Walmart falsely charged with theft

I have been shopping at Wal-Mart for years an now I have a two year old who was constantly taking my items out of my buggy so I starting using the Wal-Mart shopping bags to put merchandise in for over a year I have been shopping this way an Never had a problem until tonight I was in a Wal-Mart that I don't ever go to an while in the middle of shopping a lady with 3 officers approach me an go to office an charge me with theft in 3rd for" consoling merchandise in a bag" now this is a WAL-MART shopping bag an j always do this so my daughter don't throw things out an then go to checkout an pay an what's the problem while I was trying to explain she told me if I kept agruing with her she would send Me to jail right then she was letting me go home since I had my baby but said she was signing a warrant the next day an j would have to turn myself in an bond out an go through all this over me simply doing my normal shopping routine now of course I will have ppl from my normal Wal-Mart verify j have always done this but that's during court I still will have to pay the bond an all lawyers an court cost an missing work not to mention that my pic will be in the criminal paper after I turn myself in when AGAIN I have ababsolutely done nothing wrong an I don't think it should. be legal t put people through this unless they are clearly hiding merchandise on them torturing to leave the store this has caused me so much unnecessary bs I will not stop until she justifies what she has caused me an money that I barely am, able to give my baby what all she needs so as a mother if someone takes from their child there will be resienment especially when I had not done absolutely nothing wrong

I definitely didn't post this to be bashed or to get parenting tips my baby is my world an she knows it sorry I'm just don't beat kid in the middle o Wal-Mart an just a reminder a Wal-Mart employee gave me the idea to do this but t anyone who tried to post positive comments I really appreciate it

Yea the people that actually comment supporting you an understanding that I'm not a thief so I don't think like one an meant nothing more then grab a few things I needed an go pay for them, an go home like any other time

Well probably because I was in the kids clothes dep which was the last thing I had on my list an yea they searched everything an that's when she watch the camera back An got a better look an realized it my list which I didn't find this out until a few days after it all happened but why she didn't just say that I have no idea another employee told, me this because everyday I was calling an emailing people because yea I was upset that I didn't do anything nor did I plan on taking anything so I just wanted, to try my best to do whatever it took to prove that

Turns out she saw put something in my purse which was my SHOPPING LIST but she didn't want to admit she was wrong so thankfully I wasn't rude to her from her the beginning an totally understand she has a job to do an if she would have just told Me what she stopped me for we could have resolved then but I wasn't going to get charged with something I didn't do without at least trying to prove my innocent an I didn't stop until I figured out why she did this which. every one, makes mistakes

Turns out I wasn't, wrong numerous associate stayed they had plenty people come through there line using there bags an it was easier not dealing with plastic bags so turns out the lady saw me put MY SHOPPING LIST in my purse an thought it was merchandise but didn't want to admit to being wrong an she never signed the warrant so thanks for comments that wasn't parenting tips an actual people who was understanding that all people aren't bad an only Jesus is perfect in my book so thank you

I honestly thought these post were, to help people an give positive advice because I damn sure wouldn't post this if I felt I was wrong when a employee gave me the idea to use them this way but once I got signature an letter from numerous associate saying they have people all the time cone check out with there bags of items I, found out the lady thought I put something in my purse which WAS MY GROCERY LIST, but did, want to admit she was, wrong so thanks, for all the un needed parenting tips an negative comments an for those who actually commented with understanding helpful opinions I really appreciate you not just assuming the whole world is always bad people doing wrong even law enforcement are human an I no Jesus is the only one who is perfect in my book so she maybe a mistake so thanks, again

Well in mobile Alabama I have went to every Wal-Mart an got plenty of, signature and letters from associate and managers saying they have numerous people checkout using there bag an actually I found out she thought I put something in my purse an that's why she did this but obviously when she couldn't find anything because it was only my grocery list she didn't want to admit she was wrong an never signed the warrant for theft because just like every one I spoke to how did I steal anything so NO I wasn't wrong an here people do this all the time an I'm a very good parent an my child discipline but I'm, sorry no I'd rather not have to beat my baby in the middle of the store,

