Yahoo! emails attaching and being viewed not by recipients

Hello- I have recently sent an email to clients offering discounted rate.
I then composed an email to another client and sent it...on returning to yahoo I could see that the two emails have attached themselves...therefore the two separate recipients of my emails will be able to read what I have sent to the other. What you would call disastrous for business as I now have to give both customers the same discount...
It is not the first time this has happened...the emails do seem to combine from time to time.

I absolutely definitely do not like this "upgrade" you have provided to cover your ### after the crap security you have allegedly had for YEARS. The new system is RUBBISH.
I despise nearly all forms of online sh★t but In this day & age, one might as well be nearly dead without an email. I thought you lot were relible & user friendly, but your "update" is awful. No complaints until this, but I might just go to GMail.

Yahoo! scam emails from masked yahoo accounts

I get tons of bogus /scam emails from various yahoo accounts like one
With display name Rachel's Health Tips but sending address is really [protected]@yahoo.com. I mark them all as spam and block them but they keep coming from new yahoo accounts. Some even advertising illegal items. Is there a yahoo email address I can forward them to so you can clean up your servers.

Yahoo! horrible constant captive animal videos on yahoo mail

I do not wntor choosthose videos that you insist on binging up on my mail page. I assume the reason it's nearly always cptive or performing animals is because your Chinese CEO likes that sort of thing. This is a world tying to end this not encourage it.

I havebeen a loyal yahoo customer for at least 25 yearsbut think it's time to move on

Yahoo! fixing my unsecure page complaint

on the 12th of april 2017 i contancted yahoo by phone complaining about my unsecure page warning .it was mac brown whom tryed for 3 hours and charged me 220 dollars and used 20% of my 3gigs data. 220 was for instaling a norton anti viris pack which is only 64 dollars.well after letting yahoo know it wasnt fixed. and asking for a refund.they said they need a tecknition to try again . i said no as ive paid the money and not wanting them to use any more of my data. mac brown kept harrassing me i said not to call me again as he is an idiot and was pissing me off i wanted to talk to an australian which didnt happen. and havent heard a thing from them about a refund and have tried 3/4 times. i have also lodged a complaint to fair trading also.and asked yahoo if this is common policy to rip off people who ask for help ! is there anything you can do?

Yahoo! fraudulent ads on yahoo email account

On April 16, 2017 while I'm on my yahoo email account I saw an ad for sample products . I bought 2 each for $4.95. I received a receipt telling me that I'll receive them on April 21, 2017. It's already 29 April now here in Australia and have not received them yet. The transaction details on my credit card was Teragminfo.com Peacehaven GBR and. Opulentblends.com Watford HERT GBR merchant.

Not only did I not receive the products but there was another transaction on 29 April 2017 on my credit card for $130.49, again with Teragminfo.com Peacehaven GBR.

I have reported this already to my credit card provider and their investigating. I'm reporting it to Yahoo also so you can prevent this happening again.

I have not been able to access my Yahoo Mail account for almost four days. I was locked out on the night of the 25/04/2017, the following day I followed all the trouble shooting recommendations, I have tried different computers, different browsers but I still could not log in.

That morning I contacted Yahoo Care via twitter who told me a fix was going to be made. This was on the 26/04/2017. Later in the day I still couldn't access my account so I messaged Yahoo Care again but did not receive a reply. Since then I have been repeatedly tweeting at Yahoo, Yahoo Mail and Yahoo Care as it is the only way to contact them. I have also been repeatedly messaging Yahoo Care for help and updates with my account. Despite this I have heard nothing from then since the 26/04/2017 when I first messaged Yahoo Care on twitter.

I am still repeatedly going through the recommended trouble shooting and I will continue to try and make contact with Yahoo.

I am able to access my Yahoo account but not my Yahoo Mail inbox which I desperately need to for obvious reasons.

All I want to do is get into my Yahoo Mail account.

