I like the game, in fact I’ve had it for 4 days and I’m on level 92. But I have to be honest the ads make a 5 star game a 2.5 star. I’m not paying $10 to remove ads. I haven’t lost a single life yet coins piling up. Ads after every single level, ads to participate in The Race, ads to unlock key. It’s disgusting the amount of ads on here. I can’t even listen to a podcast or music while playing this game because the absurd amount of ads, ultimately this will lead to me deleting this.

*** I truly loved this game, so much so that I fought to ranked number 1 for multiple days going up and down. But as I predicted being bombarded by Ads constantly led to me deleting it.

This is the second such game I’ve had to delete because of ads overwhelming the actual game. No one wants to view ads longer than they play the actual game. That would be like watching more commercials than a television show.

Absolutely insane.

I absolutely love this game, so much so that I bought it to support the development of it. But lately you have been constantly modifying the game with changes that ruin it. Thank goodness each time after a few days you would put it back to what it originally was. Now you have made another update and the game is completely inaccessible. I just tried to load the game and can’t even get into it. It’s simply going to a black screen with a white spinning wheel of death and promptly kicks you out. I tried to contact you through your website but there is nothing where you can report an issue and unfortunately that only left the option of leaving a bad review, believe it or not my very first one for any game. PLEASE, get this issue resolved and stop changing it. It’s really perfect as it was.

UPDATE: Downloaded the new update three days later, still promptly kicks you out of the game. Really missing my daily play, very frustrating...

I was in the level 8000’s my app froze and no matter what I did I could not get it to complete or open so I had to delete the app and reinstall it when I did and signed in my Apple ID everything I had was gone it sent me back to zero all of my extras all of my coins which I had over 200 K coins I have rockets and bombs in the hundreds. I don’t even mind starting over but I shouldn’t lose what I paid for. I paid 999 for no ads and they get three of each of the helpers and 1500 coins. I should still have that and I don’t this is false advertising and it’s a lie. My bank told me I should cancel the payment to you and fight for you to have to restore it.. I have tried multiple times to contact anyone through this company through Support and no one responds whatsoever. I am going to go to Twitter and Instagram and Facebook and talk about what a crappy system. This is that they do nothing anyone with issues. It’s a shame I really loved this game.

I came here to see if there were folks like me having struggles with the game, to find that a version came out last week to “fix” things. It may have fixed one as the game has not crashed mid game at least. However, the watch a video for a free spin on the rewards wheel does not work and honestly, you need that stuff to play. I won’t pay money on this game so if that is their tactic, the game is just not that good. Stats do not update for other players so you are basically playing yourself. The race button does not work any more for me either so I can no longer do that. Not sure what they “fixed” but they broke a few things on the way. Another issue is as with many of these games, no tech support to communicate with. I personally don’t care as this game is just to waste time for me here and there but if you take it seriously, this game’s problems will annoy the heck out of you unless you have plenty of money to waste to get past it’s issues.

I love the mechanics of games like this and this is no exception, but it needs some serious work. Around Level 100 it starts lagging and has to be restarted after each level, and it if you run out of moves and try to watch an ad for more it freezes and won’t let you watch or exit… you have to restart it and lose that life. Regardless of how much I like the game it’s not worth the effort as is and I won’t even consider paying to remove ads. If there isn’t an update to fix these issues very soon I’ll be deleting it and moving on to one that works as it should.

One very big problem aside from performance… the piggy bank. Players shouldn’t have to buy coins they have already earned. Even letting half of them go to the player and requiring payment for the other half would be better, but not getting them at all without paying is just money-grubbing on the part of the developer.

That along with the glitches makes it extremely user-unfriendly with zero regard for customer satisfaction.

I have been playing this game, enjoying it greatly, really working to move up in the “leagues”. I have spent time, money and effort on it. In the past couple of days, a feature called “leagues” showed up out of the blue. You had to stay at a certain rank in order to retain your status. In other words, all the money you spent, all the time you put into playing would be wiped out if you didn’t maintain a certain position during the league play. I played as much as I could during that time, but a person has to sleep sometime! At the end of the segment, I was “demoted” back down to an extremely low level of the previous league. Every dime I had spent, every effort I had made counted for absolutely nothing through no fault of my own except that I couldn’t play it 24 hours a day. Changing the rules mid-game and negating effort and money spent by a player is a really cheap shot on the part of the game-makers. I will be deleting this game and I recommend that you stay away from it. It is not fair and obviously uses a cheap ploy to make even more money.

