On december 12th 2017, we were having problems getting a file to upload into the batch file shipping so we contacted someone with ups and somehow we were told to put 13 as the service code which was next day air saver, when most of the packages were in 25 miles of our company. So then the invoice comes and our bill is over $8, 000 so your telling me you took the packages up in the air and delivered them right down the road? So we then contacted the billing department and was told that they must have made a typo and that they would rerate the packages to ground delivery and not to worry. We were told that someone would contact us with new total in 3 days. So here we are today 12/29/17 and we are now being told no changes would be made that it was our mistake we selected that service code and they were delivered the way we asked. Again I must say so how did you deliver a package by air down the street. Why is it ok that one of the employees told us that it would be fixed not to worry and now we are told nope not fixing it. What a horrible experience this has been and we will not recommend anyone to ship with ups.
