UPS bad driving

I'm not the type of person to file a complaint about bad driving behaviour since I'm not all the time an example but this one really worth to be notified.

I leave in Ivory Coast in Abidjan for now 4 months and driving around here is really something. Nevertheless, the UPS truck that pass me Saturday morning win all prices for horrible/ terrible driver. From the far right, cutting 3 lanes just in front of me, to double the next car to my left from the opposite coming lanes to come back zigzagging to the far right and then drove over the sidewalk to skip another car and then I just lost the crazy UPS guys...

This was Saturday, December 16 at 07:27 on the VGE direction east just before the airport roundabout, immatriculation 4925RH01. Hopping this complaint will find his way to the proper managers in charge so action can be taken against these drivers that stained good American companies.

Regards,

Patrick Caron

UPS ups ground

UPS is, by far, the worst shipping company available.

This is a long story, but let me begin by saying that of the all of my UPS deliveries in the past month have been late. Keep in mind that Amazon is the shipping company for these packages, which means everything is supposed to be getting to me in 2 days, the latest.

I ordered an item to come to my apartment for Friday, December 15th. I'm a student and I needed this item before I went home for my Christmas break. On the Friday of delivery, it began to snow a little. That didn't stop companies like USPS or Fed Ex, which both made deliveries that day. Since I got my USPS package, I assumed the same would be true for UPS. However, it was getting late and my package still wasn't in my hands. I called UPS and asked to make sure everything was okay, and they told me everything was fine, there were no delays expected and the item would get to me on time. After a previous bad experience, I knew to contact UPS before 7pm if an item was delivered on time. They again told me that everything was going to be fine and I needn't worry. Well, at 9:56, I get a notification on my tracking number that my item can't be delivered. I'm furious of course because they assured me twice that my item would be there when it was supposed to, then it wasn't, due to a weather issue that wasn't an issue for anyone but them.

So, knowing that my item is not only late, but I was going home Sunday, I called UPS furious. I let them know very sternly that my package needed to be in my hands by the end of the day. The first person I spoke to told me that because of how UPS was functioning for the holidays, I would get my package on Saturday. I said "but my shipping info isn't updating" and the rep told that I would still get it Saturday. Several hours go by and still no update. So I called again, and still I'm told I'll get it Saturday. It's now almost 4pm and guess what? Nothing, no update. So I called them again. This time, I'm told that no, they aren't doing Saturday deliveries, and that I am not going to get my item until Monday. So now I'm really mad, because this guy is telling me the exact opposite of what the previous two people told me. So I demanded to speak to his supervisor. Now, his supervisor at first was great. The guy spent over an hour speaking to the rep at the customer center to try and get someone out to deliver my package. What happens? Well, everyone decides they don't want to do an extra delivery. So he goes out on a limb and asks if I can pick up the package. They say yes. So he tells me this, but I'm skeptical. It's now way past 5pm, the time when the center closes. I tell him this, but he responds by saying that someone will definitely be there to give me my package. As soon as I got off the phone, I got into an Uber (paid about $10) and it took me less than 15 minutes to get there. I leave the car, and the customer center is closed. I go up to the security guard and ask her if anyone is there. She's calling numbers and whatnot, and no one is available at all. Which means that the customer service manager at the facility decided that 15mins was too long to wait to give someone a package they have been fighting for all day, or the person I spoke to completely messed up. I stood out in the freezing cold for almost 2 hours trying to get someone to get me my package. Eventually, I had to give up because no one was coming.

UPS really screwed up today. All day UPS has done nothing but manipulate, feed me lies, and send me running in circles. I wasted my time, money, patience on them, and no one there could care any less. I spent almost the entire day yelling, but I ended the day in complete tears. And at the end of the day, I really end up suffering because now, I can't go home to see my family like I wanted to. My life now revolves around UPS. This was such a stressful, awful experience. I will never, ever, ever use UPS ever again. I will never recommend them, and I've launched formal complaints against them all day today because of this experience. I feel really bad for anyone else who used UPS this holiday season. I just hope that your experiences end up better than mine.

