Me and my hubby signed up for Colaw Fitness thinking it would be a good time. But let me tell ya, their website talks about being all "Christian" and stuff, but trust me, there ain't nothin' Christian about 'em. So, I tried to cancel my membership 'cause of health problems, and let me tell ya, the staff was so dang rude. I was fumin' mad, I tell ya. We ended up payin' the cancellation fee for my membership, but my hubby kept his 'til the end of the year so we wouldn't have to pay another one. But guess what? We noticed they were still takin' our money even though he didn't renew the contract. So we called 'em up again, and the person we talked to just started blabberin' on about my old account and all this info. Finally, when she shut up, I told her it was my hubby's account we were askin' about. And you know what she says? "You didn't tell me that." I didn't give her a piece of my mind 'cause I'm a person with integrity, and I didn't wanna stoop down to her level. She sent us the cancellation form through email, and turns out my hubby don't owe 'em any fees. Can you believe it? We never even used the gym 'cause of COVID, and we were still payin' for it. Now, listen here, I'm a business owner myself, not just one but two companies. Colaw really needs to step up their game. They're useless and a total waste of money.
