I’ve repeatedly emailed and spoken with staff about the ongoing lack of hot water in the showers. Over the past several months, only one or two weeks have had functioning hot water.
This past week I raised the issue again with the new GM, who took my information and said she would escalate it. I also reported a serious safety concern: one of the glass shower doors is out of alignment, and the edges collide when the door is opened or closed. This is the third time I’ve brought this to the front desk, and the issue still hasn’t been addressed. It’s only a matter of time before the glass shatters and someone gets injured.
After multiple attempts to get these issues addressed, I’ve decided to leave and join another gym that properly maintains its equipment and facilities.
