Conn's Home Plus review: Delivery

Conns promised next day delivery, did not happen. Five days later, they sent confirmation of delivery for 4:45 to 7:45 pm. I called around 8 pm and they said my delivery time moved to 8:45 pm This did not happen. I called and I was then told my delivery time moved to 9:15 pm. This did not happen. No call, no show. I called the next morning and I was told my delivery was scheduled for today, between 9 and 12. No confirmation was given to me and no one could send any confirmation. Here it is 6 days later, for a next day delivery. Conns should not advertise falsely.

Desired outcome: Confirm and send my delivery