Well thanks anyway I got it taken care of with fact that on the commercial advertising these bags a lady is putting fruit in the shopping bags an had many associate say they have people come an checkout all the time using the shopping bags an turns out the lady thought I was trying to steal an already had police there but didn't send Me to jail because she knew she was wrong an didn't want to admit it an have the officers feel there time was wasted an my daughter is AGAIN 2 YEARS OLD an of course I discipline my child but no actually a child is nothing like training a dog bu thanks for the helpful feedback though

No that's why I'm so upset an freaking out they told me that the bags were for when you check out but I have never been told that or had problem an been doing my shopping this way for like 6 to 8 months it's just so much easier then putting one item at a time at the register with the bag u just put it up their an they scan the stuff an put back in bag an it's so much easier to load up in car an unload when u get home even if u have 2 or 3 of them it's way better then 20 plastic bags but it's just not right in my opinion for me to have not known an was clearly not trying to hide the fact that that's what i doing an omg they even seen my baby on the camera where I put a travel pillow in the buggy an she through it out an then I was getting her some clothes an while trying to decide what outfits I wanted I had hung one on the side of buggy an she started taking her clothes off to put the one hanging on so it was so obvious an clear as to why in was using the shopping bags an that I was being honest with them but I did notice when I got in the office there was a chick I went to school with a we never had problems but she just never liked me for some reason an i am, almost positive she is the cause for all this

I have seen countless people use them an even at self check out there is an option for. Using my own shopping bag" so u take items out of bag, scan an put back in your bag this. ...I know it's not a problem at my usual Wal-Mart they think it's a good reason they started selling the bags

It is the shopping bag that you buy for shopping an not have to deal with plastic bags a store associate has even told me for that situation is a good reason they started selling the shopping bags an managers has helped me find stuff pleanty times with the bags an me put that particular item at the time in bag also I've been to customer service with return an then purchased stuff that was in the shopping bag like that's what there for an many many people use, them i seen countless people doing the same thing

And my baby girl is my world i spend 24 hours a day trying 100% to be the best mom I can be for her buy she is 2 it's not as easy as oh no don't touch that an her say ok mama when people say terrible 2's that's is definitely true anything u don't want them to do they absolutely have to do no matter how many whipping, timeouts, no playtime, it's just something about this age an I promise anyone that may comment on here that has kids will 97% agree lol

An if I was taking tags off or trying to looking around before I done this with each item, I would understand but there were plenty times associate were standing right beside me stocking an would talk my baby an go on about there business I mean I have seen countless people use these bags that's how I got the idea to buy them an have, never heard anybody say that's not what there for nor anybody in trouble, I mean I have had managers help me look for something before an see my put in the SHOPPING bag an even at self check out their is an option to hit" using own shopping bag" so that u take them from bag scan an put back in bag

It wasn't a plastic bag it was those shopping bags they sell at the door so u don't have to deal with plastic bags ripping an etc I have even made joke with associates about how I use my mommy clip an clip th shopping bag to the handle of buggy they laugh an say that's better then her breaking or throwing your stuff out

Campbell looked at the video, as soon as, they walked into the Access Protection Room. As you will see on the second video, my family privacy was violated, as well, which could have been avoid if Pat McCaster, Lieutenant O'Dell and Officer C. Campbell had told the truth, as to who they saw in Walmart surveillance video.

Walmart Supercenter Store Inc. in Saraland, Alabama, employee, Pat McCaster, who works in the Access Protection Room and Saraland, Alabama Police Officers, Lieutenant O'Dell and Officer C. Campbell Falsely Accused, and Interrogated, Mrs. Kidd, a 64-year-old Mother and Grandmother, who never walked into the store, of Stealing a cell Phone.

