I have played Armored God and reached character level 120 and their response was :

TapJoy reward points

Tapjoy is a burning garbage pile of a company. Do not do business with them and do not spend any money through the games they work in. They will rip you off. I followed instructions to earn points in a game by playing another game. I completed the game and received no points. After trying to contact them for 3 weeks I finally get ahold of a really rude customer service woman and she told me I took longer than 30 days to finish so there's nothing for them to do. Nowhere on the offer stated that it had to be completed in 30 days. I attached the offer you can see for yourself. This isn't even about the stupid games points for me at this point. They're shady and dishonest. I read tons and tons of other reviews by other people who didn't get their rewards or their credit cards were charged without consent and it's just ridiculous. They're taking advantage of people and it's not okay. They don't even attempt to make it right or to fix their mistakes. That's not good customer service. It's also not good customer service to make it next to impossible to contact their customer service. I would never do business with this company. They have no values. They are bad people

TapJoy not getting a reward for game kill shot bravo.

Hi. I just made a purches for credits to game KILL SHOT BRAVO.
Thing is I did not get gold like I was supossed to.
Offer was I get it right after purches.
Can you please fixt that issue as soon as you can.
I was realy counting to get that gold right after I bought it and payed over $16 and can't cansel the order cause I will be band from your offers in topjoy.

TapJoy tapjoy offer for postmates

I did the offer for 6000 in gold for postmates it went into pending less then 24 hours, after I completed the offer in less then 24 hours it went from pending to total disappearing in the pending rewards section it said when it was pending I had 28 to complete yet in disappeared after I completed it in less then 24 hours I appreciate it if you honor your offer on this matter

I ran into the same issue, Tapjoy claims Postmates said I didn't sign up through the offer, Postmates says its because I didn't apply the required code(I tried their system denied it) This was on the game Warriors of Waterdeep. I have screenshots and a timeline showing the app downloaded, signing up for postmates for the first time, purchasing, and receiving/paying for my order all within a 3 hour period. Apparently Postmates are fraudulently posting offers they have no intention of honoring.

Hi I have done about 6 tapjoys and downloaded the apps I was supposed to do and I still don't get my rewards it says my rewards are denied why is that and I have done my offers fairrl and square, my email is [protected]@gmail.com and my username is mAh•impression

TapJoy tapjoy blocked my account due to wrong proof upload by me

Dear tapjoy team, my account is permanently blocked by you because by accidently i sent some other pics for reward. I am not done this as a fraud intension. I claim for a reward from tapjoy but by mistake i upload some wrong image for reward and my account is blocked. So plzz activate my account. I am regular buyer of google. Plzz i love tapjoy so much. TapJoy dino bucks not received from ffxv

I completed an offer for FFXV to reach 100k power for just over 8000 dino bucks.

when i queried why it had not been credited i received the following response:

Thank you for being patient with us!

I'm very sorry to inform you that the advertiser of the "Reach Power 100K in Final Fantasy XV! " offer has determined that your transaction is ineligible for reward because as per Machine Zone, this app was installed for a different offer. Since the advertiser has made this decision, we will not be able to award your device for this offer.

This is the first and only offer i have clicked for this game and actually spent real money to achieve power 100k and it is disheartening to realise i've een scammed.

TapJoy dice with buddies offers/tile

I ordered the tile offer off of the rewards page through tapjoy. Could not attach my screenshots due to your company not providing the 85 free dice rolls. I opened a case and still nothing. I'm attaching screenshots of the case Number and purchase receipt. I expect to receive their rewards. I would not have purchased the tiles through this site if I knew there was no follow through. Please help with this situation

TapJoy jurassic world alive hard cash offer

I completed a hard cash offer for the game rise of kingdoms, which required me to upgrade my city to level 15. The hard cash offer was for 5434 hard cash during a 100% extra cash event. I've completed the task as of two days ago, but I've not recieved my reward. I do have a screen shot of the HQ at level 15. Hopefully you can assist me with gathering the reward total. Thank you

TapJoy rewards for army men strike

I leveled up 5 officers to 3 stars, I still haven't received my diamonds. The offer is no longer in my reward status therefore I can send a ticket for it. I'm fuming as I spend a lot of time on the game to get nothing! I've tried to contact them but there isn't a way to just send an email or a ticket for something different. There was never a "time limit" on it so it shouldn't be a problem!

