4g internet connectivity
Myself sani roy chowdhury ([protected]), A disappointed & suffering customer with vodafone services. I am using this network provider from a long time but all the time facing problem while connecting net from my residence. There is worst net connectivity I am getting all the time from my residence. I have already made complain at Vodafone customer care so many times but the problem lying still the same. The way in which vodafone has treated my complain its totally disappointing and made my thought that its the worst internet service provider. They are doing nothing but making fun of the services. Hard to believe that on one side vodafone claiming best internet connectivity on their marketing campaigns but on the other side in realty ground, Its the worst network service provider.
If someone is really listening to the customer complaints please respond to this mail.
adsl customer service and service in general
I M a priviledged customet of Vodafone in Egypy yet I m treated as Garbage! Moreover Vod. EGYPT ADSL had comitted a mistake that wud enable me to sue it when i run out if options which is about to happen.
I did NOT make a contract wiz Vod.yo install ADSL yet they did it for someonecusing MY NUMBER. I ordered then to disconnect that ADSL service and they pretended to agree yet they connected it second day ! Now they re asking ME to pay the bill and they cut my mobile line untill I do !
U called 15 x since 16 March and submitted more than 4 complains yet NOONE EVEN CALLED ME TO RESOLVE IT. I asked to speak to 2 mgrs. They REFUSED. 2 emails were sent to these mgrs. Yet they didnt move a finger.

Vodafone prepaid mobile number
There is no network of Vodafone from last 2 months.
Even if I wanted to do the recharge it is not accepting.
After all these issues if I call the customer care number they tell me that I have called the post paid department, I have to call the prepaid department, but the thing is you only don't know what is going on in the computerized call!
There is no such option for prepaid or postpaid when you call 9825098250 ( customer care number)

i m long time customer of Vodafone and having 5-7 connection are using your network
I have network problem in my residence as my call got disconnected sometimes, or didnt connection due to poor network connection
and in another situation I am not able to make any call because of low signal.
As i m stay in delhi and vodafone having good connectivity here but still facing the
issue with poor network.
I have complaint many time in customer care by physically go there but no luck and would
like to request you to kindly assist and reslove the network issue ASAP.

I'm vodafone post paid customer ranked high customer, I had big issue here with Vodafone egypt.
I bought handset from Vodafone store in Egypt messaha branch in instlament basis and I'm in Big mess since then
1) I found out that I have been charged double of the price at the time of buying the handset! I have been charged 3333 EGP and the price at the store is 1999 EGP at the time of buying
2) when I found the price differences I made complint and I found out that I have been charged for another mobile type (Mate 7) and I have been told that complint team will call me in 48 hours... It took a week and no body calls...
3)i made a call again checking why no body calls.. And I have been told that in 24 hours some one will calls
4) no body calls in 24 hours again and I followed up again for a call!
5)finally today I receive a call from complint team her name is Sara... She is a far away to work in complint team in compony like Vodafone... She didn't check the information of the complint well... She is advising wrong Info to me about the pricing and finallh saying to me it's my fault that I didn't check the price outside before I'm buying! Even I told her I didn't check the price because I'm having a confidence in Vodafone ... So instead of solving she made me super nervous from whole Vodafone!

i am old customer of vodafone, in our family we have have connections before we had five connections because of vodafone service we decided to use four only for now, i have complaint many times before also but we are not getting any improve facility, we are all about to choose other network service but i saw an add every hour every tour if it is really true then we need tour in our arear there is no vodafone tour neither any tour but other service are good as compare to vodafone, most of the time it shows emergency also we are not interested in vodafone service this is my last complaint if you are not taking any steps we have to choose other service because no one understood other problems if you all really care n think that your customer is valuable for you you will take some necessary steps...thank you hope so you will take some actions and vodafone is a big name but big name does not matters its service matters, moreover in assam, guwahati many other places service is good but in our area damn poor service but who cares...
let see do they really care or not about their customer or not
network issue
I have been using Vodafone 4G service from past 2-3 years bit recently have started feeling a huge network issue while im roaming or in local network. Connection gets downgraded to 3G or sometimes even 2G due to while my imternet connection gets affected and I am not able to use the Internet efficiently.
Please provide a solution to this issue other I would not be left with an option of switching to other network provider.