While this story is sketchy cause of missing data, i am ROFL at the people calling the op and mrs.irate saying they are trolls. A troll is someone who purposly belittles someone who starts a tread and continuously posts in a row or to incite a uproar of flaming. also called flamers and flaming trolls. using a reusable shopping bag is NOT GROUNDS for accusation unless you look suspicius while shopping and/or head right for the exit without paying

So, if it was about them thinking you put something in your purse: we can assume, that they saw you put something in your purse.-THEN they checked your purse? and found NOTHING of theirs? in which case they would have to drop their complaint if that is what it was based on. They would have to produce EVIDENCE of finding one of their merchandise items in your purse still with tags, brand new, etc. . So do they have any evidence of this? Like, a surveillance video or other documentation from that moment?

Good Lord. really? you push the cart, manage the baby, and all the while are still holding your list? well, ten goody two shoes stars for you! DID IT EVER OCCUR TO ANYONE THAT SHE WAS DONE WITH HER LIST AND DIDN'T NEED TO LOOK AT IT ANY MORE FOR A WHILE? in which case she has it together better than some, and i will speak for myself, who often loses the shopping list in the cart somewhere and it disappears. please pull your head out of that dark place where the sun doesn't shine for one second, stop condemning humanity for being human BUT without any bad motives.. thanks.

Walmart accused of stealing!!!

I opened a new Walmart account and purchased online the same day, a window fan, 2 chairs, and some acrylic stemless wine glasses for summer entertaining. I receive the email that the purchases are ready for pickup, hooray!. I go to the store the following day to pick up my items. No issues in the Walmart.com services department, so I was in a good mood. Even decided to pick up a few more things on the way out. I get to the register, and the items form the online order I have isolated on the cart, and advised the cashier to scan only the things I placed on the belt, as the other items were already paid for. The cashier looks at me, then comes around and scans the window fan anyway. I show her my receipts from the pickup desk as proof that it has been paid for. She says the fan on the receipt is not the one in the cart as the prices are different. The fan rang up $42.96 and was $41.96 on the receipt. The difference is a dollar! I state that the difference in price is not a concern as the fan has been paid for. She then takes the receipt to a floor manager across the way. They huddle while looking at me up and down like I'm trying to pull a fast one. Now my nostrils are flaring. They confer for about 4 mins, Really!? She then comes over and states that she does not know what to do as there is a discrepancy. "Well", I advised, " The fan box has a sticker on it that clearly shows my name and the order number, so why would you re-scan an online purchase in the 1st place?" I also advised that the online price is sometimes lower, (shouldn't she know that as an employee?). She looked at me warily again, but gave up the fight. She rang my additional purchases, which I paid for...SMH, and let me go about my day. Bad JuJu Walmart, I am not one to play the race card, but I wonder if I had been a suburban soccer mom, lets say, would there have been this issue?

Walmart blackmailed by doug savant

I need a Port Arthur Texas Lawyer because Doug Savant who works and Manage Walmart on Memorial Boulevard agreed with some kind of sick pervert issue he made up saying I threatened the normal ladies that work as Cashier on the night shift.I called him 6:53 am June 8 2014 because he was on that Manager work shift accusing me of needing to ask for a form like he is my Daddy.He ain't nobody important to my whole name but we all was black people he accusing me of starting bomb attacks and killing all three people in the store from what Officer Chance seems to not be concerned about because Savant was not on the job for Port Arthur Police to assist my Customer concern of not even being around a problem near them until this day.Because it happen to Dispatch workers so all they want me to understand is their attitude.

Doug Savant and several Port Arthur Police officers are driving around the area allowing some dispatch workers to try and lock me up at Memorial Boulevard Walmart. Ralph Odom is the main suspect.

Wal-mart has messed up again.Why all these stupid self-serve checkouts?They raised ALL the prices and now you have to check your groceries!How many employees did they get to get rid of for this stupid stunt.?As much as they charge for their stuff they should take it to your car and load it. They are not the best deal like they want people to believe.

My Boston loves the Dinner Rounds but they always have moths and moth eggs in them. Walmart needs to be notified about this. Also, they have quit making the smaller bags and only have the 10lb bag and up. I will not be buying them again. I thought it was a freak time but they really have a problem with this.