Love the game but when I reached levels above 90 screen started randomly blacking out & when I restarted game I not only last my life but had to start all over again ! Also have bought lives AT LEAST FOUR times & because of above issue I have lost ALL of my lives after closing out & NEVER EVEN GOT TO MAKE ONE MOVE ! Would like my coins or lives back PLEASE. Would NOT recommend this game until it is FIXED really too bad because I really enjoyed this game until this all started happening! This game is really fun to play. You level up quickly. And it’s super fun to see you pass all those other people. The only problem other people have is the ads. I don’t find anything wrong with them. In fact I enjoy them. But I still find it dumb that you guys add ads. I know it for advertising but still. I don’t think it’s worth it. People already post about how fun it is and addicting. It’s all over social media. My friend introduced this game to me. And I love it. Maybe not so much ads and we’ll be done with all the complaints. And the price you have for no ads are wait over the normal limit you shouldn’t even have to pay for it. This goes for every game like this. There’s nothing more wrong than the ads. There’s more problems for me personally. There’s the loading that takes decades. It just dosent wanna load. I know it’s not my bad wifi. But I sure do know it’s the games fault. Also it’s fact that you don’t get to decorate your background a lot. even if you have to level up. Still makes no sense. If you think that people like this. They don’t. I love this game! It used to keep me entertained for an hour or more . but there’s one really annoying thing I don’t like when you first open the game each day it has a spinner and you can spend once for free but if you hit the button for spin again it makes you watch an ad. And the ad is really long and it has no timer and no way out you have to close the game and open it up again. That’s disgusting. Some days I’m just not in the mood to wait 45 seconds watching a stupid ad for something I’ve seen 50 times before and I DONT WANT.

Also, I reached an impasse and I tried to purchase the bank of coins it shows the charge pending on my Apple Card but it doesn’t give me the coins in the game. So I went to the Apple store and I searched for this game and then I scroll down and then I clicked on the link that says “support” and all that does is take me to a website for promoting all their games (?) it doesn’t route me to any kind of support avenue. (Weee, our game is not working right… would you like to buy some other games that also don’t work and take your money?) The online world of virtual games has gotten to be a giant, greedy, Wild West of capitalism… BE WARNED, Pirates of the Play Store, there is a point at which we don’t take it anymore. There is a point at which we stop playing your game.

This is a fun game that has you planning sequence moves several steps ahead! For me I find it relaxing enjoyable. However, there are a couple things that are really annoying! Especially for a person who paid the $9.99 to remove the very long depressing ads! Once I did all of a sudden I was unable to complete a level. Which means either you watch an ad, pay 100 coins or start over! Very suspicious. AND, receiving free helps (rocket,etc.) seem to have been reduced. LASTLY…ESPECIALLY since I paid for this game, why do I have to pay for the coins in the “piggy bank” since I’m the one that earned the coins by playing your game?!?! I find this a little greedy on your part! Perhaps, you could change the piggy bank that once a certain amount of coins (like 1200, seems fair) are earned the player automatically receive half and then have the option to purchase the balance. Then the bank goes back to zero whether balance purchased or not and the player starts filling it again. It would be a satisfying goal for the player and you can still have the satisfaction that some players will purchase the balance at a lower price. The piggy bank idea should be used across the board with all of your games. Oh, one more thing, how do I add my name to the game board? Settings is very basic and doesn’t even have a way to contact for help. Thank you for listening!