UPS package delivery

I received notification that my package had been delivered per tracking number 1Z89F5650357925857 at 11:13 am on Thursday 14 Dec 2017 but the package never arrived nor did the driver ever arrive in the neighborhood. The package was shipped from the UPS terminal located at 8330 Sweetwater Lane Houston, TX. The original address for the package was 5701 Rivertree Lane Spring, TX 77379 but the package was actually delivered to 22803 Lain Rd Spring, TX. The clerk and the driver changed the address without notifying me and my number was on the shipping label to be notified if there were issues. I am requesting that my property be retrieved and delivered to the correct address of 5107 Rivertree Lane Spring, TX 77379. I have called customer service 5 times in regards to this matter and I keep getting told that someone would call me back within 3 hours and I never received so much as the first call.

UPS not receiving payroll on time.

My wife works in Jefferson Maine at Damariscotta Lake Farm Restaurant . She gets paid on Friday when UPS delivers the payroll .LAST week, she had to wait all the way until Monday eve to get it . A week later it's happened again, witch was yesterday .Our bank is open on Sat. We usually deposit her money today. We have automatic payments coming in all the time. I hope nothing bounces .I would like to see how a UPS worker would respond after not getting paid on time. This is the 3rd time this has happend to her, not getting paid on time . I was going to do some groceries today because were low on food . Cant do that either . We also have a 9 year old daughter . If our Bank account goes into the black, I would appreciate UPS covering the damages . Other wise I feel we have a good case to retain a lawyer and put forth legal action against UPS. Mary CHRISTMAS

UPS non-arrival of package

Hi,

My colleague and I bought carpets from turkey worth more 7000USD and the carpets were shipped to Saudi Arabia by the shop. The package arrived in Riyadh on November 21st. Unfortunately, I was not made aware by anyone that my ID was needed to get customs clearance. On November 19th and 28th, I received sms from UPS asking for my ID. Unfortunately, since I was not expecting such an important request to be done through SMS, I did not check my SMS. When I accidently noticed the SMS, I immediately clicked on the link and sent my ID.
On November 28th, I wrote to UPS customer service asking about my shipment. Unfortunately, I wrote to the UK email. They forwarded my inquiry to UPS Saudi Arabia. After 3 more emails from them, I finally get an email from Mr. Khaled Sami asking for my ID.
"Dear Rachel,

Kinldy provide us with your ID copy to clear the shipment from customs .

No other explanation was provided. I sent him my ID but I also took the opportunity to voice my displeasure for the delay and enquiring why it took so long for them to contact me. Mr. Sami offered me no apology or explanation but wanted my phone number so he could justify and assure me that UPS Saudi Arabia did everything. The next day, I received a call from Mr. Mohammed Zakir on December 5th asking me if I received my package and then proceeded to ask me for my ID again. He informed me that it would take 3 days to clear customs. It's been a more than 1.5 weeks now and there is no news. Since November 5th, both men have made no effort to reply to any of my emails. The tracking status have not changed since Nov. 21st. I tried to call them but their numbers are not direct numbers.

I am concerned that I will not receive my package in time before I leave for the holidays on December 22nd. I will be away until Jan 13th.

Regards,
Rachel Abraham

UPS damaged boxes

I ordered a 4-piece wicker set from Apontus, a Walmart affiliate company., On 11/25/17. I placed the order online through Wall-Marts. I received the order on 11/30/17. When the 3 boxes arrived all were damaged. I refused to open them and called Apontus to make them aware of the situation and requested RMA' for each box so that I could return them and get a refund. Apontus had me send them photos of the boxes before they would give me RMA postage. After reviewing the photos they denied me return postage stating I had to pay return shipping costs myself. I proceeded to go on UPS website to order shipping labels. The toil costs was approximately $340. The UPS driver pickup the 3 boxes to be returned to Apontus on 12/5/17. Anita's accepted 2 of the boxes of which the 3rd box was delivered 10 days later than the first two. UPS notified me that the one box was being returned because the content was damaged due to my improper packing of them. I informed UPS that I never opened any of the 3 boxes. And that I had reported to Apontus the same. However, UPS refused to honor my damage claim against them due to their damaging the box while in their custody. The one box was returned to me on 12/15/17 in very damaged condition. The UPS driver was shocked about how damaged the box was. I called UPS about this and they refused to take ownership of the damaged box and told me they were denying my damage claim.

