Cracker Barrel review: 2 breakfasts

Breakfast at 9:30A.M. on 18 february 2023, this location was not that busy yet our food was luke warm, pancakes, hash brown casseroles, eggs, sausage over cooked, bacon okay. Seeing there was amole seating, the host seated us next to a table with it looking like a war zone on the table and aisle and who wants that atmosphere? The host was not the most friendliest, but youth if day do not kniw how to converse. You know, it doesn't cost anything to greet with a "good morning, day, etc. We had purposely avided this nearby restaurant because of the same but one of our grandchildren gave us a gift card for Christmas so we decided to use it. I have to compare you with Waffle House, never ever have we put in a complaint on the, here in Richmond and down the Eastern seaboard in over 40 years. This leaves us to think Cracker Barrel is not equipped with man/woman power to provide a customer with a reasonably hot breakfast. I would have addressed this, then and there, but my wife is British and as usual, just wanted toi leave and not create anything, knowing I don't mnd complaining and care who heres it.
