CVS pharmacy

Every month I get my prescription filled it is a different generics ! There is one or two different generics I can't take. Every time I ask Pharmacist is they can order one that doesn't make me sick they say No we only get what we get and that's it. I am older and have multiple diseases so my meds are important to me. I try to be very nice yet this 1 Pharmacist and only this one is never ever helpful or nice. It's like she doesn't want to be helpful just short and curt. Every other Pharmacist in this store is great. Bottom line why can't CVS just help getting the patients their generic that doesn't make them ill? Every month a different one which everyone knows different fillets which make us with autoimmune problems sick ? Thank you

CVS poor service

My name is Viola Brown and I have been doing business at this branch for more than 40 years. In July a prescribiton was sent in for my husband blood sugar issues and each week I go to pick it up it is always a new reason why it is not ready. It has been a month since it was prescribe and I still have not been able to pick it up. Today it was readyto be picked up but the cashier couldn't get the cash register to work. She tried tworegister
and couldn't get it to work. But the cash register for drive- thur was working. My husband went back to doctor today and still haven't got his medicine yet. I have went at least 2 days out of each week(4 weeks). I am in the process of trying to move our account this isnot acceptable, when we can't get the medicine when prescribe, it not like it is free we pay our fees to cover the cost. Please check into. thank you

CVS pharmacy

I have started using a newer medication called vyvanse and the first time my doctor gave me a 3 month prescription. When I went to fill the 3rd month, I was told it had expired. The script only runs for 60 days and if you aren't aware of this, that 3rd month becomes unavailable. I was not told of this, yet have been a loyal and regular customer of cvs for 10+years. I had to call my doc and she had to re-write a new script for that last month, and because it is a "controlled" substance, I had to drive all the way to her office (which isn't close and disrupted my work day.
Now, for this last script I was written, my doctor made sure to write on each of the three paper prescriptions the date to be filled so that there would be no expiration issues. I took it in the day before it was to be filled and explained how important it was to be filled the next day. I stressed the fact that the last time I tried to have it filled, I had to go through a huge hassle because of the dates, etc. She mentioned that they looked to be very busy the next day and didn't want to give me a time that was too early for pick-up. I mentioned that it was o.K. Because I had to work the next day, so it wasn't a big deal. So it was filled on the appropriate day-I never got a text telling me it was ready to be picked up, by the way, and I constantly am getting texts telling me that things are ready to be picked up, or need to be refilled. I went to pick up the prescription today and the pharmacist told me he couldn't give it to me because it was expired! I nearly had a breakdown. This medicine has become extremely helpful to me in my older age, finally figuring out my adult add issues, and starting a new, very demanding job. I felt that I didn't need the medication on the weekend and didn't think twice about it. Now I feel that i'm being punished for not needing/taking what is known to be an extremely addictive drug for a couple days.
Are these pharmacists here for the customers or not? Why, after explaining about my last experience with this drug, and being so adamant that it was filled on the correct day, would she not have mentioned the importance of picking it up on that day? The pharmacists' answer is that this isn't something they would tell a customer. I can't believe, after being a known customer for so many years, and starting a new drug, that they are not trained to do so. I am extremely upset and want this rectified! There must be someone that can override this decision.
I need some kind of response.

CVS pharmacy

I just got out of the hospital and had an antibiotic called in yesterday morning. My husband came at 6:45 that night and they said that it wasn't ready and that it would be ready by 6:00 at the latest tomorrow. So I called them at 6:00 PM today to see if it was ready and they said it would be 30 minutes until it was ready. I then got there at 7:30 and they said it would take them another 30 minutes to get it ready. This is an antibiotic I need so I don't go back into the hospital from my surgery sight getting infected.

CVS pharmacy department

I dropped my daughter's script off and they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes so I ran some other errands. When I came back 45 minutes later it wasn't ready because the medication required a prior authorization (which no one bothered to call me and let me know). I looked up the med. on goodrx and asked them to use this coupon and I would pay for it cause my daughter needed it. I was then told 15 mins so I waited. When I checked 15 mins later it still wasn't done so I was told
Another 15 mins. This pharmacy needs to get their act together because it should not take over 2 hours for a script!

