Crunch Fitness review: Refuse to refund personal training and charge for membership after account was closed

Started texting and emailing regarding charges I received and tried to cxl my membership at the time. This is the first time.
I only been to the gym once I did sign up for person training and membership which was paid completely. Due to medical reason and was transferred in my employement I cannot use the gym. They refuse to corrispond with me only one time to say I can donate my money to someone else instead of refunding my membership and personal training I have only been there once and they still refuse to communicate or contact me to discuss a refund. I feel violated and lied to. I only went to the gym once I cannot understand why or how they can hold my money and still charged me after I froze the account. I am out of 800 and have medical bills I need to pay.
