telling me they are sorry I am not happy with the dress and they could offer 20 percent off, then 25 then 30. I told them I wanted to return the dress per their return policy and wanted my shipping reimbursed. They did not refund my return shipping which was $60 for a $200 dress. Then they said they would refund me only $160 because they are subtracting the money they spend to send it to me. I decided to cut my losses and send the dang dress back. I ended up disputing the charges with me bank, because they would not refund the money. Stay as far away from this company as you can, I have never been more disappointed and frustrated. Their communication is also awful, it took 3 days to get any correspondence. Please save yourself the heartache and spend more money and get better service. They tried to negotiate the return amount multiple times which made their return policy totally non existent.

I bought a dress for my wedding thinking it would be great quality - since the reviews on the product looked okay (although i'm convinced now they were fake reviews). When I received it I was utterly disgusted - the material was so cheap, so itchy, just awful. The chest pads that came with the dress were hanging off by the thread, literally about to rip off. There were so many lace flyaways. Overall the dress looked so cheap - definitely worth a lot less than $200.
I emailed the support email like 3 times and got no response. When I try to "live" chat with an agent, it gives me a ticket that's sent back to my email - when I click "chat now", it brings me back to the homepage. And when I tried emailing back the email that sent me the ticket - it said it could not be delivered.
Anyway - buyers, beware. This company is a scam and is "copying" designers ideas instead of having an original designer design them.
I'm so upset because I feel like i'm not getting my money back & it's another thing I have to worry about, amongst other expenses for my wedding!
Save your money! If you want to order a dress online (like I did) - plz go to a verified website, not some company that [censored]s customers.

June's Bridal sent me the wrong color dress. Not only would they not give me a full refund, but they expected me to pay for shipping back to China. I didn't even know if came from China. They also suggested that I put it on E-bay or Craigslist, knowing I'd never get my money back that way. Worst customer service I've ever encountered.

JuneBridals jewel-neck short wedding dress with draping decorations and elusive back

I bought this dress online from june bridals...when it arrived I realised the dress didnt look the same...
I have been complaining and asking for my money back; and they only offered me 50% back... and they keep replying to me nonsense...
Together with customization and fast delivery, I have paid almost 310 dollars...
50% back from the dress price is 110 dollars which is almost 1/3rd of what I paid...Its so unfair the way they have treated me...

People dont earn money easy...If I knew I am not getting the original design of this dress, I wouldnt have ordered it in the first place and for sure I could have bought another beautiful decent dress with 300 dollars.

Now i dont have the 310 dollars and I wasnt able to buy another dress :((

On top of everything there is the frustration that builds up as time passes. No-one wants to deal with this before their big day...or any other day...

So unfair and unjust...

I am still waiting for my money back...

JuneBridals dress

Horrible horrible return policy and customer service. I purchased a dress in size 8 after checking my measurements and following the measurements on the website. I am pretty much a standard size 8 and have never had a problem with my chest size being too big to fit anything in that size. If anything, I have the opposite problem. When the dress arrived, it was very poor quality, which was disappointing, but the style was cute, so I tried it on. The bottom part fit fine, but I could not zip the side and when I measured it, it was 4 inches smaller than the chart I ordered from. I had a friend who is also a standard size 8 but a bit smaller on top (32a and I am a 34c) and she was just barely able to zip it past her bust. I contacted the company, who said I could return it and lose the shipping cost and have to pay to ship it back overseas. The refund would have been for less than half of what I paid for it, not to mention the hassle. Their suggestion was to sell it on craig's list. Not very helpful. I initiated a dispute with the credit card company. They asked me for pictures, which we sent and there was no way for them to assess to determine if the measurements were off. They refused to refund my money and the credit card dispute did not resolve the issue. My fault I guess for not reading the reviews online before purchasing. Read the return policy before you purchase anything and read the reviews! Buyer beware!