I'm complaining about Vodafone Egypt, actually this my second bad experience with Vodafone - 2 working days without any supervisor or manager to call me - I think your managers looking for something other than customers, anyway - I've asked your very loose and powerless customer service agents to solve my complain and also to let a manager call me - but imagine that your agents ignored both, and of course all that set in my recorded calls to your customer service loose team - so what I will do is simply a very wide social media compaign about your bad company customer service, and about my original complain, I think I will refer to your fake offers, I think people now have 3 other companies in Egypt that will be happy that I show your real bad service and your fake offers

I'm vodafone Egypt customer since 2007.
10 days ago my mobile internet bundle was deactivated for no good reason. Since than i have been trying to subscribe in a new bundle but unfortunately i can't. Called the customer service many times per day and spoke to many customer service representatives, Mena, Mohamed, Mostafa, Mohamed Gamal..., each time they tried from their side in vodafone company to subscribe but same message received "sorry please try another time".
2 days ago i presented a complaint one more time complaint number: 1#[protected] but today at 5pm when i called them to check they replied that my complaint isn't treated and won't be treated as they can't find the issue of my complaint.

Dear Sir,
We have been satisfied customer with Vodafoneidea Ltd. since last 15 years. Our company is using CUG facility for 14 mobile numbers but regret to inform you that nowadays we are having difficulty in conversations due to poor network reception. The handset's network indicator sometimes shows half signal at one place and on the other side no signal at all. This unwanted obstruction posing lot of inconvenience to us. It makes a huge loss in business and customer relationship.
Not only we are facing network coverage issue but our complete 300 Acres industrial area is also facing the same coverage issue. Hence, many of the industrialists have switch over to the other mobile service provider company and we too have planned to switch over to other mobile service provider company in mere future if the network coverage problem is not resolved on urgent basis.
It was informed to corporate customer care department on June 16, 2019 via email but we have not received any response besides several follow ups.
In this situation, I would request you to take necessary actions to resolve the problem on urgent basis.
Your early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.

In my family, we have 10 vadafone connection .
I hope I am a valuable customer for your company. But I am not getting the benefit.
I have network problem, in my residence. Means my call is disconnected sometimes,
and in another situation I am not able to make any call because of low signal.

I made complaint like this. The response given back are different, but my actual problem is still persist.
So this is the final letter/ attempt to continue with the connection.

Bad network
1100 tablet that has been serviced 3 times without success
My cell phone number is [protected] and the ID number is [protected]. I am currently using Vodafone VFD 1100 Tablet on top-up contract from 02 June 2018.
Problem: It is absolutely frustrating that this tablet has been booked 3 times for one and the same problem. Now I am sick and tired of playing hide and sick - I am not sure if it is Vodacom or Gateway Vodacom Service Centre to blame in this context.
Solution: I propose to cancel Vodafone VFD 1100 Tablet top-up contract so as to enable me to return to the normal smart phone top-up contract which I have been having and enjoying from June 2004 seeing that the device will a piece of second gadget.

So I took out additional data in August at a cost of £6. It was agreed on the phone this was a one off charge for August.
I noticed last month (October) that Vodafone continued to take £6 for September and October. I phoned and was told they would correct their records. However, today I have noticed they have taken an extra £6 for November. I phoned again and this time asked them to refund 3 months for the extra data that I hadn't asked for. They have refused to refund the full £18 and have offered £11 only? This is Vodafone's error and therefore I should get a full refund regardless of whether the additional data was used or not. Vodafone advertise on their website that this additional data is available and they would not continue to take the next month unless they have consent from the account holder. At no point was consent given.
Sneaky behaviour by Vodafone - keep an eye on your bank statements people.