TapJoy rewards

I completed 2 very large offers for tap joy through walking dead road to survival & wasn't rewarded. On both occasions the offers disappeared right before completion so I couldn't submit a complaint. This is a lot of my time & around 7000 coins. I have screenshots of offers & of completed offers. I need someone to contact my email & make this right

TapJoy tapjoy reward satisfaction on topps bunt app

I have happily used your app on the topps bunt site for years. But for the last 2 weeks a problem has arisen. It has become impossible to contact tapjoy when there is a problem with non rewarded offers. When ever I try to use the request support function I am thrown back to the offer wall. The same is true when trying to use any function in the dropdown box. I have lost about 100, 000 coins as the completed offers have dropped off the not rewarded list. I have another 150, 000+ that I am afraid will end up with the same fate. I enjoy the offers but cannot keep using it if there is no hope of collecting the rewards. Please, can someone look into the problem.

TapJoy reward for army men strike

Both my boyfriend and I got Army Men strike installed (on different mobiles) and we both completed a different offer for the game, through Tapjoy within Unkilled game.

My boyfriend offer was to reach HQ lvl 10 for around 32 000 golds.

My offer was to get 5 3 stars heroes for an amount of over 50 000 golds.

Neither of us received our reward upon completion.

We both requested it... and got the status denied...

We both provided screenshots, the required proof for obtaining our reward... and now what?

After spending nearly a month on a game, we are accused of what? Cheating? Seriously? We BOTH had suspicious behaviors on different mobiles? With different emails? We both failed with 2 different offers for the SAME game?

I can't belive Tapjoy accept to represent developpers that are not honest. I am still completing 4 offers I have been working on for weeks (most of the time, I aimimg at the offers that give over 20 000 golds...), I will not completed those under 10 000 golds... And I will be through with Tapjoy... Most of the time, I have to "fight" for my rewards... And now, even with proof, they deny our request? That's not just for one person, but for 2!

Honestly, as I only lost time with this, I won't go any further... but if cash was implied, you could be sure I would have go to Court cause this is FRAUD...

TapJoy disrespectful emails

Hello, as most people I would like to earn cash in 8 ball pool so I play the games which can take weeks
I finished a good few games and send the proof
THE RUDNESS and damn right sarcastic emails I get back is NOT on
As I stated I sent proof of 3 games
1) the reply only speak of 1 game
2)telling me I am sending random pics?
3)saying I'm not allowed to screen shot them... would you like to tell me how I'm ment to take a photo then
Then I'm told if I don't do it properly I won't receive my cash
What the hell is this about
I have sent many emails with proof of 3 or more pics and I'm being told hope your sending random this is your last attempt
Its disgusting

TapJoy compensation refused - 1600+ tokens in puzzle pages, for mobile royale castle lvl 14

This company can be extremely useful, but sometimes it is downright awful. My final straw with TapJoy just occurred today. I spent two weeks completing an offer from an Mobile Royale (reach lvl 14 Castle), which I explicitly downloaded through TapJoy. When I finally completed the offer and did not receive my compensation, I sent a support ticket to get help and, of course, sent the screenshots proving that I did it, as well as my in-game ID. TapJoy's response? "You did not download the app through TapJoy, so we will not compensate you." Yes, I definitely did! Otherwise, I never would have downloaded the app! I clicked directly through TapJoy on the app where I was seeking compensation to download the app. Then when I went to check my TapJoy offerwall, the offer was suddenly completely gone, when it had been there the night before! I feel cheated!