I absolutely love this game but I am about two seconds away from uninstalling it and never playing it again because I’m not willing to pay $10 to stop the ads. I often pay real money on this game and I’m not paying for your advertisement too. The Project Makeover ads and all ads from that company are annoyingly loud and there is no option to silence them. These ads override the phone’s ability to silence them and that is extremely rude of any company to do that. We don’t get options of which ads play, and if you already own the game in the ad you still cannot fast forward through it or silence it. These ads that sponsor this game need to be told that they are actually turning at least one person off. I refuse to download or play any game from any company that overrides one’s ability to silence their ads. Continue using to have ads such as these run on your game site makes your game not safe to play in a setting with other people around. Everyone around is forced to hear the sounds and music and it’s especially annoying when you have to watch the entire ad and then try it and some of them are longer than 90 seconds before the X shows up. Sometimes the same long ad plays several times in a row between levels, and it’s enough to make me shut off the game completely. Not paying $10 for ad free version…Otherwise I would give this game a 5 star review.

I saw an advertisement of this on Instagram and thought I’d try it out. Upon viewing this on the App Store page, I acknowledged the advertisement wasn’t even for this game. It was fake gameplay from a whole other concept of a game, it’s barely comparable.

I thought I’d leave a 1 star review off that, just because I hate fake advertising. Upon seeing the name “Collect em’ all!”, I was intrigued. I’ve always collected things, and thought I’d give it a chance. Sure, it might not be the same game advertised, but that doesn’t mean it’ll be a bad game.. right?

I was on level 1 of the game, and noticed how ridiculously easy it was. It is a 6x6 grid with five different colored balls scattered throughout the ‘map’. You swipe the same color balls in a row until you reach a set goal, and the grid refills each time you swipe. You have a ‘limited’ number of moves to use, but anyone conscious can beat the round using a third of the limited moves.

Upon leaving this review, I thought I’d check if the level difficulty increases upon leveling up. All it does it increase the amount you need ‘collected’ and decreases the amount of moves you have total. It’s repetitive with no progression system. Also, you can’t line a ton up for a satisfying swipe because it’ll cut you off when you reach either the goal or the move limit. It’ll end the level before you get the chance, which was saddening. Upon playing level 1, I almost cried because of how boring it was. “I am genuinely wasting my life on this?” I thought. Yes, yes I was. Please don’t waste yours. Thank you.

I just paid almost 20.00 for coins and other things- the most important thing is I paid $9.99 to have “NO ADS”. Why do I still have ads when I’m playing? If you cannot fix this problem please refund my money. This is the reason I have never bought anything pertaining to games. Over 10 years I have never bought anything extra for games. It’s a real challenging game but this issue should be fixed.

I’m on level 40 something and I’ve had the system crash on me also. I think it is a really fun and challenging game but seeing as though customers are having issues after level 200 , I think I won’t be using it as long. I definitely will not be investing any more money into the game, it’s a rip off!
I spent over an hour trying to find out how to reach their technical support team but to no avail…my aimless maneuvers didn’t provide me with any answers which makes one wonder- why make it so difficult for people to contact you. Why is there no tutorial explaining the game? How do I list my name in the leaderboard so that it won’t refer to me as “YOU”. For the past years I have played so many games.!

“COLLECT EM ALL” had me for sure. You must be pretty special to get me attached to your game so much so that I bought coins, extra stuff, and even paid for no ads. And this is what happens, I still have ads . I spent about $20.00 for coins, and other Doo-dads. I spent $9.99 on ad free. Why when I play the game I still have ads. What a waste of money. If I could do it all over again I would not download the game. The mere fact that they cheated me out of my money leaves a lot to be desired.

This was one of those games that quickly became annoyingly addictive for a brief period of time. It’s challenging but in a more casual way. But it’s lost it’s fun, particularly after the most recent update.

There are so many contests… the leagues, the level races (which I assume are “get to level xx before anyone else…). These kind of start taking over the playability of the game, especially when you don’t have a lot of free time on your hands. There are also the quests that expire. It keeps you wanting to play if you have the time, but it becomes frustrating and leaves me wanting to discard the game when I have a schedule to keep.

The home designing aspect seemed weird and out of place until my schedule picked up and I am too busy for the competitions. Then I realized I was racking up paint rollers, so I could design a whole room at once. HOWEVER, since the update, I learned you can only pick an item ONCE. My game had a glitch where the bust the piggy bank pop-up triggered, but the room choosing options were still occurring underneath the pop-up, so I wound up picking an item without even seeing it. I didn’t like the item, but now I can’t change it (since the game updated). This is frustrating because now the game isn’t fun casually either now. That the personalization is diminished.

