refund from item not received
Upon ordering an acupuncture kit in March from China it was taking longer than expected. I allowed more time. Checked on tracking in April it was in progress. In June I wondered where it was. Checked on tracking again. The item seemed to disapear in transit. I was tired of waiting requested a refund. So 10 emails later After requesting names, numbers, addresses to lodge a formal complaint...all I keep getting is it's past their 30 day RETURN POLICY. It's NOT A RETURN I never received it. Nor have I gotten the info to lodge a formal complaint. You can't talk to anyone. Cust. Number is a recording to the online email. I have contacted BBB AND CA ATTORNEY GENERAL. I am out my money And my item. I am not the only consumer having this problem. What be done to stop them from taking people's money?

On june 26th, 2017, my 7 year old son got onto my ipad and made a $850.00 purchase on my wish.com app. I immediately began cancelling the orders. And I even sent an e-mail to this very same address. Even though it was within the stated '8 hours of purchase', there were several big ticket items that claimed were already 'being shipped'. There was a total of three items.
I have received two of the three items. And I have had them for about 3 weeks now. I contacted the seller immediately upon receiving them. They claimed they sent me a 'return address label' via e-mail. I only received one e-mail. Therefore, I have only been able to return one item.
1. The one item I did return to sender, the sender has yet to contact me or refund my money. I know they got their product back. Un-opened. And I want my money back. This has been going on for weeks.
The second item, despite my many, many, many messages asking them to please re-send me the e-mail with a 'return shipping label'. This also has been going on for weeks. So here I am with a cell phone I do not need, nor do I want. Un-opened. And I cannot get a single person to respond to me. The allotted 30 days are about up. And this is total [censor].
The last item remaining is a $300.00+ cell phone. I have not received this item yet. Which is pretty damn ironic considering I was told they could not refund my money since it had already 'been shipped'.
There is over $500.00 dollars out of my account right now that you guys owe me. I have taken ever proper step stated to take. You can look through my account and see the many, many messages I have sent attempting to get this mess taken care of. And I am tired of being patient. I am hoping I will get a response from this e-mail. Or I will be contacting my local sheriff's office and I will begin the paperwork to press criminal charges. I will also be contacting our lawyer.
wish.com over charged my credit card
I ordered a pair of shoes that started out costing $6.00 - then when I received them the package said they cost $7.00 - the finale charge to my credit card is $19.00 - I need a refund or an explanation as to how they ended up costing so much more than stated in your ad. I will be waiting to hear from you ASAP - or I will be contacting my credit card company to have this charge reversed. If you choose to - you can send me another pair of shoes - the same size a different color THAT is acceptable - but one pair at this rate is NOT. If I have not heard from you within the next 48 hours I will contacting my credit card company to reverse these charges.
3 items not received
I am missing 3 items that I paid for. These items were purchased a long time ago and I just realized when I went to go on the site and track a recent item. My debit card has changed so the money for these items will not be able to come back to me. And my address has changed as well so please do not try to resend the items. Could I please get a credit for my missing items that were paid for? I have sceenshots of the misding items attached to the email.

I would really appreciate it if you could fix this right away as that is coming out of my pay check that pays my bills! It is not ok for this to be happening I have children that I need to take care of and you should make sure that it is ok to take money out of peoples accounts before doing so

The items received ct not as described as they were see-through cover-ups not a dress and the sizes I ordered were not even close to normal USA sizes. I am having great difficulties in my many request and attempts for refund even after sending them them the requests of pictures, labels, etc. I will never do business with Wish Company again. Wish is nothing but a scam company and their customer service reps only know to their training off scripts so beware and stay far away.

Got an email promo from Paypal about this website. Thought i'd check them out. Then after ordering 5 items, ALL the items got rejected 2 days later and said refund will be made in 5-11 days... wth? ALL ITEMS? Then why the heck did they list them in the first place?

I attempted to purchase a product off of your website back in the month of April but my purchase was declined for unknown circumstances. To no avail that is not my primary concern. I was charged for said Tablet; the same purchase that was declined. I was charged $120.00 to my direct express Mastercard ending in number's 4552. I have been trying to get this matter resolved ever since it occurred and have had no luck after dozens of efforts. Please respond back and legal action can be avoided.

An item I was interested in is listed as free so you only have to pay shipping, but as soon as you add it to the cart it changes the price to an insane amount (23 dollars including shipping). This is very deceptive and manipulative. Especially since its so easy to place orders on this site. It's a good thing I always double and triple check my orders from wish.
Wish has so many complaints, it's a wonder they're still in business. However, you need to be aware of and acknowledge the fact that what you purchase is not coming from a "Wish Store" out in California. Wish is like eBay, in which multiple sellers work through Wish, and most if not all of those sellers are located in China and Hong Kong-- hence the low prices.
It's not just Wish (technically, it's the sellers that are doing it) that has pulled that stunt before-- listing something as "free, just pay shipping" and then charging you much more than you were supposed to pay. Tons of websites scam people and do this and it's unfortunate and completely unfair, not to mention probably illegal. I myself purchased my second item in ~2 years from Wish in May 2017 and it still hasn't arrived. :/ Got a full refund, though. I'm really sorry this happened to you, but thanks for exposing this. You should list the seller/the link to the item, though! It's not Wish employees that are doing this, it's the Chinese merchants.
charged twice on debit card
I made an order very close to 1:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2017. I purchased approximately 5 things and my total was 22.70. I was charged twice, but I do not understand why, so if I could please get a response as soon as possible as to why this happened. If this was an accident, I was wondering if I could please have a refund. Below are images of my bank account summary.

I did not receive a order. my name is janice holton and I do not remember what I order or what all i oreded and my account on Facebook was hacked and so I had to make a new account and when I did so I lost all my order information. I am so angry. Don't think I'm going to buy from wish again. I ordered a sweater and when I got it not only was it a size smaller than what I ordered (which doesn't even fit me) but it was nothing like what the picture was. So I got a completely different item to what I saw online! Disgraceful. The fact that this sweater was completely different is so infuriating as I was so excited to receive my item. It also took so long to be delivered which made me even angrier and disappointed when I received the it. Also, online it says you pay for shipping when you purchase the item online (which I did do) but when I went to get the item from the post office, I had to pay extra money for shipping! Maybe that is post office regulations but I did not have to do it for the previous item I had received from Wish. I think this is very unfair as wish has lovely items and we pay money for what we are buying. So when I purchase something online I expect to get what I saw and what I paid for. This sweater also was not good quality. So disappointed.

It is my first time ordering from Wish.com and I paid via paypal but the payment is not reflecting despite going off my paypal (I can prove this) and I cannot click next, as it keeps insisting on credit card details. Please could you help? My order is a gift for me daughter. I cant find an email address to email to them to. I dont know how to get hold of them. When I try to contact them and log in via their contact us tab it says my email address does not exist on the system but that cannot be because I just logged in to buy the item I wanted. Hi. During the time of purchase, I was on holiday. Then returned home still no product arrived. I hear that it is often late, so I waited and waited, in the process, I messaged your support team who continue to lie to me.
