My husband and I are elderly, (over 75), and went to O'Fallon, MO store, about 4:20-4:30 pm (January 22, 2023). When we got there there was a wait (15-20 minutes). Which was fine. We were standing right across from the hostess. Lots of others came in mostly elderly. People were told 20-30 minutes, then a party of 7 comes in and told 15-20 minutes. About 10 minutes later the hostess calls the party of 7 to come back. All of us waiting up to that point and us having waited almost our 20 minutes were upset. I asked hostess when we were going to be called, she said next. Then I asked why the party of 7 was called before us. I was told because they were short on servicers. The couple that was supposed to be behind us said they were leaving tired of waiting. So the hosted brings them back. My husband and I were really mad. So were the other elderly guests waiting. I asked the hostess and manager when he came up. The response was well we are setting you now. I said I want to know why a table of 7 and the people that came way after us were sat before us. I got nothing but you are holding up the line from manager. Not good customer service! And very rude.
Desired outcome: Manager to be reprimed. What he said to me was not an answer. I asked why people that came in way after us were getting seated before us. No response at all. Take people in order they put their names down.