Without any written notice that I ever saw, they would not accept my manufacturer's coupons. I would have had a bill for 81.00, but after I put back the coupon merchandise, it was only 36.00. I had 16.00 in coupons. I think if they were going to change that policy, it should have been done very publicly.

I was at the local Walmart location recently and a ton of Customers and other Workers witness a butch of different shift Management of some type try and fight me.The only thing I did was defend my legal rights and call the Port Arthur Police.They thought one of the Managers was the Owner.Barely able to walk off the pain and not at fault or legal documents for complaint.The Law either right or wrong this year again.

Walmart didn't get my 40.00 gift card

I have been waiting for 2 months for my 40.00 Wal Mart gift card. My neighbor gave me the information to call and get this free gift card that can help my family and I. My neighbor got a gift card for 50.00 and two 25.00 WalMart gift cards. She got lucky.
I have received my magazines, my gift card for gas and grocery and 20.00, but not my WalMart gift card.
I had mailed two post cards for 20.00 each in an envelope two months ago. I called them and they tell me they haven't received
them. I have already paid 19.99 then I cancel. I think this if unfair. I don't know why they haven't received the gift cards, maybe it was lost in the mail.. The lady gave me the address 30 Buxton Farm Road,
Stamford, Ct. I went on this web site and it looks like an deserted building. I will send a letter to them. I see other people are complaining about these gift cards. I think someone is stealing them? My phone number is [protected], I need to talk to someone about this. I want to be conversant for this. You can call me or email me about this. I hope you can solved this.

On several occasions while checking out of the Walmart grocery store I was over charge by the register double ringing some of my products or over charging for the product. I noticed this when I checked my receipt when I got home. This seems to be a constant problem at this store. I feel something should be done with checking this store and to see how many other customers are getting ripped off.

Walmart I cannot access my funds

I called customer service on april 20, 2014 for a new card to be sent to my address, express ship. I was willing to pay $20 for fed ex express because, i had a very importment appointment on friday, april 25th. I informed the customer service representative of this appointment and they assured me i would receive my card on time. I received my card on thursday, april 24th at 5:11pm. I attempted to activate the new card and the automated system said, " this card number could not be found in the system. " i waited until the next morning of april 25, 2014 to personally speak with a representative to handle the issue. The rep told me that the card sent to me was incorrect and couldn't be recognized by the system, but the card was sent to me by walmart with my name on it in place of my lost card. I have been attempting to explain to every single representative i have been transferred to that i cannot wait another day to be able to access my funds. It is not my problem that customer service sent the wrong card to me via fed ex and this is not good customer service skills not being understanding of the situation. I have a family emergency that needed to be handled today and walmart moneycard is preventing me from taking care of it. I am extremely frustrated, upset, and annoyed. I will not only be filing a complaint, but i have called to have an attorney represent me in this case. Walmart moneycard has taken hundreds of dollars from me due to an error on their part and i will now take matters into my own hands!

Walmart wrongfully suspended

I got suspended. I'm a supervisors there and have been since are store open 3 yrs ago. I bring strength and hard work to are store. It's something walmart did for me and I thank them very much for it. So with that, ...I'll do anything for the company. People on here complaining etc n don't get me wrong. Maybe a lot of cases wasn't right, and maybe some was. Walmart is about strength and team WORK! I've done 277 unloading trucks. Cases per hr. Doing trucks in a hour. Once did it in 55 min. 2500 with 5 ppl on the line. The fit program way. So yes, ... I stand by hard work and moral and respect to anybody. No matter what. Always respect. And I'm a tell you why. Because everybody deserve respect. Period. So I train my crew to be respectful and also. Gentlemen n ladies. Smile and so kindness is a must of my crew or anywhere around me or them. My store is very good with these things. Very family bonded. Until this new asst mgmt came that for one. Tell ppl how he use to be nasty to ppl etc or how no one like him cause he was a ..., I was having issues with him n his attitude n very rude n disrespectful manner towards no just me. But to everybody especially are 4 to 1 crew. Cause they made him the mgmt over fit program and backroom. I told him walmart was founded on respect. N me n my crew work to hard to be disrespected and we demanded respect. Seeing that respect is a policy and a coaching for it. Shows that the company strongly stand by it and so do I. I told him if his attitude didn't change. I was using the open door all the way to corp if needed. Until his attitude changed for the better. Over all. He said that statement was a threat n I'm not suspended. So yea, ... That's my case. N trust me. I don't get overtime but. To help me store get on it's feet. Yes I've work. 4pm to 7am. Back at 4 to 1am. Back at 8am n work til 8pm. For weeks. Anything the company need I've push myself to the max to get it done. Very hard aggressive worker here. I'm the unload supervisor. I've done 40 boxes a min. My crew is designed to do 15 boxes a min. We do are math before the truck so we know the time frame we goal for. Then we do it. Lmao. I have one of the strongest crews in the market. Believe it. N my girlfriend been with the company for 10yrs. Work at the same store.

