On November 28,2025 black Friday my manager Ryan Carina brought in 4, 12 year old little girls to work illegally for a few hours as they just stood and walked around store not doing anything and did not know what they were doing! They were their because Ryan paid them all $200 with his own money "out of pocket". We did not need their help but your sick perverted child sex predator manager Ryan Carins desperately needed to be around little girls to stare at and pretend as if they were his daughters! Which they are not!
Working that Friday was busy and unnerving and some co workers felt uneasy working or having little girls in the way of a busy day during a special event (black friday!)
These little girls were constantly in our way and just either in stock room eating food, looking at their phones, yes some did have phones at 12 years old. And when not doing that they just walked around the store looking at products not doing anything except to be in our associates way unnecessary and annoying to work with! Ryan Carine has also made comments sexually by telling us associates to "wear skirts, show more skin, wear tank tops instead of your company recommended t shirts we are mandatory foe all Crocs workers to wear Crocs t shirts the day we are hired as our job uniform! Not wanting to wear what our sick paedophile sex predator perverted manager Ryan Carins wants to see us teenage girls wear! This and flirting sexually with words no manager should as his vocabulary is considered highly inappropriate for workplace! As a manager he should know Not to do such behaviors! And he does this anyways, knowing that DM Patty Monticello will never and has never spoken to him about his reports against female associates here as Patty is purposely seems to be refusing to do her job correctly as all female workers here at this store are 19 years old and are all white teenage females!
