I bought a pair of Dylan clogs over a month and a half ago. They were the incorrect size, so I initiated an exchange. I initiated this a month ago now. I have not received one update or email explaining this issue or telling me about what is going on. I have had to go out of my way to reach out to customer service 3 times. The first two times, I was assured my return was on time and coming. During the second interaction, I was told the absolute latest I would have them was 09/25, but they were still on time to be in the "regular exchange time". But somehow, at the same time was told the "regular exchange time" was less than 14 days from Crocs receiving the original return, even though at the time of second phone call, it was past that. Their "regular shipping time" is 5-7 business days, and that is less than 6 business days away from today, so I am aware I will not be getting them on time as the order has not updated from "pending exchange" in over a month. Not even a shipping label has been created. After reaching out again, I was told there is no adjusted time frame due to a delay- and to "rest assured they were working hard". They offered me a 30% discount and free shipping on future orders, both of which I already had on the 1st order. I toyed with the idea of cancelling the exchange, getting a refund, and placing a new order. I asked if this was a possibility and then was told yes. I had not gone through with it yet, though. I added the same pair to my cart to see if I wanted to do that, and when adding it, it came out to be MORE EXPENSIVE than my original order even was. Also, they already offer free shipping over $34.99 (which most of their products are priced over), and their products are frequently marked down around 30% (like when I purchased) so were they really trying to help me out or make the situation right? Doubtful. I am a healthcare worker who was so excited to wear these clogs to my hospital job, but Crocs has truly ruined my experience. Communication and transparency to the consumer are pillars of a good companies' values (or should be at least), and Crocs has seriously lacked both. I don't believe after this ordeal I will ever buy or recommend them again.
Recommendation: Don't buy online!!!!!! Or maybe at all!