Walmart rude unfriendly cashier discriminates against customers is rude to random people

i have a problem with the mean nasty no mannered rude people you find everywhere in Orlando...particularly at Wal-Mart. I go to a neighborhood market walmart on alafaya trail near ucf in Orlando - I usually go at night and at night you have to deal with the rude cashiers there...whoever is there. lately there has been a fat trollup female who for some reason has decided she doesn't want to greet or say anything to me- which is just rude. its her job as a cashier to GREET people not just stare at them and ignore them. ive noticed she will talk to other customers and be very friendly but the minute I get there now she will not say a word to me and just stares at me rudely..sorry b* but a job as a cashier is to at least say hi or say the price..but standing there and saying nothing to a customer is just really rude and disrespectful. of course she does it intentionally because she is a fat ugly whale who is a loser in Orlando--there are many who are jealous and have to disrespect others. they also have no manners and are just the rudest lowest class ### to exist. ive worked as a cashier before and I treated every single person with respect as I do with anything. I would NEVER just ignore someone and never greet them or even say the price- but this fat whale feels she can do this now because maybe it gives her ugly self a sense of power to be rude to others? there are so many nasty negative people like this in the world...who spread negativity rather than positivity...shame on trash like this and in Orlando its the wrost- the people around esp walmart cashiers like this can be so rude for no reason. it seems she sees that im happy and waiting to be greeted and she purposely refuses to do it...while she greets others happily and puts on a cheerful attitude..really nice fat thing- to be rude to someone for no reason..do u think u have power because you're rude to someone? you're ugly fat and weird...you have no power loser... also its odd how ugly fat dumb people are so arrogant and lack manners and even pick on good looking people because they are insecure and stupid...you fin da lot of that in Orlando too--ugly dumb fat arrogant losers and mean people..all you find in Orlando esp are ugly fat arrogant people who laugh at others...low class trash basically...yet if you have manners and class then people think they can disrespect you...someone needs to teach this weird troll a lesson in how to treat customers and people and not let her think she can disrespect people just because she has a way to do it...part of your job fat dumb whale is to say hi to customers or say a price...as a cashier you cant just sit there and stare at someone and not say a word...that is really disrespectful and is blatantly disrespecting someone to their face...even rude cashiers will give you the price or say have a nice day...or at least give you a price?! its a major LOW to stand there and not say a single word to someone right in their face...that is saying this person is just nasty garbage...but that's what you find in orlando...the nastiest garbage people ever...also its one thing if the person is doing it to everyone...its rude and wrong but in this case its just blatant discrimination rudeness...as a customer for me it creates negativity and i will gladly shop at another wal-mart than deal with such a nasty rude person. .Orlando is the only place ive ever been to where there are people so low and trashy they will do things like this...retrain the cashier trash you hire Wal-Mart...there are plenty of unemployed people out there who need jobs...stop employing garbage and even the stock people are courteous and friendlier than some of the garbage rude disgusting people they hire as cashiers...