CVS calling in a prescription

CVS in Kingman Arizona takes over 20 minutes to answer the telephone and then places the prescriber on indefinite hold. Using the voice mail means that the patient never receives the prescription because no employee acknowledges the voice mail prescription. The pharmacy staff are rude with lame excuses. I generally recommend that patients use a pharmacy that cares and CVS is not a pharmacy that cares.

CVS ana

Ana was the most rude employee I've dealt with in a long time. To ask a question and have an employee roll their eyes and huff, puff & sigh... I won't be going back to that store. Apparently "customer service" at CVS just isn't the same as other stores. I was given attitude from this woman twice, twice to often. I brought this to the attention of another employee (Rebecca) she apologized for Ana's behavior toward me. Rebecca is trying to save your sales, but Ana is the issue that is going to cost you sales.

CVS pharmacist - johanna

I was waiting at the Pharmacy when they lifted the gate at 8am. There was one lady ahead of me and no other customers. The pharmacy tech that helped me was awesome. My blood pressure medicine had been manufacture back ordered. I had gotten the presecription last month from the CVS mediclinic next to the pharmacy at this CVS. The pharmacy tech was looking to see if there were any other CVS stores close by or in Orlanda where I could pick up the medicine. I told her I was going out of town this morning and didn't have any blood pressure left. There were no other customers and the pharmacy tech was trying to help me.

The pharmacist - Johanna said from where she was filling prescriptions he can just go to Orlando to a pharmacy and check there.

I said to the pharmacist, "so you would have me go out of town without my blood pressure medicine"? The pharmacist said "that isn't what I said. I was trying to look out for your health". I told her she was not looking out for my health.

Honestly knowing that I did not have any blood pressure medicine and that I was having an issue with my presecription, sending me to another city to dump the problem on another CVS store doesn't seem like concern for my health.

As with any exchange like this, I have no doubt that I played my own part in this situation, but when a pharmacist comes over to the counter, the pharmacy tech has to hold her hand up to the pharmacist twice to tell her to just back off, and I so upset that I am visibly shaking in front of her and she continues to just come at me, that is not my definition of concern.

I would so like to roll back the clock and have approached the situation where I didn't have a CVS pharmacist sitting there arguing with me as if they were a teenager; however, I cannot.

I do know that I can never feel comfortable having that CVS handle my medicine.

I have never experience a situation like this with a medical professional. While arguments are never one-sided, my concern is who else is this happening to that leaves CVS and has their medical conditions exacerbated because of the way they were treated.

I truly appreciated the help I received from the pharmacy tech. I only wish I could remember her name.

I cannot imagine ever trusting someone that would treat another person the way I was treated this morning.

CVS daney the cashier

Tried printing my coupons on machine and nothing printed...it's been over 3 months that I come in to this location and this machine is out of order. So I go to buy an item to see my coupons. The product rings up wrong. Daney the CVS associate tells me an going to buy the product or not? She said I probably read it wrong! I walk over to read the label I tell her what it says, her response was do you want it or not? I tell her is she for real? I tell her all I want to see is the coupons before shopping. She goes to try and print the coupons from the machine and it wasn't readable. I continue to shop for what I came for...she's talking to another associate laughing about the situation.
I go to pay for my things and she has an attitude! And slaps my receipt in the bag...no thank you or I'm sorry for the confusion! Is this customer service? What is going on? I will be pulling my prescriptions from this location. Very disappointed.

CVS adynovate

Have been a customer for over 20 years and having a chronic disease (hemophilia) I have ordered product frequently. For approx. 7 of those years I dealt with a Rep that through her personalized and thorough customer service improved my life and made me believe CVS was a great company. After some kind of reorganization she was gone and things changed drastically, and unfortunately we have found it extremely difficult to get the product and your staff is unwilling to do their jobs and follow through on what they say they will do. Unfortunately the stereotype of the big uncaring Drug Co. unwilling to go out of their way to help anyone but themselves has been closer to my experience in recent years .As one using a medically essential product, physical discomfort, mental anguish, even perhaps some permanent damage has occurred as a result of your lazy, self serving policies. This is the voice of the free enterprise consumer talking . GET back to legitimate Customer Service! My name is Rick Friesen BD 09/17/53