UPS ups delivery service

On 12/15 at 7 30 pm the driver came to my apartments Park at Portfino. My address is 1809 Princeton Lakes Drive Apt 410 Brandon Fl 33511. I walked outside and saw the ups truck was down the street and because I am tracking my packages I knew it would arrive today. Something told me to open my door and the package was outside at my neighbors house whose door #is 412. You can see clear as day because it is lighted my door number is 410. No knock or nothing just thrown by my neighbors door. What bother me is what if I wasn't home and it was token because it was in front of their door. I have packages coming here all week that needs signatures from now on. So what's going to happen then, a note will be left on someone else's door for my package. This really upset me as the news talk about everyday how people are stealing packages from front doors and to have it thrown at 412 when my door number is 410 literally next door.

UPS customer service representative lying about guarantee

What is your question or comment? I was supposed to receive a package on 12/12/17. The driver claimed no one was available, however I was home all day and no delivery was attempted. The following day again it stated it would be delivered before 2:3O PM. No delivery was attempted. I called customer service and requested that the package be delivered to UPS store. The customer service representative "Frank" stated he guaranteed it would be at the store by 1:00 PM 12/15/17. The package is not there.

Driver was not courteous telling my spouse package was not ours then when I went outside package on the ground. I use Amazon site often. I expect package to be delivered too my door divers have direct access to my house no need to just drop them outside. Things may come up missing. 1ZA55Y190355777101 tacking number

UPS temporary drivers for the holidays

Our two regular UPS drivers know this neighborhood like the backs of their hands. But as soon as the Christmas shopping season started, UPS turned everything over to a bunch of kids in unmarked white trucks. And these amateurs are horrible.

They lost one of my packages, but on two separate days told their UPS bosses they had delivered it to our house (nope). Then UPS told us it hadn't arrived because no one was home to sign for it (nope, we were home and the item required no signature).

Nationwide, the UPS excuse is that Americans purchased too much online and caught them off-guard. Seriously? You're the largest shipping company in the U.S., home of Amazon, and Wal-Mart with it's new online strategy, and you're caught flat-footed because people are buying online a lot? Wow.

If I were on the company's board of directors, I would be calling for heads to roll.

UPS failed delivery of item

On 12/10 I placed an online order with Kohl's. Com. I was expecting delivery of the package On 12/15. however on 12/12 I received delivery confirmation it was delivered that day. Only problem was I never got the item. The delivery address is my parents house and they were home at the time. They did observe the ups driver in his truck and observed him scanning packages from his truck. Only one other package was delivered that was expected and it wasn't this particular item. I've already worked with Kohl's to submit a request to you to find out where my item is. In the meantime I've contacted ups to be proactive in locating it since I'm told it takes 48 hours to get a response. It's been 48hrs and I am no further than on 12/12. I don't understand why your company won't submit something to have the driver check his truck or track down the item in the meantime. He clearly either gave it to another house by mistake since he scanned them all in advance or he left it on his truck. Instead I keep getting told there is nothing that can be done until you get a request from Kohl's which was done two days ago. This is a Xmas gift and I now have to spend more money to reorder it to ensure it gets here by Xmas . I understand it's busy this time of yr, but they shouldn't be pre scanning anything until those items are left.

