JJsHouse Trying to return a dress for refund. Order no:[protected]

I ordered a dress and paid for same in July. Was not satisfied and contacted JJ to return. They sent an email saying ok, and gave me a ticket no. I askd for a postal return (which Iunderstand they would deduct cost) but never recieved anything. Never got a postal slip nor product return form even though I asked for same several times. I don't even have an addressto send to. I have since ordered another dress, which I cannot return because it is custom. All I want to do is return dressI have.

Thank you. I appreciate your time.

Desired outcome: I want to return this dress asap and issued a refund. I can't do that without any paperwork and not even a response other than advertising emails. The girls who take the order were very efficient, but they could not help me.

JJsHouse Made to measure dress

Dress ordered with specific measurements. Received dress with completely different measurements than ordered. The lining is far too short for the dress which is obvious and the breast cups are fitted under the arms.

Measurements are out the waist is too high and not tea length and the dress measures from top of zip to bottom 93cm and should be 106cm. I have explained this and sent photographs but have been ignored. The dress cost me £135 and I unwearable 285496 is the ID number and I want my money back

JJsHouse Broken zipper

I understood when ordering from the discounted dresses that there would be no return available. However, I received a dress with a broken zipper. Where is it ok to sell unusable items and not do anything about it? They said they could offer me 40% return. That doesn't get me wearable dress. This means no dress and no money to buy one or get this one fixed. Way to ruin what was supposed to be a magical night.

Desired outcome: I send them an email that considering restocking fees and shipping that I would be happy to receive 75% return of the purchase price.

JJsHouse Trying to return an item that I was charged for.

I purchased a dress that does not fit. My credit card was charge . I have been trying to return using JJsHouse website but can not find this particular order anywhere.

Need to know where to return it and how to get a label so I can get a credit.

This has been a long process and confusing so please allow me some slack with respect to the return date.

I have included a copy of the bill as well as the dress and item number.

JJsHouse order [protected]

I placed the order for the dress size 10, some how when received order confirmation is size 4.

I immediately email to JJ's House asked to change the dress order to size 10.

I can't use size 4.

If I don't receive the confirmation that this order have change, I will not accept the package when it arrival and I will dispute the charge.

JJsHouse Charging for shipping/shipping insurance

In August/September, I ordered 3 dresses, all of which I sent back, using Klarna. The total cost of the dresses was £200.00. Given that I returned all 3 dresses as far as I am concerned I owe nothing. However, Klarna have now billed me for the shipping and shipping insurance costs. At no point in the information, when ordering the dresses nor on confirmation emails, did it say anything about having to pay these costs. If I had known this I would never have ordered from JJs house in the first place. It has certainly deterred me from ever ordering from you again. I would be greatful therefore if you would recede these costs and make it clear when ordering from JJs house that these costs will be payable regardless of whether the goods are accepted or not.

JJsHouse Purchased never arrived, no information poor customer service

I am writing an official complaint with regards to my parcel nr [protected]. I have now been contacted via facebook that my parcel is stuck in Singapore . First of all you changed the parcel tracking number from [protected] to [protected] without providing me with an explanation - despite the fact I asked this multiple times. First tracking number provided via app showing that parcel arrived at the destination country on 1 October 2022, second shipping tracking number explaining that the parcel is in Germany and arrived on 29 September 2022 (not make sense at all!) and there is no need for my concern. Noting that second shipping number showing that my parcel suddenly was shipped from the UK where I live to Germany is a huge concern, as far as I know and showing me different tracking numbers is even worse! Now I have been informed that my parcel is stuck in Singapore ([protected]). I am horrified at how unprofessional this is and I demand a full refund of my money. I have been sent back and forward to different teams and I am always being provided with different information which does not make sense regarding my parcel.

To summarise You haven't provided me with explanation on the below despite my constant emails:

- why TRACKING shipping number has been changed

- why you are providing different information every single time

- why parcel has been shipped from UK back to Germany

- how come now I have another information that is stuck in Singapore (as per below)

I have good grounds to believe that the parcel has been reverted back to the Company without reaching its destination and I no longer wish to wait for my parcel. I am deeply disappointed with your customer service and Company and I will escalate this further if needed in order to refund my full purchase. I never experienced such terrible treatment by the Company. You also caused stress before my wedding and worry that now I need to immediately find a new dress for my Maid of Honor. You destroy my experience and trust with your Company. Please do NOT send me standard template emails - I want a response and full refund as I didn't receive my purchased item.

JJsHouse two pairs of dancing shoes

I received dancing shoes that were the incorrect size, i have returned them and awaiting either a replacement or refund, this matter is on going with no respond back. please see copy of last email, that i have evidence they were revived back on your end.

I cannot unsubscribe from your website therefore I keep receiving mail I DO NOT WANT!

Desired outcome: YOUR COMPANY IMMEDIATELY TAKES ME OFF YOUR EMAIL LIST. I AM ELDERLY AND DO NOT NEED THE HASSLE OF REMOVING YOUR MAIL EVERY FEW DAYS. IF I WISH TO ORDER IN THE FUTURE, I WILL.

I ordered a dress that was supposed to be here ,it says it was delivered and no it wasn't I need somone to asap get a hold of me please I'm in a wedding this coming Saturday and it's not here whoever delivered it never dropped it off like they said they did please get back to me I need my dress for this Saturday for the wedding. JJsHouse RMA procedure for returning product

It took a lot of effort to secure a Return Authorization #, but I finally got it.