Your News is a joke! I'm sort of stuck with you guys since you support my Frontier email.. but, really you guys are a joke on the news site. I don't know how your news stories are picked or who your biased ### editors are but really? I go into my webmail for Frontier once a day to clear spam and crap so it does not get downloaded to my outlook and or my I-phone. Spam filters kind of suck too! Anyway I just looked at the news as I'm logging out it defaults to that page and every single story is negative regarding president Trump. Us common dumb ### citizens out here that are forced to view that ### are not quite as dumb as you think or maybe we are I guess you can tell me cuz that is what you seem to want to do but any ### can see the bias in the news coverage and especially on line. Your job is not to spin news or promote a single idea or concept.. its to support internet services and deliver content NOT to spew propaganda and half truths and speculation about .. i can see your agenda... not sure what i can do to influence the news to stick to facts and real reporting but its obvious you don't give a crap anyway. Two words JOURNALISTIC INTEGRITY... consider it you fricking goose stepping ###. You seem to be afraid of opposing viewpoints..must be a bunch of Berkley grad "freedom fighters" against fascism working there... PUH-LEASE SO PATHETIC!

Yahoo! unauthorized credit charge/ very bad manners

On 4/25/17 contacted yahoo password recovery to recovery my password or set a new one, than told someone was sharing my e-mail account and they fix for 99.00 dollars for lifetime protection no thank was my word then proceed to offer me a deal 9.00 dollars for one years said ok check my banking statement to 4/26/17 99.00 with took of my account so i call [protected] and [protected] spoke with john and also spoke with adam, roni they were rude telling me anything like call you back in 20 minute that's all i heard each time try to reach someone at customer service [protected] everyone was rude also spoke with dave at yahoo recovery told he was going take of don't believe anything yahoo customer service me spend lots time time on phone just to hear i'ii called you no one called me back my bank comerica is looking into it i inform them vernon [protected] my name and number so

Yahoo! no customer service

I changed password 3 times since Nov2016, Yahoo mail is saying password invalid. Also Yahoo is trying to get me to use App. I tried it and could not turn off News feed and other features. I using gmail App cause i get no Garbage.
Is Yahoo trying to get rid of users and doesnt system recognise i change password. cause when i go to reuse it say it was used, so where the problem if i'm using corr ect password.

Yahoo! my yahoo account was hacked

I am extremely disappointed with Yahoo, they are the worst ever! I was a long time user of Yahoo and recently someone hacked into my account and changed my password!
I received a notification that there was a fraudulent activity on my account and I immediately contacted Yahoo support service and told them that I was not able to log into my own account!
I was ready for almost everything but I never expected them to ignore me! No one ever bothered to reply!
I lost my account, all my email, and someone got access to my private information, and Yahoo did not care!

Dear Sir / Madam

I am writing to complain about the non-existent customer support for the problem I am having with Yahoo! mail.

I had an account ([protected]@yahoo.com) which I can no longer access. Access stopped late on 21 April 2017.

I receive an "invalid password" message when I try to log in and, when I go through the steps for forgotten passwords and try to recover the password using the mobile/cell phone I registered, I receive the message: "Uh-oh... We can't get sign you in on this device. Please try from the device you use most often."

In the meantime, those sending me emails receive the message: "Sorry your message to [protected]@yahoo.com cannot be delivered. This account has been disabled or discontinued [#102]."

I have tried unsuccessfully to create a "new" account with the eMail address [protected]@yahoo.com. I receive the message that a mail account already exists.

Over the last 48 hours I have tried to find a solution using the yahoo self-help websites, including Yahoo Help Central, and I seem to go round and round in circles and am unable to find a way to send an eMail to Yahoo customer support.

On 22 April, I did telephone a service offering Yahoo mail support that was indicated on a Yahoo website, but after asking a lot of questions, was informed that I was talking to a private company (Softtech 365), that my account had been hacked from Canada and that they would help me if I paid USD 149, 99 and made a payment online using my credit card number. I was reluctant to do this, as I could not be sure who I was talking to.

