Returned an expensive pair of boots that were received on November 4th. Called about 10 days later that it would take 15 working days to process. Called back on Monday 24th they said I should have my refund on Tuesday or Wednesday. Called Wednesday because it still no refund. 1st they said they did not receive the product until I provided the tracking # (;which I had provided each time I called and they verified that was correct ) and then they said they would expedite my refund which they also said they would do on Monday, then turned around and just blamed it on their system. Now I have to wait until Saturday before I call back. Worse experience I've ever had trying to get a refund.
