Rack Room Shoes Great shopping experience

There is so much to choose from. The employees are helpful and so courteous. The buy one get one half off helped too. Bought three pairs of shoes. Definitely going to continue to shop here.

Great variation in shoes & some really good deals... doesnt mean I always find my size or style I'm looking for, but better than any other shoe store or shoe department within a store that I gave ever shopped.

Rack Room Shoes Great service and huge selection in store and online!

Reading these "reviews", makes you wonder what planet some of these people live on. Each brand fits differently. Unless you or reordering something you already have, or tried on at a store, chances are they are different sizing. Again, Each Brand Fits Differently! Stop complaining about return shipping fees. Those returns are your fault!

I was shopping for my grandsons. They both like Niki socks white. I found only two white Niki socks
On the review stand. I paid for them and was told by the sale associate, that on my next visit I could had
A fifteen dollar coupon. She stated that I needed to use on or before September 30,2023. I informed the sales associate that I needed another package of white Niki socks, since I couldn't locate them. She came over and found them for me. I use the coupon that was given to me. Excellent customer service.

Rack Room Shoes The staff is very patient and nice

Had to get work shoes. Went a couple of days in a row because I couldn't make up my mind. So I asked a girl who is always putting up shoes whenever I went if she could recommend something, she's tall, with glasses. I didn't remember her name. She was quite helpful and friendly. I had asked the manager the day before but she seemed busy so I just came back the next day and the young girl helped me. And they have pokemon stops in the shopping center too. So if you go get shoes maybe don't ask the young manager ask the tall girl with glasses. She will be happy to help you.

Rack Room Shoes An employee

I came in to pick up my shoes I ordered online Sales rep proceed to tell she was having issue with the printer. So because she was not clear I ask so what does that mean am i not able to get my shoes. She proceed to snatch the phone off the counter saying I didn’t say that I just said I wasn’t ready with a nasty attitude. I didn’t appreciate the attitude because I genuinely just was trying to pick up my shoes. It was almost as if she didn’t wanna do her job. I probably will never do In store pickup again due to this young ladies attitude.

Rack Room Shoes Disappointing Experience with Rack Room Shoes' Website and Customer Service

I recently made a purchase on Rack Room Shoes' website and unfortunately, it was not a smooth experience. I ordered two pairs of shoes, but when I received my package from the Post Office, I found that they had sent me the wrong shoes and in the wrong size. I was disappointed to learn that Rack Room Shoes does not use UPS or FedEx for their deliveries, which meant I had to go to the Post Office to pick up my package.

I tried to contact customer service through their Live Chat option, but no one ever responded. Feeling frustrated, I decided to email them instead. I received an automated email response that someone would get back to me within 24 hours, but 48 hours went by and I still hadn't heard anything. Luckily, the automated response included a phone number to call, so I decided to give them a ring.

When I spoke to the customer service representative, I was still feeling frustrated, but she was nice and understanding. She promised to expedite the shipping of my order through FedEx. However, after another week went by, I called customer service again and learned that my order had never been sent out. I was disappointed and decided to return the shoes as they had requested.

It's been a while since I returned the shoes and I still haven't received a refund on my credit card. Overall, my experience with Rack Room Shoes was not a positive one. I would recommend using Amazon instead, as they have a more reliable and efficient customer service system.

Rack Room Shoes Terrible Customer Service at Rack Room Shoes in Castle Rock, CO

I had a really bad experience at the Rack Room Shoes store in Castle Rock, CO. The workers there were so rude and snotty, it was unbelievable. I went there with my husband to return a pair of shoes we had bought for our daughter. She already had the same pair, so we decided to return them. When we got there, we were accused of wearing the shoes and were told that we couldn't get a full refund.

We had only bought the shoes two hours earlier and we never even took them out of the box. But the workers, especially a woman named Mary and her manager, were so nasty about it. They said that the shoes looked worn and that we were lying. The manager who had checked us out earlier had even looked at the shoes before she rang us up, but now they were saying that they looked worn.

We were so upset by their behavior that we decided never to shop there again. We used to go there a lot, but now we won't even consider it. We will definitely tell everyone we know about this store and how bad the customer service is. It's a shame because we used to like Rack Room Shoes, but now we can't recommend it to anyone.