I have a second account ([protected]@yahoo.com) which seems to be working ok. It is difficult to be sure, as I ask people to send eMails to the other account ([protected]@yahoo.com).

What is frustrating is that the solution appears to be rather straight-forward. I need Yahoo! to help me regain control of my account by resetting the password and informing me.

I think I too was scammed by SoftTech365. I was unable to send or receive emails. I contacted my provider, sbcglobal.net and was connected with this technical support company. They advised me that I was being hacked from international IP addresses. I trusted them initially because I thought they were affiliated with at&t. I paid $299 for protection. A couple of months later received a call that I was being hacked again. They said they were going to add additional protection and refund me my $300. This is where it got suspicious. They went in and transferred a refund to my credit card I originally gave them. He had me log into my account while he was on my computer. He refunded $3000 that showed on my account and then told me it was his mistake and he could be fired for it. Told me I needed to go to Target and purchase $2600 worth of gift cards and he was giving me another $100 for my trouble. HaHaHa! I asked him if I was being scammed. Of course he replied, "no." Said it was easier to do the refund that way and would save money rather having bank transfer back to him. I told him I was calling my bank which I did. Had to close out my card. Now changing all of my passwords and everything else I can to protect my identity. Why would sbcglobal do something like this? Or is it Yahoo?

Reid employed id # 1824. in New jersey [protected]. for fix problem. I believe they are working in gang to make money any how from the people.

Yahoo! yahoo mail virus

Working on a lengthy email today I experienced an attack that knocked out all virus protection and proceeded to take my computer which contains the last four years of written work held in Microsoft word.

I find it unbelievable, after all the publicity regarding Yahoo vulnerability you still haven't closed all the loopholes and protected your customers.

I was composing a lengthy message and it would seemed, just by being on the site too long I become exposed.

Yahoo should not be adding to her notoriety.This is so offensive, there are no words to describe how many people feel. But i guess god will take care of it in his own way. Your app Flurry has hijacked my friends phones contacts info and is spamming them...including me. Now it is asking m in a text message to download the app. So there is this thing in Canada where it is illegal to spam someone without giving them the option to opt out...so keep it up and I will go public. No literally. There is a media group here called Go Public and if/when I call them and they do a story on this your little app would be shut down and fined so big that it might actually sting a little, no matter how big Yahoo is...negative news coverage isn't good for anybody. Cheerio!

Yahoo! fake email from yahoo for account verification

Today i received an email asking me to verify my account, i dont think its from yahoo because the link on which it redirects is very much different, i have attached the photos. Kindly provide me clarification that how my email address went to such hackers... I have attached 2 pictures one of the fake email and other of the page where the Click Here link redirects...

Yahoo! misleading meta long descriptions on yahoo search

I recently used Yahoo Search to find (and ultimately buy) a holiday which I believe was mis-sold to me.

To choose my holiday I typed in my holiday destination into Yahoo Search and your results came back with site-links to holiday price comparison websites such as www.lastminute.com .

When choosing which holiday price comparison website to click through to and buy from I used the long description meta tags under the web links to highlight their USP.

The meta (long descriptions) tags for last minute.com in Yahoo Search are inaccurate and mis-leading. As the examples below (and per screen shot) they promised me to offer me the "best price" and to "save" money via their Price Match Guarantee. It is these claims which influenced my decision to click through and buy from that web-site. Unfortunately the meta tags claim something different to the real Terms & Conditions which last minute.com offer:-

Example 1:- Price Match Guarantee ... and we aim to bring you the best price on a last minute booking.

Example 2:- Check out our amazing selection of hotels to match your budget & save with our Price Match Guarantee.

Example 3:- lastminute.com offers amazing late travel deals. PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE.

In my experience - lastminute.com are refusing to refund the difference highlighted by their Price Match Guarantee advertised on your Yahoo Search results

Can I please ask you to work with lastminute.com and ensure their meta long descriptions in Yahoo Search are accurate, don't mis-lead consumers about saving with their Price Match Guarantee and are aligned to their Terms & Conditions?