Walmart always out of stock

Being that Sonora
WalMart the only walmart within a 50 mile radius from my house this is where I have to go shopping when i want to get anything cheap, but everytime I go there the store racks are a mess and there always out of every thing I need, I don't do alot of online shopping because of I don't want my info blasted on the internet. So I'm forced to shop within my town we have 2 savemarts a safeway, grocery outlet and a walmart, Safeway and savemart are too expensive, grocery outlet you neverknow if the food is bad and Sonora WalMart just never has anything you need or want and when you ask a manager when theyre getting a shipment in there answer is a week from now. What happened to good quality service?

Walmart lawn mower

Purchased a lawn mower to keep my japanese garden looking good. There was a bag that was attached to it, but it had a tear in it that I didnt see.

And what do you know? The grass and weeds blew right into my koi pond, killing the main male fish, which for years I breeded!
I contacted walmart, and they laughed at my face and didnt even apologize for my poor dead fish.

I dont want a refund. Just some sympathy.
I've been a loyal shopper at walmart for a long long time, but i've decided today, target can have my business!

Walmart went against policy and law

I wanted the grand theft auto game.But you have to be 17 to get it, so I got my 17 year old to buy it for me with my money when we were shopping in the store with him.

I told him that my mom did not like me playing that game, so he told me that if I open it that they won't let me return it. Then my mom found out and I gave her the receipt because I thought it was already opened so they wont let her return it.

The person said she could not return it but maybe in this situation the manager may make an exception.My mother told the manager what happened and that she wanted a game more suitable for someone my age and he said he would make an exception this time but not next time so now I don't have the game and had to pick another game and they broke their own policy and the law.

Walmart tainted ground beef and beef

Since Feb 10, 2014 I have waited for Walmart Manager to get back to me regarding a complaint of some of their beef products. I had approximately four pks of Walmart meat that were tainted that cost in around $30.00.

In January there were two pkgs of walmarts ground beef that was tainted. I had just bought them a week prior.

I went shopping again at Walmart and then two pks of walmarts beef cubes were tainted. I still have one pkg as a testement.

All four of these pkgs of meat went brown. I took out one pkg of mincemeat and one of the cubes of beef and even attempted to cook them and the smell told me not to eat it. In those orders I also bought other meats such as roast beef, chicken, bacon, steak and none of those pkgs were tainted. I bought other meats from other stores replacing the mincemeat and cubes of beef and they were fine as well.

I like shopping at walmart and would do orders anywhere between 250.00 to 400.00. I like the prices. Last summer my local walmarts had beautiful short ribs that my family enjoyed.

I put in my complaint on Feb 10tn, 2014 and asked that my $30.00 be given back to me. I don't care if it is in Walmart coupons but I want my money back for their tainted meat.

I have called back Walmart customer services 4 times right up until today. And so far the store manager Jonathan Elias has not got back to me. I have now requested that the distract manager Eric Payne get back to me.

Chefs Gordon Ramsey, Joe Bastianich, and Graham Elliott all advertised Walmart meats on their Masterchef USA show last year. And that is when I started doing a full grocery order at Walmarts. Sadly I am disappointed that Walmart does not think its important to call back customers or reimburse customers for their tainted meat products.

I have stopped shopping at Wilmer's and will continue to not shop there until this issue is resolved. My patience is wearing thin, I have waited for over 6 weeks up until today.

If a Walmart Manager does not get back to me soon, I will never shop there for so much as a pkg of gum again. In total I paid 30, 00 for tainted meat and I want my money back Walmart Canada! Thank You

Update: I am happy to say that Walmart has settled the dispute and I got a full refund, which I used to shop the same day.

Walmart has resolved my complaint and gave me a full refund for my money. It was a bit of a wait, but glad to say the staff and manager was nice and helpful. I am now back shopping at Walmart.

Walmart horrible card/customer service

I have now been hacked 3 times with this card. I called in after my partial payroll deposit didn't appear to find out someone used the Card in two different States and I was unaware. The card was suspended I was told my payroll was rejected also. They suggested sending out a new card at a fee. I contacted my employer and explained the mishaps in which my check was replace with a live check that day to find Walmart decided to grab my direct deposit on the New Card issued to be mailed within 7 to 10 days. Bottom line I spent hours on the phone they lied the barely speak English and are not customer service oriented. There system is not secure I have been hacked 3 times stay away!

