SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / zulily is not giving me my money back!

I was charged twice for the same order and still can't get a refund. I have already received my order and everything could have been ok if they wouldn't have billed me twice.
I contacted Zulily regarding my money and they said that I will receive my refund within a couple of weeks. That didn't happen.
I'm still trying to get my money back but all I'm getting is empty promises and nothing more. I have never expected something like that from Zulily.
I will not buy from them again!
