I have the Design Home application on my iPad. I have repeatedly completed offers where you say I have been rewarded but the rewards never show up in my app. When I submit a ticket saying that you show my reward as having been paid out but that I never received the reward, you answer saying, "We're happy to inform you that you've already received this reward..." This tells me that there must not be real people reading these tickets because you aren't listening to what I'm saying. I know very well that you think I've been rewarded, but what I'm trying to tell you is that I haven't. Then in your automatic email you also state that if I have further questions or problems to let you know. When I do, I receive no answer. I can't tell you how frustrating this is. Especially because I need the rewards to be able to play the game. So sometimes it works but frequently it doesn't. I never know if all my efforts will be rewarded with a real tangible reward in my inbox on my app. Recently I risked giving my Social Security number to Credit Karma to fulfill the requirements for 15, 783 diamonds. I've continued to use the app, but actually submitted it online as well as the app since you stated downloading the app doesn't fulfill the requirements. You see, I'm painstakingly sticking to the requirements in order that everything will go well. No matter, because you said I was rewarded but the diamonds never showed up. This has happened multiple times with multiple rewards. I could scream with frustration. Especially with losing such a large payout. I feel like you don't care because you don't respond to my cries for help. You just answer in a way that is nonsensical to my problem. And according to your instructions, I have enabled cookies and turned off Ad tracking. So, what can be done to send me those diamonds? Thanks!

I love it and hate it. I love that it is fun. I hate that the voting appears to be rigged somehow. Also, I find that I may close it down at night with a certain number of diamonds, then when I open it up the next day, half of the diamonds have disappeared!

I don't consider the game addictive but everybody's different. I have PTSD and I utilize the game as a coping mechanism for my anxiety. easiest way to put money in the game is to only do the daily challenges for a few days but that's just me and I've been playing it for almost 2 years now

The game is addictive, we need to stop playing. What happened to the days when you buy a game and play it? Now, everyone one of them is a constant grab for more of your money. Every game out there stops you unless you pay more money or wait a day. I’m done. And, DesignHome had the nerve to lower the reward for scoring a 5 from 250 diamonds to 125. Seriously, people?

Wow. Ive learned the hard way to screen shot EVERYTHING! In design home, I've had diamond totals change without explanation or the diamonds rewarded differ. I've had faulty links and 404 websites. What are we to do?

Yes me too! And yes to the original comment here. I however, have a different problem altogether. I finally decided enough was enough I had 5 outstanding unrewarded, yet requirements fully met, offers completed. I took screenshots had all my proof and I went ahead and created a support ticket for each one including the screenshots attached proving I completed the offer fully, on some cases spent money, and those scam artists shot me 5 emails back stating, "due to a 'concerning' amount of tickets sent in through this account, we will be denying any more support tickets sent in from this account within the next 24 hours. If you are still having issues after this period, please attach proof and reply back." ARE YOU F***ING KIDDIBG ME?!? WTH? I replied back with a very pissy clap back and told them their services are no longer required. I then unsubscribed to anything tapjoy related and called it a day. However, man, I'm pissed. Its the principal. They in total owe me a little over 100, 000 or so diamonds for home design and not to mention countless others on other apps I completed and didn't bother to worry about...

They don't even LOOK at my screen shots. I just lodged a complaint about it too. You can see that the event still has time left in the screen shots and I get told "You didn't complete it in the time necessary."

Tapjoy is pathetic - I am no longer going to play any games they are associated with. They're full of [censored].

I recently downloaded Angry Birds Match and completed the 30 levels required to earn diamonds. I waited about 3 days to get them in my in-box where they were pending. On checking reward status today, this offer has vanished from my 'Not Rewarded' status and I'm unable to request an investigation.

I'm more than disappointed - I'd say I'm one very angry bird.

This is what happened to me... it took me a couple weeks to finish a ‘get to this level on this game’ offer, and when I do, it no longer shows ANYTHING about the offer on my reward wall. Pisses me off! I’m out about 75, 000 diamonds at this point! Without it showing up, you can’t even email them.