JuneBridals wedding dress purchase

I bought two wedding dresses from JuneBridals - one for the ceremony and one for the reception. One of them is fine, though cheaper looking than the photograph on the website that inspired my purchase. The other is not even close to what is showed in the photograph. The color in the photograph is an off white with lace on the bodice. The dress I received is stark white with cheap silver sequins sewed onto the bodice in the shape of flowers. I asked for a refund. They would only refund 80% of the cost and I have to pay shipping. They then suggested I donate the dress instead of returning it and listed some places they recommend for donating the dress. I asked repeatedly to speak with an actual person on the phone about my purchase because it is nothing like what they advertised I would be purchasing. They say they do not have anyone available to speak to on the phone during their "busy season." So I can't speak to anyone and just keep getting emails that, based on the formatting, appear to be funneled through some sort of automated system. All of that is to say: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. They should not be allowed to sell products.

JuneBridals counterfeit — may never arrive — custom order botched

This company is absolute scum. I ordered a custom wedding dress from them, and it never arrived. Now, after I proved through an email exchange to them that, according to their policies, I deserve a refund, they refuse to respond to my emails.

Additionally, I discovered that the dress I ordered's design and photo were STOLEN from an Etsy seller.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are filthy cheats who have no care for you or your wedding. They treat you no differently no matter what you order, and will do only what makes them the most money, regardless of what's right.

Now, I have wasted part of my dress budget, and can't even get a hold of the seller. Absolutely disgusting.

I tried an online chat and the system kept kicking me out.
So I emailed again and this time, they will not even respond

"These have been series of emails I have emailed and you all have not responded. Again, I ordered a white, and you all custom made an IVORY color. This is getting ridiculous now and I demand at least part payment of my refund. I have been patient enough. I"m about to add some more reviews to the already bad reviews online if something is not done ASAP. Wanted to settle this amicably but if you all want to escalate the issue, I am very happy to start it.

JuneBridals lilac serenity wedding dress

The dress I ordered from the picture on the site was no where close. NOTHING about the dress was even close to what I was made to believe I would receive. UGLY! And thats being nice. Found out they use other manufacturers pictures and fraudulently use them to deceive customers. They refuse to allow me to return it. The ironic part is they have removed the photo from their site within days of my complaints. Most times they dont even respond to my emails. Customer service? No where close!

Do not do june bridals!

This is a scam!

They post photos from other sites / brides that are not wearing their dresses.

They write their own positive reviews.

I have never felt so ripped off in my life...

My dress arrived looking nothing like the photo, over and undersized, (despite being measured by a professional seamstress), plus with a stain on the front!

I was disappointed but I ordered my dress months in advance in case something like this were to happen. I knew any honourable company would rectify the issue.

I emailed them to let them know that there had clearly been a mistake. No response.

I emailed them again. I got an automated reply saying they could not return the dress.

I wrote again thinking they must have misunderstood. There is a stain on it! It says in their guarantee that it will be returned if not arriving in perfect shape.

They sent me an automated reply saying they could not return the dress.

I emailed them 5 times with only receiving the same automated reply.

Finally, I got an answer they want photos for proof of the stain.

I sent the photos.

They replied that they would reimburse me 15 dollars to pay to get it cleaned.

Are you kidding me?!?

Do not trust them. This is a complete rip-off. You have a 50/50 chance of getting a dress you like. But if you do not like it. If it's not made to fit. If it arrives with a stain. Then it's your problem. They will not rectify their mistakes.

Don't do it, it's not worth it! I'm out $300 bucks and i've got my grandmas' curtains for a wedding dress and big brown mark right over the nipple.

JuneBridals scam company won't give me back my money for poor dress

These people are lying, unethical robbers. I ordered a custom measurements dress and tried to return it because I received a dress that was different from the picture online. When I contacted them to return it, they replied only after the 3rd email I sent after I threatened to write a negative review. They said custom orders are final although their return policy and faqs clearly say that custom orders are eligible for return if there is a quality issue, which I had and sent them pictures of. These scammers dont follow their own policies and steal your money. They send you a dress different than you ordered and take no responsibility for it and wont allow you to return it. Once they have your money they drop you and you're on you're own with a dress you can't wear and having been robbed of your money!

I guess I will be a rotten apple that spoils the whole barrel. Yes, there are a lot of positive reviews and I am glad for those people, I was just unlucky, that's all. Maybe those people were serviced much faster than me and got much better dresses, but I didn't. A dress I received looked pathetic and I will never wear it even if it's the last dress on earth. It is cheaper, poorly made and there're a lot of threads all over it.
No, it's a bad quality dress, there's nothing else can be said. I already called the company and i'm going to return it.
