Wesley Berry Florist / Delivery Service - did not happen

Online - I ordered a Plant Basket on 1/11/16 for delivery on the 13th. I received a confirmation of delivery on 1/13. On 1/14 I called my daughter to ask about the plant. She said they never received the plant. I double checked the address I gave in my order, I double checked the address my daughter gave me and I even searched the address on the internet to confirm it was the correct house. I have made 5 phone calls to customer service who says the plant was delivered. When I tell them it wasn't they transfer me to a voice mail. I have left 5 messages and have NOT received a return call. When I checked my credit card statement I noticed they charged me for things I didn't order as well. I have filed a dispute it all with my credit card company.
