This airline company, Fareshope, is the absolute worst. They will take your money and give you a ticket that is completely different from what you originally agreed upon. It doesn't matter if you carefully selected your preferred time before agreeing to their terms, they will still mess it up. I had a terrible experience with them. I booked a ticket and we specifically agreed on a certain time. However, when they issued my ticket, it was for a completely different time than what I had chosen initially. When I confronted them about it, they simply said, "That's what we found."

I tried to reschedule my flight because I ended up missing it due to the incorrect time they gave me. But guess what? They refused to help me unless I paid for another ticket. Can you believe that? I was already frustrated with their mistake, and now they wanted me to pay even more money just to fix their error. It's ridiculous!

After some time, they actually had the audacity to call me and offer me another ticket. But get this, they wanted me to pay an additional $3500 on top of the $1960 I had already paid for the first ticket. They acted like I was booking a ticket for business or first class! Outrageous! So, I decided to check with another agency, and guess what? They offered me tickets for only $2800, which is a difference of over $2500! This is nothing short of fraud.

I strongly advise against booking with this scam company. They will do everything in their power to deceive you and take your money. Once they have your payment, they will simply brush you off and tell you to deal with the airline directly. It's truly shameful. Save yourself the headache and avoid Fareshope at all costs.

Oh boy, let me tell you about my experience with Fareshope. I made the mistake of booking a ticket from JFK to Malawi in Africa through their website. I thought I was being smart by choosing a refundable ticket, but little did I know the nightmare that awaited me.

After a few days, this guy named Adonis sent me an electronic ticket. Excited, I decided to call the airline to confirm my flight. Can you believe it? They told me that Fareshope hadn't even paid for the ticket yet! I was furious. So, I did what any normal person would do and called Fareshope to sort things out. But guess what? They kept assuring me that the ticket was already paid for. Yeah, right!

As the days went by and my travel date approached, I decided to call United Airlines again just to double-check. And what do you know? They informed me that the ticket still hadn't been paid for, and there were only two seats left on that flight. Panic started to set in, and I desperately tried to reach Adonis or his supervisor, Hector. But guess what? They were nowhere to be found!

Finally, a few days before my supposed departure, Hector left me a voicemail. Can you believe the nerve of this guy? He didn't understand why I kept bothering the airline, but he was kind enough to offer me a refund if that's what I wanted. Well, of course, I wanted a refund! So, I texted Adonis and told him to give me my money back. I decided I would book the ticket directly with the airline instead.

Fast forward a month later, and guess what? No refund! Can you believe it? I had to take matters into my own hands and report this to my bank. But you know what Fareshope did? They refused to return my hard-earned money! Can you imagine the audacity?

I've tried calling and emailing Adonis, but it's like talking to a brick wall. And as for Hector, he's gone MIA. And don't even get me started on their customer service number. Every time I call, they tell me that no one is available, but they promise to call me back tomorrow. Well, guess what? They never call!

So here I am, still waiting for my $1980.24 to be returned. I'm starting to think that Fareshope is nothing more than a scam. Trust me, save yourself some peace of mind and stay far away from them. It's about time the Attorney General and BBB investigate these crooks before they cause more harm.