VERY DISSATIFIED

0N 12/9 I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER OF WHICH I WAS EXPECTING THE DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE ON 12/13 AS INFORMED. ONCE I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THAT THE PACKAGE HAD BEEN SHIPPED ON 12/12 I RECEIVED NOTICE FROM UPS THAT THE PACKAGE WOULD BE DELIVERED ON 12/13. WHLE OTHERS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD WERE RECEIVING DELIVERIES, UPS CONTINUED TO RESCHEDULE MY DELIVERY EVERYDAY. UPON CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK WITH AN AGENT, I WAS INFORMED THAT THE PACKAGE WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY. I INFORMED THE AGENT THAT THIS IS WHAT THEIR NOTICES STATED EACH DAY, BUT BY 10PM I WOULD RECEIVE ANOTHER NOTICE STATING THAT THE PACKAGE WAS RESCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT DAY. ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH WHEN ON 12/14 I OBSERVED UPS LEAVING FROM NEXT DOOR AND ABOUT AN HOUR LATER I RECEIVED A NOTICE THAT MY DELIVERY WAS RESCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT DAY. I CANNOT BEGAN TO UNDERSTAND WHY YOUR AGENTS ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL IN THEIR COMMUNCIATION WITH CUSTOMERS. WHY WOULD THEY STATE THAT UPS WORKERS ARE NOT COMPETENT ENOUGH TO PERFORM THEIR JOBS DUE TO HUMAN ERROR? AS THE AGENT EXPLAINED, WE SCAN THE PACKAGE EVERYDAY BUT WE DON’T PUT IT ON THE TRUCK. THEN YOU TRY TO GIVE ME AN OPTION OF COMING SOMEWHERE TO PICK THE PACKAGE UP. ALTHOUG IT MAY BE A BUSY TIME OF THE YEAR, CARELESSNESS AND SARCASIM IS NOT AN APPROPRIATE WAY TO HANDLE A SITUATION. IF ITEMS ARE SCANNED, THEY SHOULD BE DEILVERED AND UPS SHOULD NOT PROVIDE FALSE INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS JUST TO GET THEM OFF THE PHONE. YOU ARE IN A SERVICE BUSINESS, IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR JOB, QUIT AND ALLOW SOMEONE ELSE THE OPPORTUNITY.

UPS temporary delivery drivers you are hiring!

My name is William Michael Brown. I am an Amazon customer and receive regular deliveries from them (and other companies) via UPS. My address is 2121 Peralta Street, suite 121, Oakland CA 94607 USA. Phone is [protected].

At 2:30pm today, 12/14/17, we found a uniformed UPS driver (not our regular guy) and an un-uniformed assistant in a rented blue Budget truck parked in the middle of the one-way street that passes in front of our building. The plate number on the truck was 2RO116 (might have been 2RQ116 or 2R0116). You can see this plate number if you zoom the first
photo I've attached. They were blocking the entire street and delivering Amazon packages to the *driveway* entrance to the parking lot behind the building, instead of to the front entrance of the building, about 60 feet behind where they were parked -- but clearly visible to anyone looking for the entrance). When we complained about the street blockage (we couldn't enter our own driveway, proceed past him or back up -- the street is one way), the uniformed driver told us to, and I quote, "[censor] off". We then saw his assistant dropping the packages on the ground in the driveway. When we complained about that, he still refused to move the truck, refused to identify himself, told his assistant to grab the two packages from where he dropped them, and to get back into the truck. When they were done, he drove away. I've attached photos of the truck, front and rear, but was unable to get a clear photo of the driver, which he made sure to avoid.

This is the second time this has happened in a week; I found a UPS-delivered package next to my mailbox last week, which a neighbor had found in the driveway and thoughtfully brought it. Our regular guy who delivers to our building is a peach. But you need to ditch the guy in this truck and never hire him again.

UPS delivery

On my last package that required a signature, UPS changed the delivery date three times, and then when it was finally delivered the driver did not bother with a signature for the $1000 item.. Now I have a medication that requires a signature. They have changed the delivery date but not updated any of the tracking info for the last three days.. Its supposed to be delivered by the end of today but it doesn't even show having arrived in the area. Does UPS think we can stay home for days at a time to sign for a package that we can't count on coming.. current tracking no is

I was having trouble with UPS delivering packages without getting signatures. Pharmacy assured me that signature was required. I actually contacted UPS's legal department. They were very "Johnny on the spot." I was impressed with their legal team. It turned out the pharmacy wasn't sending it signature required (which they are supposed to).

UPS ups delivery

Yesterday around lunch time the UPS driver brought the company CEO a package ordered from Amazon. Instead of bringing the package to the office, the driver placed the package in the small side office of the plant manager and signed the CEOs name to the delivery. No one knew the package had arrived. When the CEO tracked it, it showed a signature of his last name that he did not sign because he was not here. The office spent an hour hunting for this package this morning before discovering its location. This is a business with the main office clearly marked so there was no reason for this. We always receive deliveries in the main office. Failure of the driver to properly execute the delivery caused a loss of time for the office staff and headaches for everyone. Please make sure your drivers deliver packages to where they are suppose to go and ask them not to forge a false signature on deliveries as the office staff is here to accept and sign for the packages.

