So, I tried Flower Co. for my last-minute Christmas gift, but was left a tad disappointed. First off, I didn't receive any order confirmation after placing my order. I mean, how am I supposed to know if it went through? And then, to make it worse, I reached out to customer support to clarify and didn't receive any response back at all. Talk about frustrating!
Maybe I should cut them some slack because of the holiday rush, but that's no excuse for lack of communication. Unfortunately, I won't be giving them another chance. Thankfully, I ended up finding another online flower delivery service that actually delivered on their promises.
