TapJoy review: sucks 59

I wanted to appeal the closure of Tapjoy on the game "EA FC MOBILE" they closed Tapjoy's offer on my account because of indications of violations, but I didn't do that, I just reported the prizes that I had not received and sent them the original proof. but they closed my tapjoy account, please help

When sent proof no reply for ages.. sent receipt and evidence of money spent and no reward or reply

Large reward never issued with Golf Clash and persistent chat requests go unaddressed with AI robot answers

They suck [censored]! How the hell you gonna tell me that I haven't completed an offer Even though I have [censored]ing evidence? That [censored]! I spend so long Completing that offer only to get nothing [censored] you!

I have made a payment to complete an offer for Rise of Kingdom and did not receive my reward. I have not receive any response from customer service after inquiring about it. this is pretty much a scam/thief behavior get as far as you can from this company.

Horrible customer service. Downloaded a game to receive awards and played. They never game me the rewards and when I spoke to customer service, they told me it was because I had downloaded it before. Which I know i had not because it isn't a game I would normally play! THEY ARE A SCAM!

I went through with the process of using the offer wall and decided to use the one that required you to order anything from postmates, so I did. After the delivery was made I'd didn't receive any diamonds in my singing monsters, I made sure I signed up through tap joy. The only problem was it said the code TAP100 was denied.

Being trying to reach tapjoy support by email for past 2 months. After 40 emails, not a single email was ever responded too. Not sure what's the purpose of complaining here if nothing is being done about it. The only thing that vendors are wasting there time trying to promote thru tapjoy and people not buying offers due to tapjoy arrogant support.

I gain some coins from tapjoy they won't reimburse my coins that I am owed and they won't allow me to use tapjoy services so I can get coins for the Avakin game I sent requests to find out why I'm not getting my coins I'm owed they never emailed me to tell me the problem
