The two calls were slightly diff/ first lady told me to call back and someone might know...2nd lady did not want to try and look up in settings to troubleshoot what I might have changed earlier in the day... I am dying of metastatic prostate bone cancer and will not live to see easter... I have called cc to tell them I have not been able to call my doctor, 911, even them at 611, phone just drops internet connection every day, "skip" takes many taps, can not copy and paste, this is dangerous phone and samsung knows it and cc knows about my inability to call medical staff while on a butrans 15mcg patch plus morphine drops... And I have called them over and over and over again... Short warranty... But they don't even try to help a dying person... Who does not need to waste his time with these people and who eventually went to "third party cookies" and fixed it himself... After being told that the rep could not do anything since it was a third party app... So I wish tem both peace but whew... No work ethic at all — tomorrow going to verizon and pay more for a bit better phone to get me to easter... And I will try not to hold all of this pain and anger too long for most of the reps (some really helped now and then)... But to spend 2 calls... And then fix it myself? I will cancel tomorrow

could not call 611, 911, my doctor, could not get CC reps to help me get my local TV station back...this evening...I ended up fixing it...websites just stop/ can not copy and paste, can not tap "skip"...so many others...sorry I forget ...I will dead by Easter...but today is my last day as a CC Customer...support was available now and then...95% NOT...but dying people (and metastatic prostate bone cancer means you are dying... since June 2023,,,,,actually not a bad run) sleep 18 hrs day = Morphine and can't think straight but these last two calls did it...C ya! an apology would be nice...if I am gone my wife will tell of the wasted hours trying to keep this phone working...no more time to waste
