I'm a tenant staying in Golf Promenade 5B, 312. I had raised a complaint reference # 347737 - water heater leakage issue dated 31st Dec.

Technician had come to my apt on 1st Jan and identified that water heater was rusted and hence its leaking. I was asked to send an email to the Leasing team which I did on 1st. On 4th Jan 2 teams had come again and inspected the issue and confirmed that water heater needs to be replaced and quotation will be sent to Leasing team for approval. Thereafter I have been continously following up with Ms. Noor I also went an met her personally and hoped that she would support in expediting the approval. Unfortunately I would only get to hear that its pending with management for approval. I requested her to share with me the concern PICs number to understand if there is an issue and if I could connect directly with someone who can support me on this issue but only have been waiting till date.

This was my last option to reach out to you to help me with this issue as I'm not getting any positive response from anyone.

Kindly help urgently. I can share all correspondence emails.