Then their customer service is impossible to get in touch with outside of the offerwall, so if your offer vanishes from the TapJoy offerwall, you're toast and there's nothing you can do about it. TapJoy can be incredibly glitchy at times, and this is not the first time that TapJoy has told me that I downloaded an app outside of their offerwall when I know that it is not true. I depend on TapJoy to appreciate the benefits in apps with in-game currency. When TapJoy works, it is incredibly helpful. When it does not, it is incredibly frustrating.

Same thing happened to my boyfriend but they told him he was using a VPN, proxies service, or changed his device identifier to many times. NONE of which have been done. Messaged them again telling them that and they blocked his email!

TapJoy diamonds not awarded from home design app

I completed an offer to join Sun Bingo on 29 March this year. I deposited and wagered £10 and completed the criteria to obtain the reward of diamonds for use within the app.

I sent emails to tapjoy support on 5 April, 8 April, 15 April and 18 April this year to enquire as to when I would receive the reward. I sent screenshots as proof of completion of the offer on several occasions. Your advisor, Elsy E, responded to my emails requesting proof of offer completion when I had already sent her the information. The reference number is ref:_00D30pf03._5001B1JqLDr:ref

I have received at least two emails informing me that as I had (apparently) not contacted tapjoy support with regard to this offer within the last three days my case was considered resolved and was closed.

In spite of my emailing straight back to inform them that I was unhappy with this outcome and I did not consider my case had been resolved, I have been ignored.

Having completed the offer in good faith, and with the expectation that tapjoy would honour the offer reward, It is very disappointing that tapjoy has chosen to disregard all my emails and the proof I provided and I am hoping for a more positive response from yourselves in addition to the reward of my missing game diamonds.

TapJoy fraud

No matter how many offers I complete I get nothing. Submit proof and get denied. Company is incompetent and dishonest. These people should be shut down as they are nothing but scam artist. I have spend weeks playing games to get diamonds for games I actually play. I complete all requirements but they keep denying me. It is clear that they refuse to hold up their end and are very dishonest.

TapJoy unfair behavior regarding rewards

Lords mobile offer: Reach castle level 14.
I reached castle level 14 and Tapjoy states that I "failed". I sent proof of completion but I get an automated response saying that

"Our Risk Management systems have detected a few problems on your account that are in violation of our Terms of Service.

This can include the following:
- Changing your Device Identifier multiple times.
- The use of VPN, Proxies and/or any service that could alter information provided by your mobile
device. This can include ad trackers or even your work place VPN service."

Thus they will not reward me for the time and money, I did some IAP, that I put into this game.
I find this quite infuriating, not only do I not get any reward, but I also get this nasty email saying that it was my fault and that my Tapjoy account can be suspended.
It doesn't even specify what I did wrong, it just lists 3 things that they believe I may have broken.

I have one phone that plays Tapjoy games and one phone that plays the game that the points go to. This was how my phones were set up from the very beginning and I have been rewarded for many games already. My work does not use a VPN and I have been rewarded for other games played while on the work wifi; during break of course.

If it were a small amount of credits and time spent I wouldn't care as much. However I spent quite a lot of time, a few weeks, playing this game. As well as spending money on it to quicken my progress.

They did literally the SAME EXACT thing to my boyfriend! Sent him the same message none of which has he done! Then he emailed them again telling them that qnd they blocked his email!

TapJoy offer wall looney toons

Same story as countless others who have posted here. To receive in game awards I sometimes complete other game challenges or even make purchases on 3rd party websites. The majority of these are properly fulfilled. However I recently completed two offers (Postmates and Lords Mobile) and was denied game rewards. They claimed that the install of these apps was not done through the offer wall so they couldn't track. This is simply untrue. I completed these the same way I did countless others. The difference? This time they were larger rewards and they qualified for the limited time double rewards they posted last month. So the reward would have been 20, 000 gems in game which is significant. I opened support tickets at each company and was sent a forum letter denying the claim. It seems like scam. And for what? In game gems that have no monetary value! I suggest just avoiding this process and this company.
