Dear [CourseHero Support Team],

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing with my CourseHero account, and I respectfully request your assistance in resolving it.

Last May 2023, my CourseHero account was unexpectedly blocked, rendering me unable to access the platform. Despite several attempts to resolve this issue independently, I have been unsuccessful in regaining access to my account. Each time I attempt to log in, I receive a "Bad Request" notification, preventing me from accessing my account dashboard or withdrawing my earnings.

One of my primary concerns is regarding the unwithdrawn earnings I have accumulated on the platform. As of my last access to the website, my remaining earnings amounted to $200+. I understand that CourseHero allows tutors to withdraw their earnings, and I had planned to do so before encountering this issue. Unfortunately, the inability to log in has prevented me from accessing my earnings or withdrawing them from the platform.

I value the opportunities that CourseHero has provided for educators like myself to share knowledge and support students in their academic pursuits. However, the current situation has left me frustrated and concerned about the status of my account and earnings.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Specifically, I would appreciate it if you could:

Investigate the reason behind the blocking of my account and provide clarification on why I am unable to log in.

Assist me in regaining access to my account so that I can withdraw my remaining earnings.

Ensure that such issues are prevented in the future, or provide clear guidelines on how to address them if they occur.