I spent the $10 for no-ads, but you still have to watch them for extra moves, to get your 3 extra wheel spins, and other characteristics.

The piggy bank also requires $5 every time you want to shatter it, so you have to pay real money for tokens that you earned. That feels like double charging.

I have contacted you guys both this way and online on a page where we can let the maker know when the game is having issues. I left a review earlier today so once again, I left the game for like five hours thinking that if I gave it time maybe the glitches would be fixed. I was playing it too much I don’t know! But the problem I was having with this app was on the wheel when it said that I had four available spins on the spinning wheel, I used one, and then after that, I could push the button, but nothing would happen! Then, when I was collecting my reward, and had the chance to double my rewards, I pushed the button so that I could double my rewards… but once again, I hit the button, and nothing would happen like it just is like a dead button. I was signed in to my account and so I thought if I delete the game and maybe reinstall it like other games and sign back into my account maybe that will fix the glitch…. Uh no it did not! When I signed back into my account using my Apple ID the spin wheel was gone, all my rewards GONE! I thought that was the whole purpose and having an account that when you sign into your account you can access all of your stuff! I am furious. I have worked so hard and I have a literally played for days and weeks to accomplish all that I did. My piggy bank is now empty when it was completely overflowing my paint roller to decorate my rooms is gone. Literally everything I worked for is gone! I am on the brink of wondering if I should just delete this game because I don’t wanna play a game that when you work so hard to make progress and save everything that you do only for the game to end up having a and then when you reload a game to lose everything that you worked so hard for… makers of this game. Need to get your game because people are going to quit playing it.

I enjoy this game because it doesn’t get super hard as you reach higher levels, but at the same time, it keeps you challenged because there will be a difficult level once and a while. Also, you can challenge yourself by finishing with as few moves as possible, leaving you with more stars. Speaking of stars, every once and a while you lose stars, out of nowhere! I’ve also lost bombs and rockets. I keep track of how many stars, coins, bombs, rockets and shuffle plays I have. Every once and awhile, especially the more you advance in levels, some of the goodies you’ve collectioned during the game, just completely disappears! Usually it’s the stars. I’ll keep track of how many I have, I order to buy furniture for the rooms, then suddenly I’ll be back to ONE star! I’ve lost coins, billets and rockets as well. At first I thought it was me, just not keeping track. I soon realized that the game has a ton of glitches. The BIGGEST GLITCH, and the reason I’m writing this review, is that I’m on level 841 and I cannot pass this level because there is a block of ice trapped behind a black striped barrier. You know those barriers they put up in the games as you progress into more challenging levels? Well, when I’ve collected all the correct colored dots and cracked all the ice cubes (glass?), I find that the game says I still have one I’ve cube left. It’s hidden behind the black barrier. I’ve tried bombing it, using a rocket, so no avail. I’ve even matched large quantities of the same color dot, ending right where the block is, so that the rocket will automatically hit that spot. Nothing. It’s unbreakable, like Kimmy Schmidt, leaving me stuck on that level.
At least I haven’t spent a dollar on this game. I just close out of the game when the ads come on (most of the time) and then keep on playing. I definitely watch the ads whenever I need to pass a level. I also watch them in order to get extras “gifts.” Can someone plesee tell me how they’ve gotten past level 841? Oh and it’s also rigged because no way am I always the top 10 player in the entire United States. I’m not *thatgood hahahaha
Please fix the glitch so I can keep playing. I’ll even watch the ads, I promise ! Oh and another huge thing I forgot to mention, and that is, if in fact, I wanted to actually spend money on this game, the app is requesting players to spend $4.99 to break the Piggy Bank that’s filled with the coins that the player themself earned! Makes no sense. Another reason why I’m not going to put a cent into the game. I find that infuriating. But there is a way around it, you just close out the game and keep playing. It’s slower that way, but just as satisfying, because if you’re a decent enough of a player (it’s an easy game, but not super duper easy), you can easily just go from level to level without watching too many ads and still get that dopamine rush that we’re all here for. Once and awhile watch an ad here and there though. It’s the right thing to do.

