Lone Star Land Partners Real estate land sales

Beware deceptive land developer lone star land partners, which is selling parcels of property in texas - notably hidden creek estates in liberty hill, quail ridge in lampassas and the ranches at canyon creek in burnet county. The developer makes false representations in order to dupe unwitting buyers. The developer promised a lake adjacent to homestead lots in the rio ancho subdivision in texas and then broke that promise, pulled up stakes and leaving homeowners with a sunken mosquito swamp.

Company president davy roberts has acknowledged making the false representation, but refuses any reparations. There are myriad complaints by victims in rio ancho, but developer roberts and lone star land partners are unresponsive. Instead, the developer has abandoned its victims in rio ancho and is now selling lots in new developments.

Beware buying any property from lone star land partners or its affiliate national land partners llc (Fisherman's bay in alabama, odom ranch in florida, the estates in georgia, deep creek mountain land in maryland). This is a dishonest company with a record of cheating its customers.

Resolved

Lone Star Land Partners moved quickly to resolve our complaint and we are completely satisfied. It proved itself to be a company of its word. We purchased a homestead from the company - lonestarlandpartners.com -- in Liberty Hill, Texas. We felt Lone Star Land Partners had not fulfilled promises about the property. Specifically, we felt additions around the property were not made as explicitly promised. Once we posted the complaint, the company CEO called immediately to resolve our problem to our satisfaction. He assured there was not an effort to mislead and that the company's honesty and integrity were important. The true test of a company is how it resolves disagreements with customers. In this case, Lone Star Land Partners dealt with our complaint in a way that's fair to all sides. Based on our experience, homestead buyers in future Lone Star Land Partner projects can be confident they are dealing with a company of honesty and integrity.

Lone Star Land Partners is creating subdivisions in rural areas where the groundwater is being depleted due to an induring drought and the Trinity Aquifer not being replenished at the outcrops. When the wells run dry and residents no longer have water, what will happen to the subdivisions? The developer will be onto the next deal where water can still be found.

Davy Roberts is a crook and would sell his own mother out to make a sale. Davy is a Morman and his whole family is clannish. Davy would not help anyone to get ahead and share the wealth he has. Just another [censored] in this world. Fk him.

Lone Star Land Partners caused damage and problems to homeowners during the site development of Mustang Ridge. The owner is deceptive and ignores the problems reported in the subdivision. This company will not correct problems or repair damages caused to adjacent homes and will not take responsibility for damages.