Someone should throw a tent over this circus. If there is one person in that pharmacy that knows what they are doing I could not find one. !. It takes an average of about 45 mins to pick up a prescription. 2. Yesterday I went there about 4:00 I person with no ID tried to charge me full price for an RX and I told her she did not apply my ins. discount. She left me and went and looked on her pc but did not come back to me. About 10 mins later, I tried to get her attention but couldn't I had to yell out "What are you doing" ( she was filling prescription orders) She replied by (shaking her head from side to side) sarcastically. I am checking your insurance! I was shocked. 3. Every time I go to pick up an Rx they do not apply the insurance payment that leads me to believe they are always trying to get me to pay full price. 4. They are not attentive to customers. Instead of waiting on them, they just roam around. They spend time just doing busywork. 5. I have noticed they do not answer the phone calls timely. Someone with authority should pay a visit to this store.

CVS pharmacy and customer service line

ive been a customer at this cvs for quite sometime now and the pharmacy services get worse. medication you dont ask to fill get filled even though youre not signed up for automatic refills. i am a type 1 diabetic and its imperative i get my insulin when i fill it or when the doctor sends it in. there have been plenty of times my doctor has sent my medication to be filled and when i went to the pharmacy i was told there was nothing in the system and i had to go back and forth with my doctors office because they indeed sent it more than once. there have been times when i filled my medecine and ones i didnt fill got filled and ones i did fill werent there. there was one time i went to the pharmacy to pick up my medecine but didnt have enough money, i was told it would be put on hold. the next day i go back to pick it up and was told it was never filled and wasnt in the system. i explained what happened the day befor and i held the medecine in my hand, it should be in the fridge. i got no help or answers as where my medecine went, i was told my only option was to but it out of pocket which wouldve been over $100.00. because of this i couldnt get a refill the insurance would pay for because it was filled and the insurance company wouldnt pay for it again, i had to go to the hospital and get emergency supplies because i ran out and also had to have a family member send me money to buy some from walmart so i wouldnt run out. There were times ive stayed on hold for over a half an hour, i drove to the store and no customers were there but calls were still on hold. ive also been told that when my meds weren't there after I called them in its because there's a glitch in the automated system...WOW! ive had so many problems i expect something to go wrong when I have to go. i try to stay with cvs because my son has his meds there too and its 24 hrs in case hes sick atleast i can go anytime to get what he needs and its close to my home. A big issue i had too was when i called the customer service line and the lady i spoke to wasn't understanding what I was explaining. it seems like they're programmed to just tell callers its a system problem and that's the end. this used to be a very good company but its gone downhill. there is a huge problem when companies take the money but make it almost impossible for people to get their meds they need to live. its a huge problem when you have to go back and forth to your doctors office for the same prescription. its a shame when people have to go to the hospital because weeks go by and your pharmacy is messing up so bad you have no choice but to go. its a shame when you call to get help from customer service and get absolutely no helpful service at all. COME ON CVS. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE. now I see why so many people switched to Walmart and went back to Walgreens. looking like I may be one of those people...

CVS ice canyon spring water

To whom it may concern

My family and I were on vacation in Boston and Cambridge from 3 July to 16 July 2019, and we bought and consume Ice Canyon Spring Water (15 bottle pack) on 3 separate occasions (ie 45 bottles in total). We subsequently read in the press that the Massachusetts Department of Public Health had issued warning to the public that Ice Canyon Spring Water contains a chemical known as PFAS that poses health risks to human.

My family and I were upset and disappointed that CVS was selling a contaminated product on its shelf.

Could you please comment (i) when did CVS become aware of the warning from the Massachusetts health authorities on Ice Canyon Spring Water? (ii) when did CVS pull Ice Canyon Spring Water off its shelf? and (iii) any further update on the contamination of Ice Canyon Spring Water since the publication of the product warning?

We look forward to hearing back from you. If you need further details, please do not hesitate to contact me on [protected]@yahoo.com or +852 [protected].

CVS a broken fax machine so physicians office’s prescription fax can’t go through

My doctor ordered 2 prescriptions for me. The nurse faxed to CVS in Valdosta GA . After not getting a text, I started trying to call CVS at 4:00pm. I was on hold for 25, the first time, and 35 the second time. A tech finally answered and said there were no prescription for me. After I told her the nurse assured me that she faxed and it went through, the tech advised me their fax machine was "still" broken. It was after 6:00pm by this time, so I have to wait another 24 hours before I can begin medication I need now! This is pure negligence!

