We called the Lake Worth store. Spoke with Nelson. He advised there were 7 freezers in stock at their warehouse. Could be delivered Friday. We needed it sooner, asked if we could pick up. He said yes. He advised to drive to Lake Worth store to pay, and then drive to warehouse in Dallas. So we did. Once we arrived, the warehouse worker stated they could not release the freezer to us because "the P.O. had not dropped." ? Apparently the manufacturer had not released the product to Conn's, so Conn's could not release it to us. We asked why they even told us they had it available. The store manager Antonio said it did show available in their stock. How is this our problem? We have paid $865.99, expecting to be able to pick up our freezer at the warehouse today, and no one will release it to us. They are also refusing to give us the warehouse manager's name. Also, Antonio gave me the District Manager's name - Olivian Bollenbacher, but refused to give me her contact information. Therefore, I am filing a complaint. We are asking for full reimbursement of all the food we will lose based on their refusal to give us the product we paid for. Thus far, I have proof of over $1, 000 in food we purchased. We have to keep it in the freezer, to feed two families who are elderly, while the coronavirus prevents them from going out in public due to the high risk of death based on their health. Conn's is ruining our ability to feed these people.
