I was given the run around for over a week. Each time I was told the person would call me back. After waiting several days I had to call back, and again they would call me. Finally I was told they weren't interested and here comes the catch, they would refer me to a broker in Kingman. The property is in Kingman? I really felt this was dishonest and the referral was always going to come because they will get a kickback, right?

I sold my first house I ever bought to Andrew.I wasn't sure what to make of it because he was on tv all the time, I gave him a shot to give me an offer and he was so nice and down to earth. He let me know what he intended on making his profit and I felt it was an equal trade because he closed fast and I got all my money in 7 days and he let me leave the house a mess. I was suspicious of these other reviews since most businesses have at least a few negative comments. But Andrew really was friendly and easy to work with. He did his own inspection and offered a fair price which I accepted immediately. The whole process didnt take more than an hour. We closed with the title company that week and the disbursement of funds was a couple days after that. I stayed in the house a few more weeks and dropped the keys off at his office as I left town. Wish everything was this easy.

I owned rentals most of my life, about 3 years ago it was time for me to sell them, so I contacted Andrew to see what his process was. It turned out to be easier then he even explained. Awesome Home Selling Experience. I recently sold my house to Andrew. Easily the best out of all the people I talked to. He gave me a fair price. Not only that but I had to move quickly and I left the house in a really messy state. I was concerned about this but even after I had sold the house, Andrew was great. Seriously, if you are considering anyone else you are making a mistake. They know the market and honestly if you discount all of the realtor fees, closing, fix up costs and having people march through your house (not to mention the price for storage to de clutter or put away high dollar items) I was able to get more than I probably would have if I listed it!

Andrew is as real as he appears on TV. Once contact was made all went as smoothly as possible. He is honest, not pushy and shows concern. I am the representative for an elderly lady who had no choice in the sale of her home to pay for her assisted living expense. Andrew made her feel confident in her choice. As a real-estate broker here in the valley I was highly impressed with him and his team. He had said we did not have to clear out or clean the property. I was embarrassed with the way I left it. I just completed a great selling experience with Andrew. I have to admit I was skeptical of the whole idea of selling to a company like this. After meeting with Andrew on very short notice, we quickly came to an agreement for him to purchase a rental property of mine. The price was very fair, had to do no work and paid no realtor fees or closing costs other that my property taxes, no appraisal and no home inspection other than Andrews visit. We completed the entire transaction in less than 2 weeks, and that was right during the holiday season. I could of went faster, but I didn't want to close until after the 1st of the year.
