Daraz.pk review: Laptop

We ordered a laptop (with reference to specification), when we received our shipment. we found below discrepancies:

- No MS Office installed

- Laptop speed is very slow

we informed to supplier and DarazPK many times, but no action was taken. Then we returned item back to DARAZPK, now they rejected to refund the item, and telling that, we fix the error.

we will not accept any item, by this way

I Want my amount to be refunded

As per your response regarding the order# [protected], we have informed you that MS Office has been installed by our team, and there is no issue found physically. Regarding the speed issue, it is requested that you please re-install Windows, and then the speed issue will be resolved. Moreover, your item has a six-month local seller warranty, so you can personally contact the seller through this number ([protected]) for warranty-related issues.