By mid-October, 2018, I received a call from Vodafone team and provided me an offer of 8000 points + 6 months off payment (bimonthly). This is a compensation to keep my line with Vodafone network and not to move to another GSM provider (Etisalate). During the call, the representative told me that she will get back to her manager to try to get me better offer. I agreed with her that I will keep in Vodafone and will upgrade my package and subscribe in ADSL as well. Then she disappeared and nothing done and no offer, no either a call back to excuse. Moreover, they took the decision to refuse the request of transfer to Etisalate without any offer. After few days, after paying the new month bill, Vodafone accepted the transfer to Eitsalate.
I applied a complain ( No. 1-[protected]) to Vodafone Egypt regarding such bad attitude and non-care of customers, no respect/alignment to what is said literally during the call.
I received another call on 11/11/2018 from another girl and she told me no problem, we will provide you the offer. We will get the line back to Vodafone. We have our own ways. Just go to branch and apply a request to get back. I told her this will not fly, I signed for one year stay before stepping out. She told me don't worry, I am sure. I did as she said and went to branch. However, the branch refused and said no this is not true.
Since yesterday, I am calling the customer service to resolve the issue and they keep saying, we sent email. We will call you back.
Now, I need your support getting the offer as promised during the call as I was taken the decision to keep in Vodafone and not to move. If not applicable to return the line back (+2 [protected]), I can get the offer to my other line (+2 [protected]) after changing its plan to Red 600.
Nothing resolved at all.
Same representative called me after this complaint. You should hear the call with me on 12/11/2018. told me to go to branch, apply a request.
However, it seems that this request is nothing as the branch said that. Even, they could not reach her as no details to contact her.
I called the customer service again and applied a new complain [protected].
I want an action with such tricky and non clear messages regarding fulfilling the deal promised.
3g and 4g router + mobile internet
in Egypt, in my work we have seven 3G/4G routers and the mobile internet
all have a bad service quality, so slow internet speed plus unsuitability
you can disconnect and reconnect many times in 5 minutes, we tested all in different areas and with different devices, i used Vodafone outside Egypt, but in Egypt its the worst service between all other service providers, its bad in personal or business

In 23/10/2018, my ADSL service was cut due to cable chane. I called customer service on the number (888) and I was informed that this problem will take sometime and vodafone will offer a USB as compensation and I will be informed when this USB will be ready.
After one week, I called back the same customer service number (888) and they told me that I should contact another number (2828). The customer service option does not exist on the second number. So I called back the first number (888) and they transferred me to ADSL customer service then to technical support who told me that the USB is ready in my nearest store.
In 03/11/2018, I went to my nearest sore (edmon freemon street, smouha), where they said that they do not have any USB and there are two avar in another store.
I went to the other store, they told me that these USB are notforcustomers and they are used in the store only.
After all that, I can not reach back ADSL technical support by calling (888) or (2828) or even through the website.
This was one of my worst experience with Vodafone specially from customer service.
More than 10 days with one problem and no correct solution or professional response.
purposely deducting amount from my balance without any reason neither proof
this is to inform you I am using Vodafone services from last one and half month and my number is [protected] . My balance gets deducted purposely saying reason that it has been deducted for mms . Neither I have done mms till date and neither Vodafone has any proof for deductions . This has been done more than 10 times and after launching complain every time on mail they refund my amount and make apologies. Yesterday they deduct 6 rs from my account balance without any reason and I have been continuously following up in mail but no reply and also no resolution done.
Such a fraud this does conpany does with customer and I know many of them are victims of it .
Common people survive because of such fraud service providers and looting them
I need my balance to be refunded at earliest and need fare working from service provider

It's been over 3 weeks! Been constantly on the phone to them for the last two. We signed the contract 24 days ago and they still haven't sent a technician to install the router. Every time we call they say ‘the technician has 48 hours to contact you' well bloody hell its been over 480 hours and there's still no sight of any bloody installation!

I've lost over 400€ in online classes because of their rubbish service and genuinely don't know how I'm gonna pull through this month.

I have a serious complain on Vodafone Egypt customer service, i was travelling to Paris from the 14th to 17th this month and i called to open the roaming and i had a complain as well and i upgraded my package to traveller and the Customer service agent told me that i will be now enjoying 1.5 GB and 45 min free roaming to found out after i got back that my invoice came with almost 1.5 after dediction to an amount from a previous complain and when i called again they told me no you shouldn't enjoy the whole package and the customer service agent should have told you so since the i made a complian almost 5 days ago and no one contacted me for 48 hours and the when i called u told me u will call back and the they called twice while i was in a meeting and never again, when i came out i called you and someone said they will check and get back to me which didn't happen, the 2nd day i called 9 am and a lady teplied ok will check and no one called me for 13 hours till i called back and a totally unprofessional customer service replied that we closed your complain because u didn't reply and the told me the complain policy to call u 3 times and the again said that he don't know the policy and he has nothing to do with them, and that he is from another department and that i still should wait for someone to call me..which of ourse again never happened and finally your twitter account told me that they will contact me and then didn't happen and they were totally u professional in replying
I'm extremly upset and next step will be taking all this to social media to add my pesronal experience and how terrible your customer service are
