Zain Bahrain BSC / iPhone 4S / Charges for recieved SMS

From last two month I'm receiving SMS from various numbers, for that I've been invoiced with amount of about BD 80.000 without any intimation. I called service center for two times, call attender told me that on 3 Jan I've replied for one SMS, which means I agreed to receive SMS with charges. I checked the log of SMS I found my child, by mistake replied for the said SMS with blank SMS. But Zain claiming that even a blank SMS can be considered as a acceptance by related SMS sender. (How they can?) I asked to zain service to cancel all such subscriptions. Service Call Operator agreed to do so with immediate effect with assurances that hereafter I'll not receive such payable SMS. But unfortunately I'm getting such SMS, at least daily once. How such Service provide can raise the bill for such undocumented services?. How to stop it?