CVS Customer service - deception (I would like to be contacted about this complaint)

Hello CVS

This grievance process began on the morning of 12 August 2019. In an attempt to correct this problem I resorted to the lowest possible CVS member in this chain of command which was the store manager. I've heard nothing back so far. I'm turning this over to my lawyer for action.

Remember me? I'm the guy who complained not long ago about the fact that CVS pharmacist at the CVS in Des Moines, IA, on the corner of 2nd Ave and Euclid, refused to sell me insulin syringes because I didn't have a prescription on file with CVS. I'm the 33 year Navy man. You see, I repair and restore antique radios. The Zenith and several other brands radio electronics are real hard to get into. Most of the radio's I work on are at least 40 -60 years old. When they get that old, you never ever remove the wood paneling or any other wood parts because, after that many years of expanding and contracting, it's almost impossible to get those parts put back in where they belong. The radio housing simply doesn't look right once you take them off and attempt to put them back. New parts don't look right either. So instead of taking it apart, I choose to use the insulin syringes to apply grease, two-part epoxy, and or wood filler. It's tricky, but it's the only way that I know how to do those repairs and be left with a radio that still looks antique. The ones that work best are the 29 gauge, 100 unit syringe. The epoxy doesn't freeze up immediately, and neither does the wood filler. By the way, I asked to be notified once my original complaint had been reviewed. No one contacted me.

Yesterday evening (between 20:45 - 21:00 on 11 August 2019) I went back into the same exact store, did some shopping, Paid for my items and left the store. There was a young blond/goldish curly hair fella that checked me out...boy he loves to talk...even if you don't...even if you indicate that you don't, he just keeps on going. I left the store and drove up further into town to run some errands and discovered that I had left my debit card in the store. At least I thought I had. So I turned around and went back to the CVS. As I'm pulling up I notice a DSM police vehicle parked upfront of the store. So I walked on in and began to ask the talking dude for my card when a police officer asked me outside for a word. I went outside with him (I didn't have too) and he proceeded to treat me like a suspect in a crime. I put a stop to that [censored] real quick. A cop in any town, city, or municipality is no match for a retired Senior Chief Petty Officer. The officer said that someone in CVS called the police because of something that I was buying? You don't sell illegal stuff in your stores, do you? I mean a paying customer can buy anything they want short of Pharmaceuticals (obviously) without fear of being targeted, questioned, or in my case, assaulted by way of nosey, self-important, immature, CVS employees right? I know Walgreens doesn't seem to care what you buy in their stores as long as it doesn't require a prescription. So, After replying "no" or "no you're not", or "you're not getting that", to almost all of the police officers requests for information (his questioning methods were/are illegal), he then indicated it was the blond-haired punk who likes to talk who called the DSM police. Now that I think about it, that's precisely who called the cops. Something I didn't mention before, when I was first checking out, the cashier (talking punk) cash register display malfunctioned. He called back to a second guy to bring him a spare display. The second guy returned with the spare display. They plugged it in and got it working but just before the second fella left, our blondie gold haired talking dude just had to lay a secret on him. It looked an awful lot like two second-graders sharing a secret about sister's boyfriend…I really hope that CVS isn't teaching their Pharmacist and hired help on the floor how to be rude as hell to the customers? That isn't part of their training is it? It sure seems like it. Either that or they're just mean spirited and CVS doesn't care. If you're wondering (and I hope you are), take a look at the security camera footage. You will see and hear the blond kid and you will also see their little exchange of "privileged" "secret" information.

So the cops show up, I tell them to take a hike, and here we are. One of my main concerns is that apparently, CVS isn't just a pharmacy anymore. Nope, they will speculate about what your intentions are with the stuff you buy there, they will deliberate in private, then they will be the judge and the jury, they will then pass down a guilty verdict and call the cops on you. All because they think that they are some sort of law enforcement, a knight in shining armor, has a firm grasp on the moral high ground or some other equally stupid [censored].