Rack Room Shoes Disorganized and Frustrating: My Experience with Rack Room Shoes

I gotta say, I'm pretty surprised by how this place does business in 2019. I ordered two pairs of shoes - one to be picked up and one to be shipped - but I never got a confirmation email and when I logged in, my order was nowhere to be found. But guess what? My credit card was charged! Eventually, I got an email saying my pick-up was ready, but the order still wasn't showing up on the website. I ordered in time for Christmas, but it's not looking good for that second pair of shoes. It's been three whole days and I still don't have an order number for them, so they probably won't get here in time for the big day. I tried calling Rack Room Shoes twice, but both times I was on hold for over 20 minutes with no end in sight. That's just crazy, man. I can't recommend this place - it's way too unorganized and it's causing me a ton of frustration.

Rack Room Shoes Shady Return Policy: My Disappointing Experience with Rack Room Shoes

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Rack Room Shoes. I mean, don't get me wrong, the shoes themselves were fine. But when it came time to return them, things got a little shady.

Now, I'm not the type to just blindly trust a company's return policy. I like to do my research and make sure I know what I'm getting into. So before I made my purchase, I scoured the website for any information about return shipping. And you know what? I couldn't find anything.

So I went ahead and made my purchase, figuring I could just return the shoes if they didn't work out. But when I received my order confirmation email, I noticed something fishy. It said that a return label would be included in the package. Hmm, that seemed a little too good to be true.

Sure enough, when my shoes arrived, there was no return label to be found. Instead, I had to go back to the website and dig through the fine print to find out that I would have to pay for return shipping myself. What a sneaky move, Rack Room Shoes!

Now, normally I wouldn't mind paying for return shipping. But in this case, I had taken advantage of a BOGO deal, so the shoes I was returning were only worth half of what I had paid for them. It just didn't seem worth it to spend even more money to send them back.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with Rack Room Shoes. I wish they had been more upfront about their return policy from the get-go. I don't think I'll be shopping with them again anytime soon.

Rack Room Shoes Disappointing Experience Shopping at Rack Room Shoes Online: A Total Scam

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience shopping at Rack Room Shoes online. I mean, I get it, they gotta make a profit and all, but it seems like they're sending out their worst shoes to us online customers.

I live pretty far from the nearest store, like 19 miles or something, so I figured I'd just order a pair of sneakers online. Seemed like a good idea at the time, you know? But when they finally arrived, they were the wrong design! And not just any design, mind you, but my least favorite one out of the whole line. Talk about a bummer.

So I figured, okay, I'll just exchange them for the right ones. But nope, their policy is that all exchanges have to be done in store. Like, seriously? I still can't get to the store, so then I try to return them. But guess what? To return them, I have to pay for insurance of lost items. What a ripoff!

I mean, I chose to shop at Rack Room Shoes because they had the most affordable options for someone like me who's on a tight budget. But in the end, they just ended up costing me more money and giving me a whole lot of regret. I'll never forget this experience, and if anyone ever asks me, I'll tell them straight up: Rack Room Shoes online store is a total scam.

I recently had an experience with Rack Room Shoes that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I wanted to buy my dad a pair of shoes for his birthday, so I went to their website and placed an order on Thursday. The website said that the shoes would be delivered on Saturday, which was perfect timing for the occasion.

I was excited to receive the shoes, so I kept an eye on the tracking number that Rack Room Shoes sent me via FedEx. On Saturday, I was outside with my mom and sister when I received a notification that the package had been delivered. I was worried that my dad would see the package before his birthday, so I immediately tried to contact FedEx to see if they could hold the package for me.

Unfortunately, I was only able to reach a virtual assistant, which was not helpful at all. I then tried to contact Rack Room Shoes, but I was put on hold for about 2 hours before I finally got through to someone. They asked for my name, order number, and address, and then told me that the package had been delivered and that I should contact FedEx or make a case with PayPal.

I tried contacting FedEx again, but I had no luck. I then went back to Rack Room Shoes and tried to get in touch with someone again. When I finally got through to someone, they disconnected the call before I could even explain my situation. I then tried to open a case with PayPal, but they kept asking for the tracking number, which I had already provided multiple times. Eventually, PayPal closed my case without resolving the issue.

Now, I am left with no shoes and no money. I have tried contacting Rack Room Shoes multiple times, but I have not had any luck getting a response. I am now considering contacting my bank to see if I can make a case with them.

