The manager here (Ryan Carins) has allowed underage minors who are 12 years old work here today, their are about 4 of them here later today at my Crocs store job at 3965 Eagan outlets Parkway. 55122 Eagan,MN store number suite 415.
Manager Ryan Carins has commited this child labor violation illegal activity every year on Black Friday for 9 years now. He gets away with this illegal crime because of our DM Patty Monticello tolerates this perverted disgusting and disturbing illegal behaviour to persist continually and yearly as she strongly ignores child labor protection laws and Crocs retail conduct policies written in our rulebook guidelines!
Ryan Carins says these minors are "helping out" knowing we have more than enough employees covering all shifts every year! He does this because he is a sick perverted child obsessed paedophile child sex predator!
Why bring in children who are 12 year old girls (no boys) and have them work without knowing anything about Crocs products or helping customers because they are children!

"If a married man with two daughters wants to touch a teenage female employee and take their picture for his own sick fetish fantasy then let Ryan do so!"

Today is Black Friday 11-28-2025 and my manager is Ryan Carins who has paid and had underage minors work here to "help out" as he claims.