Rather than use JJ's UPS label and have JJ's charge me an UNDISCLOSED amount for using their label, I decided I will ship it from my office where we have a UPS shipper account, so I can know how much it costs. JJ's House UPS label calls out Lenexa KS 66214 for ship to address. But when you enter that combination of zip/City in the UPS shipper system, the UPS system only allows zip code 66214 to work with Overland Park KS. I cannot send the package to the required address (Lenexa 66214) because JJ's House has set this up so that you MUST use their label to return merchandise so they can OVERCHARGE customers for return shipments. I am certain the cost to return this using JJ"s label will cost me much more than if I ship it on my UPS label. JJ's has rigged the Return system to make profit in a sneaky way that most customers will not notice. AND THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO HELP RESOLVE ISSUES. Never buy from these folks - my opinion.

Desired outcome: supply return labels with proper return address & disclose how much JJ's charges for return.

JJsHouse No response to my returning 2 dresses

Hi, I order 2 jr. bridesmaid dresses, the wedding was cancelled. I have attempted to contact them 3 times to return them, via their website. No response, I have now written them on their facebook page, they asked for my order number which I gave them and still no response. Do not order from them. They make you think it's an american company and it's not.

JJsHouse Faulty Dress

I purchased a bridesmaid dress on 5th April 2022. It arrived on the 21st April. My other two bridesmaids had already got their dresses and I was excited to get the last one. Unfortunately, when I opened the parcel, I found the dress had a mark/stain already on it. I spoke with customer service and they offered me the options for sorting this. I opted for a return and then coupon so I could get a new dress sent out. At first they tried to charge me for a returning the dress, which I had to dispute and they agreed to cover it. Then also, they were saying I would have to cover the postage costs of buying a new dress (which may I add was £15.99 on my original order and has now gone up to £18.99). This is where the problem started. I disputed back and forth saying that I shouldn't have to pay postage again when they provided me an imperfect item, it is not fault of my own. After a long dispute, they agreed to add the postage on to the coupon (knowing I did not want to pay postage and lead me to believe that would cover everything when I went to checkout again). However, it didn't, the shipping comes out separately. They are making no effort to cover this delivery fee, either refunding me £18.99 from the original order or sending a new dress out from their side for me free of charge. I have had no sympathy about the situation and feel like I am in the wrong here when I was just a paying customer wanting the item to be as described.

Desired outcome: Cover £18.99 postage (which should be a tiny amount for them)

JJsHouse Being scammed

I placed a custom order for an outfit consisting of pants and top. When the order arrived the pants were 5 inches to short, I checked the measurements I had sent and they were all correct. I emailed them and was promptly told they would give back 30% of the cost. After numerous emails and not being contacted back I sent through another "ticket" and was told to refer to the original email they sent me, giving me the 30%. I've tried to explain all I want is another pair of pants that are the correct length, I am prepared to put money towards them so I can use this outfit but nobody replies. I have tried phoning their Cambridge phone number and their Hong Kong number only to have a recording saying incorrect number

JJsHouse Return dress

Hi,

I purchased a dress from JJ's house. It was poor quality. I returned the dress, no problem BUT I had to pay 30 dollars to return it.

That's just to much. The box was very small, so it certainly wasn't postage that cost so much.

All packaging was there, undamaged.

JJsHouse Remboursement "égaré", escroquerie !

Les délais de livraison sont longs mais les délais de remboursement le sont encore davantage!
Robe retournée (à mon sens mal coupée) avec l'étiquette de retour, colis réceptionné par leurs soins, remboursement "émis" le 30/12 et dont ma banque n'a aucune trace (mail de la banque confirmant)

J'ai envoyé de nombreux mails de relances mais sans autre retour que le virement a été effectué.

My original order I payed for expedited shipping and it showed it would ship on February 20 and as of today, it is still processing! There is no way to contact them! This is for my granddaughters senior prom. She is upset and so am I that there is no way to contact them. No email and no phone number! Why are they allowed to set up a website with no contact information?

JJsHouse wedding ring pillow - order no [protected]

I ordered a white wedding ring pillow cushion measurements 20cm x 20cm but received an Ivory 17cm x 15cm. Clearly not as per product specifications especially the colour as the bridal colour was white. I send the picture as requested which they clearly Ignored it was ivory not white and not sure how they could tell the measurements was correct from the picture. I had to buy fabric and trimmings to have one urgently made on time for the wedding. Cost of pillow was £10 & postage £4.33 and to have one made £16 so total cost for me.£30.33

I am very aggrieved as they sent the wrong product and will not accept responsibility and after numerous correspondence offered me £5.00 refund and I have had to bear the cost of £25.33. This is about the principle and treating Customers fairly for an error made by the company. Immediately I reported the error they should have at the least apologised and refunded me the total £14.33 as it is an error made by the company not me changing my mind. Also inconvenience for me to obtain a replacement at short notice to be on time for the wedding, and incurring additional cost

I wish this complaint escalated to the Chief Executive of JJSHouse as the organisation needs to be aware of what is happening. This maybe a small amount but if this is the practice then customers could lose a lot. I certainly will never purchase from this site again. Would they have sent me the pillow if I paid £9 and not £10 I guess not so not sure why I should accept the wrong product.

Will greatly appreciate this escalated to executive management and receive a response