Overall, my experience with Rack Room Shoes was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope that they can improve their customer service and communication in the future so that other customers do not have to go through what I did.

Rack Room Shoes Beware of Shipping Costs: My Experience with Rack Room Shoes Online Orders

The quality of the shoes at Rack Room Shoes is pretty good, and their prices are quite competitive. However, if you're planning to order online, be careful! If you don't live near one of their physical stores, you might end up paying a lot more than you bargained for. You see, if the shoes don't fit or you need to return them for any reason, you'll have to pay for the shipping yourself. And that can really add up!

Let's say you find a great deal on some shoes and decide to order them online. You pay for the shipping to get them to your house, but when they arrive, you realize they don't fit quite right. So you decide to return them. But now you have to pay for the shipping AGAIN to send them back! Rack Room Shoes Mixed Feelings About My Rack Room Shoes Purchase: A Review

I recently made a purchase from Rack Room Shoes and I have mixed feelings about my experience. I ordered two pairs of shoes and a small sling backpack from their website. The backpack arrived in good condition and I have no complaints about it. However, I was disappointed that my items were shipped separately. Despite this, the shipping was surprisingly fast, so I can't complain too much.

The first pair of shoes I received had a plastic tag attached to them. This tag is meant to prevent theft, but it was an inconvenience for me. I had to go to a random sneaker store to ask them to remove it for me. The employee was kind enough to help me, even though she wasn't supposed to. This was a minor inconvenience, but it still affected my overall experience.

My biggest complaint is about the second pair of shoes I ordered. They were meant to be a Valentine's Day present for my boyfriend, but they arrived in a terrible condition. The shoes were stuffed into a tote up box, which was unacceptable for a gift. I was disappointed that I had to present this tacky box to my boyfriend and explain that it was the fault of the company. It was clear that Rack Room Shoes didn't care about the satisfaction of their customers.

Despite these issues, I was surprised that my items arrived in a timely manner. I had read reviews about messed up shipping and lost shipments, so I was relieved that my items arrived at all. This is the only reason why I'm giving Rack Room Shoes a two-star rating. If it weren't for the shipping, my rating would have been one star.

Rack Room Shoes Disappointing Experience with Rack Room Shoes: Charged Twice and No Customer Service Help

I went to Rack Room Shoes for the first time on June 2nd with my sons. We were all excited to find shoes we liked at reasonable prices. However, when we went to checkout, there were computer issues and the employees were not communicating well. I had to try to run my card three times, and even though I was promised everything was fine when we left, I was charged twice - once on June 2nd and again two days later.

I understand that mistakes happen, but what really bothers me is that I have spent hours waiting on hold with their customer service department, which is completely useless. I have also gone back to the store to try to work things out with a manager, but it is now June 25th and I still have not received my money back. What's worse is that I have not received a single email or phone call apologizing or trying to make things right.

As a mother of two growing boys, I would have been a loyal customer for the next 10 years, but at this point, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Rack Room Shoes. I hope this review helps others avoid the same issues I have had to deal with.

Rack Room Shoes Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Rack Room Shoes

I recently purchased two pairs of shoes from Rack Room Shoes' website. One of the shoes was great, but unfortunately, the other one was damaged. I reached out to their customer service team and the first representative I spoke with was really nice. I sent them an email with photos of the damage and was told to wait for a response within two business days.

However, when I followed up with a phone call the next day, I was met with a very curt representative. This woman told me that there was nothing they could do for me and that I should wait for a response from customer service. I was confused and asked why I was even getting a phone call if they weren't going to help me. She was very rude and told me to just wait for a response.

Eventually, I received a voicemail stating that they wouldn't be doing anything for me and that it was my responsibility to contact the brand of the damaged shoe to see if they could help me. I was frustrated and sent an email follow-up explaining that it wasn't my job to do their work with their vendors and asked if they could please contact the company for me.

Their response was that they didn't see any damage on the shoes. I was annoyed and sent another reply asking if I needed to circle the damages for them to see. As someone who shops online frequently, I was really disappointed with this experience. I understand that nothing is perfect, but I can't trust the quality of their products or their customer service. If I can't trust that my products will be good, I won't be shopping with them again.

