Consumers charges MI customers for all related DEI platforms costs. DEI has been proven in the US justice system to be discriminatory and violates our constitution. The facts and evidence are well established that Consumers does not hire the best qualified staff. HR hires based upon ethnicity, nepotism, to meet support for ongoing DEI despite court rulings.

Consumers has one of the highest cost per KW (22/and growing) in the nation. Along with highest KW rates has worse recovery downtime for power outages.

Consumers long-term BES grid roadmap is based upon temporary green energy solutions of solar and wind turbine technology while the rest of the nation focuses on fossils fuel energy including Nuclear. Consumers routinely violates NERC CIP infrastructure standards including regional RFC standards. Consequently Consumers pays millions in potential non compliance (PNC) to regulatory organization. Consumers pays politicallobbyist in Michigan to prevent competitors to do business.