I have constant issues. Have you tried going into the inbox of design home and screen shoting every diamonds earned thing so they can see? I had an offer actually change diamonds. Luckily I know this company is a mess so i had photos to show them but did they do anything? Nope!

I have the same issue. The diamonds are not awarded and when I file a request, they usually pay off. I have mostly done the ones where you are required to read an article and they don't pay a lot but I don't risk personal information getting out there. It doesn't matter--they still don't want to pay up. They sent me this very nasty email! They should not be allowed to do this. How do I send proof of reading an article on my Ipad? "It has come to our attention that you have you have submitted a concerning amount of tickets. A review of your account has shown a pattern of non-compliant and/or suspicious behavior. Per our User Terms, which states that we do not permit user action that is disruptive to our platform, we regret to inform you that we are suspending this inquiry.

Please note this new ticket and any others within the next 24 hours will be flagged for denial review. After this period, if you continue to have an issue, you can reply back to this ticket with detailed proof for a Reward Specialist to review your case. If we continue, to see behavior on your account that is in violation of our Terms of Service, Tapjoy's services and support will no longer be available to you."

I got the same email. They do not tell you what is considered too many requests. Soneyimes you can make 3 so i guess its more than that? Lol what my problem is, is that after 24 hours when you respind tobthe email with proof they say nothing. Now in their terms of service they do not explain multipke requests are damaging to tgeir platform. Lol i mean seriously?

NOWHERE on their websites terms of service nor the one we agree to on design hone go into details about this. Why cant they just state that only a few requests can be made every 24 hours? Easy solution.

Every single one has failed to credit. I've sent tickets with proof and follow ups to those proof screenshots and never have received a response nor diamonds. This game is ridiculous.

Would anyone else like to start a class action lawsuit? There is a definite issue with not receiving diamonds (which do have a monetary value). I am considering starting a suit...I need 2 other people to join me to make it a class action suit.

I agree. I am owed thousands of diamonds. I try very hard to design on the up and up, but it never gives diamonds unless you spend money. And I get ridiculous amounts if calls, texts, and emails trying to complete offers w/o spending money. Now, I'm dealing with a High Data Usage issue. ?

I too have completed many different offers and didn't get my diamonds. I am also owed thousands of diamonds. When the is not the offer listed, I choose something similar. They have a place to write the description so I don't know why they don't read that. I too think that they just want you to buy the diamonds.

I have completed an offer to apply for and be approved for fingerhut credit and have completed the offer to download poker heat and reach level 7, (done) and I was supposed to get 65, 797 and 35000 diamonds respectively. none have showed up. I think this is a game tapjoy plays to receive incentives from the offer companies and not follow through on their promise of diamonds, in an effort to try to make you buy the diamonds, too. Very shady Tapjoy!

I have been ripped off for over 360, 570 diamonds. I actually subscribed to Graze and Hulu and Loot Crate. I now get 655 spam msgs a week from this. The offers are just for phishing. I just did one that said complete quiz, 5 questions...I got to question 15 and quit. Some say you only need valid e-mail then they ask for address and phone. I have contacted Tapjoy, get automated msg back. Once I got a msg saying to send them proof and invoices! Many of the offers don't even show up on the Tapjoy form so that I can request diamonds. It is a big SCAM and Design Home could care less. I am sending my complaint to the bbb and fcc.

I have experienced the same from TapJoy and with larger Diamond Awards. I send an email with specific information of dates and actions only to receive a generic response that requests or suggests l do what l informed them was already done. They changed their complaint reporting system from general entry to drop down list. Sometimes an offer completed is not on the list and offers l looked at but did not complete are. Th ere is no way to submit a complaint without it on the lust. Home Design does not semm to be an advocate for their players rither. I have reported missing Diamonds to them and provided case numbers. So far no award. I have an offer l am passionately pursuing of 14, 196 Diamonds for ordering a magazine subscription from Bon Apetit. Enough is rnough!