Rack Room Shoes Air Max Excee

I came to Rackroom to exchange a pair of shoes given for my birthday...did not like the color...found the Air Max Excee...when I tried on the shoe the left shoe was tight...I asked the lady who wormed there if they had any half sizes (1/2) she said no...she checked on the computer...the lady told me she was the manager (did not get her name)...she told me to purchase them and maybe I could break them in...if not...return them in the shoe box along with my receipt...she would exchange or refund me...I told if she was sure...she said yes...I again asked her I could wear them to try to break them and if not satisfied because they would hurt...I would still be able to return or exchange and she said yes...I came today to exchange or return and they told me no...they will not due thsg...I am requesting a refund since they don't carry 1/2 sizes and my left foot hurts when wearing the shoe...thank you

Rack Room Shoes [urgent] complaint about different in size of one pair.

I am writing to you to complain about different in size of one pair (Order number: [protected]) .

On 7th December, I purchased two pair of Nike asuna2 slides from your online shop for $89.98.

Today when I unpacked it, I noticed the grey one is different in size of one pair(left size is 10, right size is 8).

I am experiencing this type of inconvenience for the first time, but I haven't expected this at all.

No one can use this slide. So I would like to have a free return label and a refund for the full cost ($ 39.99) of the grey one.

Rack Room Shoes Statesville NC

I visited your store today 10/26/22. I was very perturbed by the way

the store manager was speaking to an employee. It was most unsettling.

Especially speaking to her in the tone he was using and in front of other

customers. I will let you know I will not be shopping in that store again.

I plan on leaving a bad review also. This needs to be addressed as I have

spoken to others that have visited your store and have said the same things.

Rack Room Shoes Rack Room NIKE Tennis

Rack Room in Slidell, La really think customers are stupid. Everytime you go there to shop the sales ticket says one price and @ the register you have another price. The sales agent or maybe he could have been the store manager, I'm not quite sure. However I told him the front alse have several boxes of NIKE Tennis that are $59 and he was charging $80 REALLY! THEY THINK WE'RE STUPID.

STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Rack Room Shoes Manager and employees

I asked the staff and manager to explain the Bo Go guidelines to me and and was met with nothing shy of hostility. The manager Lamonte Hendricks was called upon by myself to help with a new employee by the name Andrea who had told me she didn’t care that she had a job wasn’t worried about it and was acting like she was angry when I asked a question . When I then asked the manager to show me the signs In the store that were part of the promo I said to him they blend in with all the others he then got very stern his body language was intimidating and he tried to say I had already been told this info by another employee. I said you him that was not so and he proceeded to walk away while I was asking him what the employee said to me because no employee had said anything they just shook their head when I asked a question. Lamonte’s voice was loud and unfriendly during this time and caused attention from others I asked him to explain the promo and he reigned said it had already been explained and called me a liar still using a voice that made me feel I was being talked down to after I had just spent 200$ . So I asked again to please explain the promo he then takes his voice to a very loud tone states I will not argue with you when it was a civil conversation I felt he had purposely drawn attention by raising his voice tone to make me feel embarrassed or to try and make me appear to be a problem when I was just asking a question about the promo I asked clearly to explain to me what the promo excluded brands etc he then said look around you read .? I was already embarrassed by the way he was talking down to me and now had drawn attention with getting loud voice tone that I just said ok you obviously don’t want to help me and he continued to chastise me as I walked out of the store . Because I asked his to explain the promo that is what I wanted to know and I was belittled Lamont’e used his loud tone of voice saying I am not going to argue with you and that statement right there had intention he hoped it would get attention and he succeeded then tried to make me look like some disgruntled customer hoping to get to leave the store and it did . I told him I would be filing a complaint he said good luck with that . This is the first time I have ever been treated like a lesser person when shopping and spending my money . Do with this what you like :

Special ordered a pair of shoes. Can't find the original receipt but had the shipping confirmation which shows transaction order #, the date and cost paid. Rack Room Shoes Lied on price

We pursed 2 pair of shoes. Salesman said my sons pair would be half off . It was in Cary NC . Crossroads mall. He rang them up. We paid with debt card. I seen the amount was way high. He sad my dons work shoes had an arch , so not half off. After he told us they where. He seen the shoes before we paid. My son has autism , and walked out . Couldn’t deal it. One pair was order to my home. I will be returning them. And never shop stores again. So wrong.
