This is the SECOND time these idiots have stolen my home heating credit from the State of Michigan. I checked the box #18 "You must check this box to receive a refund from your heat provider for any overpayment to your heat account." I did not owe them any money for any bills. I had a credit of $195. Again, I checked the box to SENT ME THE CHECK FOR THE HOME HEATING CREDIT. These stupid fools again, applied it to my account. I do not want it applied to my account. I am qualified for the SER with the State of MI. My balance is currently $943.92. I need a check mailed to me immediately for this amount or I'm filing a lawsuit. You are uneducated scumbags.

Recommendation: You have no choice but to use these undeducated, inbred, stupid, immoral thieves