Do you sell things in your store that any customer is not allowed to buy? (Pharmaceuticals are an exception): I need a list from CVS telling me what is and isn't okay to buy for males and females? Help me out here because I'm speaking with my lawyer later this morning. He's pretty good too.

I think your corporate-minded [censored] needs to stop. CVS desperately needs to get rid of the curly orange hair talking dude and his partner in crime (the second dude)...or is this how CVS treats Decorated Navy Veterans who spent the best years of their lives defending the constitution, American people, the American way of life, and CVS Pharmacies?

I would like an answer to this if you don't mind.
I'm sure my lawyer would like one too.

Lukewarm regards,
Danny Mixon SCPO, USN, Ret

CVS customer service

I recently had gallbladder surgery after being discharged from the hospital I went immediately to CVS to have my prescription for pain medication filled, please keep in mind, I had surgery at 8am and was at CVS at 12:30pm the medication I received at the hospital was wearing off and I was in pain. I was with my daughter and grandson. We arrived at the drive-thur I gave the CVS associate my prescription and drivers license, she told us that I had to wait to see if the medication was in stock, after waiting ten minutes she replied that it was in stock but would not be ready until 4pm. I explained to her that I had just left the hospital after surgery and was in pain, could I please have the medication sooner. I'm 65 years old and she knew that because she had my drivers license. Her response was "Nope" my daughter couldn't believe it and neither could I. We left and went to Walgreens who filled the prescription right away.

"So, your saying that you refuse to dispense a few days of the medication to me that I will pay for: because it's too expensive? "Your name again? "Albert". I told Albert that I wanted to make sure I knew the name of the person who to sue if something happens to my brother. On August 8, 2019 I went into the store looking for Albert he was not in However another Pharmacist was there I informed him of what took place he apologize and said he would give me seven days informed him that I would let him know if we still needed them from your Pharmacy. CVS pharmacy

I have been a customer for over a year. Same prescriptions filled. Yet at the Port Saint Lucie Pharmacy on US1 and Lyngate I have had terrible customer service.

I am in Congestive Heart Failure. Many time I go to leave a script I'm told the doctor did not write the script correctly.

Today I dropped off a script. The female pharmacist Valerie came to the window, again declining the script. She was rude and stated "I need to call the doctor to see if he knows you are on and named one script they have filled for a year from the same doctor.

Then I not understanding her rudeness why. She said there was a new law. So I asked can you call now as the office is closing. Still baffled by the confusion. The pharmacist stated she didn't have time and walked away.

I called my doctors office reached the nurse and explained the latest rejection by CVS. While in the drive thru. While I had the nurse on the phone a pharmacy tech came to the window and stated,

"If you don't leave we will call the authorities." My heart raced and my doctors nurse who heard this said drive away I will call. And she said find a new pharmacy.

I was shaking at the threat of the police being called. As I drove around CVS I noted a police car in the parking lot.

I called to speak to a store manager. She assured me she would call back yet never did.

The only call I received was from my doctors nurse stating the script was ready. And to find a new pharmacy.

I am 55 in Congestive heart failure have used this pharmacy for the same meds for over a year.

I am still shaken by the tech stating if I didn't leave she would call police. And did call police.

As a patient in Congestive Heart Failure I expect my pharmacy to be considerate not threatening.

I called corporate

They just took information

A pharmacist knows what medications you are on and for what reason.

Professionalism is severely lacking as well as caring about the client's they serve.

I told the corporate headquarters I didn't understand and the pharmacist said it was a new rule. So when the pharmacist declined to call my doctor I did in the drive thru.

To be threatened that if I didn't leave they would call. The police unprofessional and uncaring.

God forbid if I was with dementia. And didn't understand. Cvs would call police?

Cvs in Port Saint Lucie on USI and Lyngate

Valerie is the pharmacist

Still shaken up from this

Tricia Wurster Trueblood has a history of rude service. There are complaints going back 5-6 years when she was at PSL Target and then changed to CVS.

CVS prescriptions not ready after 3 days

Called to make sure medications were ready for pickup on Friday, first someone name Ola hung up the phone after telling my prescriptions were not ready, so I called but she asked when did I want t pick them up, that they would be ready Friday evening but I told her I would be picking them up on Monday she said ok,