How come I have two separate account one on my cell phoned one on my computer I want you to combine them as one that's why i am contacting you I was told that you could do it and no oe else

The fake and fraudulent commercial's regarding weight-loss gummies they claim Oprah supports will prevent me from playing at all if they are not removed by the end of the week. Overall they make us watch too many commercials, and the commercials are long and sometimes the long ones get stuck so you have to reboot the entire game. I also lost all my experience points recently due to an upgrade in the game. I contacted them and they wanted to know how I did that, when I didn’t do anything, but play the game, it was their upgrade that screwed it up, because I sent them screenshots proving that I had lost all my XP. I don’t play half as much sense that occurred because I was playing against my friends to see who can keep the highest score and win the most challenges, etc. and I automatically lost when the zeroed out my account and failed to return it to me.

This was an entertaining, addictive game with only a few annoying bugs and quirks and the usual tedious, repetitive ads until the recent “update” when it literally became ridiculously unplayable! I like a challenge, but this is outrageous. I was almost to level 4000 when the insanity hit the fan. I’m very close to uninstalling the app because the game just isn’t fun anymore.
FURTHERMORE I am now at Level 4456 and I really can’t get past it this time! I understand you want to add complexity to make it more challenging, but this is ridiculous. I’ve been playing for months and enjoying it, but I’m ready to uninstall the darn thing now. The decoration aspect has frozen and I have a million paint rollers I can’t do a darn thing with. I keep getting booted out of the app or it freezes during an ad and I lose everything. And now I can’t get past this darn level. You guys ruined a perfectly good game!

I have no idea what I’m suppose to do to clear this level?

Once you connect to wifi the game won’t work offline , not a great set up!

Impossible to play with even moderate colorblindness. Needs a colorblind option.

I have tried for the past 3-4 days to proceed but you cannot see but 6 dots. Help!

All I get is the first splash screen then nothing. It used to work before all the updates.

I loved it even with the crashing. Until I got to a level in the 2000s and the game changed.

On level 74 there is no way you can beat that level as no boxes show up to break. You lose all your lives

Love the game but to many issues with it saying not connected and wind let you do the rooms thinking about deleting if the issues can’t be resolved

About 2 or 3 days ago the game just crashed. There are 5 dots (just like on dice). I thought maybe if I delete the app and re-download, it would do something. NOPE now I’m back on level 1. And seen as how I was on level 670, I am NOT a happy camper!

I was near level 2000 and app not working. It blacked out and only loads about 6 dots on the screen. Always ads, even when you pay for option to remove them. Have to keep buying coins for everything! And to continue playing you have to use coins. First it was 100, then to 150 and now 170! Rip-off.

I love this game but when I play it my phone gets extremely hot and it drains the battery. I have the new iPhone 13 and my battery normally lasts for two days. But i can drain a full battery playing this game for an hour.

Now I’m getting a blank screen when I try to play. It has a few dots and X’s across the top.

If you’re American you won’t advance higher than 30. Plus, they never show the entire leaderboard. And now I’m being screwed out of receiving treasure chests. “Get the next one at 670.” It passed by and said “Get the next one at 680”, which I got. “Get the next one at 690.” It passed me up and now I must wait for 700. Let’s see if that happens.

Leave poor feedback and you’re sent lousy games, taking away your lives. Too many glitches. I’m almost ready to kick this game to the curb.

Update…All of a sudden the option to watch a video to get 3 extra balls is gone! HATE THIS NOW!

This was by far my favorite game for awhile. It started glitching about a week ago. After I open the game, the Voodoo Games screen shows then gets stuck! The last day or so, it will start up, but then freeze between rounds. IfI close it and then try to open it again, it freezes just past the Voodoo Games screen again. What the heck? So disappointed…pull me in with your fun game then take it away! Not cool!

I very much enjoyed playing the original game. HOWEVER, for some reason the original game is now gone and replaced by a game I do not want (in fact I hate the new game). PLEASE RESTORE THE ORIGINAL GAME THAT I PURCHASED!

I received an email from customer support. The email did not address my issue and instead just encouraged me to try the new version of the game. I sent a reply email but I doubt it will receive a helpful response since no one bothered to even read my game review. The email also included a separate link to contact the developer but when I clicked on the link there was no option to contact the developer! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GAME OR ANY OTHER GAME BY THIS DEVELOPER!