Walmart unfair police

Your police is unfair.I don't know when a few months ago or something someone accidentally knocked over a coke bottle, it fell on the floor and the coke spilled out.

The person told the person at the desk where you return things that I spilled this coke, and said they would pay for it, they said they don't have to because they have a budget for these things when someone breaks something. But I made a mistake and I stole some things from your store and they called the cops they should have let it go because they have a budget for theft as well. I think that other person should have paid for the coke since you have a budget both on theft and accidents.

So either make that person pay for coke or don't be hard on shoplifters even if they did something wrong.In other words punish both or none.

Walmart harrassment, bad customer service, inappropriate emarketing

Online I saw the product (baby playard) is available in Scarborough Town Center and I rushed to the center. First, items were scattered, second no help. I was waiting their for 25 minutes or so, no reps to help. I saw an old female Walmart rep was passing by, I request for help, she badly reacted with her bad facial posture, "I don't work here." Then I asked her politely where I could get help. She batted me away. So disgusting.

Then I went to a cashier Marabel and she called for a rep to help me find the product. no avail in next 20 mins. then I went back there and Marabel called some one again, and Teresa showed up and told me the product was discontinued. I called my wife, she said the advertisement on the website for the same product is still there, available only in that Scarborough Town Center Store.

I got a pile of another product which is close to the product I was looking for so that customers like me would get annoyed and buy this unsolicited product. I called Asst. Manager Des and Store Manager Lorie. They told me 'Why didn't you call our store before availability of the product?" I said, "In this way we buy so many products from Walmart through online and who have the time to call and check these products' availability? And why we can't rely on Walmart's writing on the website that it is available. Avialable means available. They didn't agree with me, and didn't match the discount on the product that I hesitantly buy.

More interestingly, I sent a review on the product I bought and in a section of the review, I put this note, they said my review didn't qualify.

Walmart's this type of customer service is a harassment and simply outrageous.

thanks...at least someone has time to post something here against Walmart Scarborough Town Center.

It is Spring Break but they are short handed I believe. No help in the departments, long line in the cash, no people in the return goods, absolute anarchy. Then I went to other retail stores, they are busy and business as usual.

The Store Manager is cheap, just like to have profits, not the satisfaction of customers.

Walmart lost merchainse no refund yet

Called for almost a week to find out why my merchandise is at the store yet. I shopped online Walmart.com for the first time and choose store pick up. The only notification from the company I received was for the delay in the items but the online tracking said all was at the store since Feb 25, 2014. When you call the auto system or live person states differently. Got the run around repeatedly told I could not be issued a refund. Each time I called we were informed for one different reason of another we could not cancel and be refunded.

Finally the store pick up says it's lost, then we call Walmart.com again. Walmart.com rep says it's not lost it's in transit and no refund can be issued. I am placed on hold several times and finally hang up file a complaint with Paypal. Then I call Walmart.com again this time I am told the rep I just spoke with an hour ago March 1, 2014 issued a replacement, item was lost and then may have also issued a refund afterwards. Since a cancellation was place on replacements (not authorized by me) instead of refund due to lost items.

The Company policy states that if I receive a refund. Can't say if I will though they will send me an email in 24 hrs of this call. The refund will take much longer to how it was handled and it can not be corrected. I was lied to repeatedly by most every rep I spoke with at Walmart.com one story after the other. I am not sure if they really cancelled my orders this time and if I will be issued a refund for over $300 any time soon. No one was helpful and would tell me when i call and inquire what happened to my orders.

As of right now March 1, 2014 I have no furniture I ordered and am out almost $350 that I may one day be refunded.

I contacted Paypal whom I used to make payment to Walmart.com . I opened a dispute and Paypal contacted Walmart. I purchase on Walmart.com but we choose pickup at local Walmart store in Gordonsville, VA. Walmart credit me for the DVD the store sent back. Walmart was quick to ship my furniture using Fedex instead of their delivery truck. I am just happy after nearly 3 weeks the night mare is over.
