Conn's Home Plus review: Ripoffs, bad service

has anyone on here that delt with conns had a run in with the service tech Raymond T he came in last yr to fix our tv and made advances to my wife brushed her cheek and told her if there was anything I can do for you outside conns my personal number is on back of card she told him to get out. we went to make payment complaned to store raymonds boss called me at home and called my wife a liar, said that raymond was his best tech was told 3 times by store that raymond was fired ist time was for other reasons, went next month to make payment guess who was in store sitting with salesman raymond so lie (1) raymond walked past me out the door after about 5 min my wife came in and said in front of employees that raymond was sitting in his p/u truck stairing at her and winking she came into store, tv messed up again I called for service the tv and sound bar wont stay paired they sent me a email telling me the date and a pic of the tech that would be coming out and behold it was raymond, I didnt see him the first time he came out I was at work, so he came out wife was still asleep he called samsund did a few things to tv and sat on couch asked me I hear you had trouble with the last tech mind if I ask what happend I told him what happen he started smileing a little and asked me what I plan to do about it, at that point I knew this guy was fishing for info and replied thats all I can say at this point, as he was leaving headed down steps wife woke up as I was closeing door she opened door say him get into his truck and shouted thats the SOB that touched me, he pulled out and gone before I could get to him again I complaned to cust service and the store again was told he was fired lie (2). ok the 1st part of may again trouble with tv so went into store to tell them I need service and did not want Raymond T at my house the long red haired girl that took my payment said no worries he had a heart attack and had to quit, well I got e mail confirming my appt on the 5th of june and wam guess who they were going to send again Raymond T so lie (3) im going to file a sexual harrassment suit aginst conns home plus sence he was working for them in there truck wearing there logo and putting his number on the back of there cards so if amyone has had this guy do same contact me [protected]@gmail.com I cant believe that conns would let this go this far there reps harassing there custmers in this fassion
