Cricket Wireless - disrespect of customer in the presence of other customers

Ihave to say the expereince I had when I purchased my phone was great. The young man was very helpful and asked all of my questions. I purchased my phone on Aug 19 aat 4:59 pm. However the second one made me think to go to another carrier. I have only been a customer with Circket three days. I went to get instruction to unlock my phone. I walked to the counter where there were one man and two ladies. The man and one lady on the right side was giving their attention to the computer. There was the other lady who was more in the middle of the counter on computer as well. I was not acknowledge when I was standing at the counter, therefore I began to explain my issue, while looking back forward waiting to for someone to look at me (in a low tone) . When I finished explaining I needed help to unlock my phone the guy said " Well you just out of luck . . . sike". He never looked up from the computer nor did the lady he was with. Found out later he was the manager. The lady in the middle of the counter reached out her hand for my phone, without saying a word, as I gave it to her. After she looked at the phone she unlocked it very quickly. I wanted to know what she did. She did, very quickly. After the sales person showed me how, I let her know I understood how to do it and then showed her what I was doing by mistake. She let out a huge laugh attracting the attention of the other customers in the store yelling to her co-workers " you know how she was trying to unlock the phone"? After they all laughed I tried to transition over to another question I had.

I am a person with years of customer service. I know this was not the way a customer should be treated. I was made to feel dumb and stupid for not knowing how to unlock the phone. I have plans to switch back to either the company I left to cut my bill down) or just pay for better service. This is the first complaint I have every written on anyone, cause I know people have bad days, but there was no excuse for this treatment. If it were my store I would need to know about employees this these. Even though this store is very close to my home I will never go there again.