UPS packages delivered to wrong address. every time.

There are two houses on our 80 acre property, with two separate addresses. 24115 and 24117, every time a package is delivered to me that should be to the 24117 address, it gets left at the 24115 number. It could be that my neighbor is telling them to leave my packages there however, because of this sometimes I wont find them for weeks at a time and they have already been opened. The house numbers are clearly different so I don't understand why this keeps happening.

UPS shipping charges

Sending a small package from Italy to Thailand via ups websites was 39 euros, for the exact dimension of the package (the weight was 300 grams so the dimensions was used for the shipping charges).

As I was tricked with the automatic PayPal payment I did not noticed I agreed to, I was charged 66 euro after the shipping departed.

The package I sent was 15 cm x 12 cm x 4cm, I was charged for a package of 30cm x 24 x 4cm ... now to open a complain you cannot use PayPal as the automatic payment was on, you have to call them somewhere in the world at their will, I spoke with Johanna Doe in Ireland (very stressed) with Mohamed in Tunisia and with anther lady who just close the phone on my face...

You need to have a photo of the package and of course I do not have it... who take a photo of the package before sending?

Even if it happen you have one, probably after you sent it they will say it's not possible to measure the dimensions, in any case they do not use emails for these things, only fax... who has and use a fax in 2018?

End of the story, they robbed me of 17 euros... so my suggestion is STAY AWAY FROM UPS if you can, MAKE SURE you do not have automatic PayPal charge activated if you are forced to use these trolls!

UPS ups delivery-failure to ring bell to notify of package delivery.

Thus far for the last 3 deliveries late in the evening (8:00 p.m. +) and sometimes during day hours, UPS Driver have not taken the time to ring our bell to alert occupants (Senior Citizens) of package delivery even though it is holiday time and packages are constantly stolen from front of houses.

What I am requesting is a courtesy doorbell ring when there is a delivery.
Not just leave the package, inviting thief during holiday times.

Thank you,

UPS delivery

We have had 2 different delivery delivered to somewhere but our home in the last 3 weeks. 1 Amazon replaced so we didn't have to wait on it to be tracked. The second one when tracked on you site by the tracking number shows it was delivered to a man at our address. There was never a ups truck at our address we didn't receive the package. Now we have to wait 8 days for it to be tracked down. We have been able to stop 3 packages at the ups site and picked them up there. But it's strange that the driver left our package with a man that was not my husband and not at our address and the driver didn't verify it was the correct address

UPS driver

I would like to begin by saying I do NOT take pleasure in any complaint and try not to if at all possible. I assume that usually people are just having a bad day. However ; UPS is the delivery service my company has been using for years and this man does not uphold the standard that I expect of UPS .
December 11th at aproximately 5:50pm I was trying to get out of parking spot at a store called DXl Mens apparel In the parklane shopping center . This driver came around the bend of the street nearly hitting the right side of my Jaguar . I honked and he kept going parking in my blind spot abruptly. I then put it in reverse to try to back up and make room before I squeezed out of my parking spot forward. When I was in reverse he was a foot away walking past behind me into the men's store. He COMPLETELY ignored my backing lights and movement . I couldn't believe him. I'm certain he was about a foot away because my alarm sensor detected him. I rolled my window down and asked him what he was doing ?! and he continued by verbally assulting me and holding a intimidating posture. I re enforced my question and that I could have hit him with my car. He continued by patronizing me by yelling at me that I shouldn't be parked facing the opposite side of the shopping strip in front of other shoppers in the area ( parking any direction is common and allowed at this strip)in fact there is a sign about 2 hr park enforcement dedicated to people parking in the direction I was parked right in front of me. He kept an intimidating posture and fled into the store. The lady parked behind was in awe of this man and asked me if it were possible for me to move since he had blocked both our way of making any attempt to leave. I took a minute and made my way out. But not after taking his license plate number AJ9 0048.
