Currys review: Order undelivered

Purchased an MP3 player on the 22nd of May, there were 2 attempted deliveries, after the second attempted delivery I arranged a date for the delivery to which I never got an answer.On the 29th May around 3pm, I called Currys Customer Service to ask abouthe my order. I have been told my item was out of stock as they sold it to someone else, and I was getting a call back within 2 days. Forward to the 18th of June?, around 10.30am I call again to Costumer Services, I was met with the exact same reply. I spent in total more than 30 minutes of my time on the phone with Currys, been waiting a month for the item or a refund and so far I still have no solution. I never got a call or email from Currys.
