Taco Bell my order

I ordered a lot of food, half was missing and the rest had onions on it! I never got my 2 nachos, part of my grande meal and my enchritos had onions after I told them "NO ONIONS"! I spent over 30.00 dollars and everything was wrong. I have had other problems with missing parts of my order and I have NEVER complained, but this time was the worst... I tried calling the store and as soon as I said "part of my order was missing the lady hung up on me, then refused to answer when I called back. I am including a picture of my receipt as proof of what I did order..

Taco Bell not getting all that I ordered

I stopped by the Taco Bell in Collinsville Il on my way home from work to get food for me and my boyfriend, the wait in the drive thru was long, I got my drinks and a bag of food. I got home and pulled the food out of the bag to eat and realized that I did not receive half of the order. My boyfriend called the location asking to speak to a manager, however they were unavailable, so he was connected with another person, when he told them what happened she advised he she was training a new person and the bag went out the window before everything was put in it. He explained that it will take about 15mins to get up there and asked if it was possible to remake the entire order so it would all be fresh and hot and we could eat together, she said that was not an option, she could only give us what was missing. He told her that he would bring all the food back and have them remake it all and she stated again that was not possible however she could refund the money. I feel like this is very poor customer service, and not good for business.

Taco Bell paid for $100 gift card that does not work, however really has a balance of $100 but does not work.

I bought a $100 giftcard for taco bell. I have never been able to use it. I have tried online through the application for the last four days. On Thursday and Friday after calling customer service for taco bell they claimed the website was having issues. It is now Sunday and no store or website will take it even though it clearly has a $100 balance.

Taco Bell online order

Placed an online order to be picked up at 7:45. My husband showed up there at 8:00 to pick up the order and it is still not ready. It is 8:10 now. What's the point in changing the pick up time to when is convenient for me when it is not ready when it says it will be? I am very upset. It would probably been faster if I had went through the drive thru. The whole reason I downloaded the app was for that reason. This is the second order I have placed with the app and it has not been even close to ready when we arrive. The store is not busy at all right now. There is no excuse for this.

Taco Bell wait time/store unclean/no manager/

waited 30 min for our order. store a mess with dirty tables, floors, glass doors, food on floors etc... other customers wait was just as long as others announced their wait times. order was to go; bc the drive through is just as horrendous, but from what I could hear the team members talk amongst themselves was tht its quicker to go thru the drive thru. so apparently taco bell serves drive thru before serving the people tht take the time to get out of cars and come in. the health board needs contacted on this store. and where is the leadership and manager at this store. this is the 2nd time in 2 months we have had to wait over 20 min for "fast food" . the member running the food line for the lobby told the member running register to tell customers 30 min wait... seriously? some had to get a refund after they couldn't wait any longer. ridiculous.. get it together.. oh, also had to remove tomato bc it tasted metallic or something

Taco Bell hours

Got off from a long day at work 45 minutes away, and get to the location for it to be closed. Mind you, it's only 12:30a and it closes at 1a weekdays, 2a weekends. Not only was this inconvenient, but bad business. Considering working in the restaurant business, I know you aren't supposed to close 2 minutes before closing more or less 30 minutes early. Underpaid for a reason!

Taco Bell taco bell 029079

Haven't made a purchase from this location in 3 years. Decided to try again tonight. Huge mistake. Husband picked up order and brought to me at work since I could not leave for dinner. Shorted the order to begin with. Left out one taco and the cinnabon 4 pk. Quesadilla was scorched, bone dry, no cheese of any kind and not fit to eat. It was trashed and since my husband had to share his tacos with me, he was not to happy either. The tacos were soggy and falling thru the bottom as we tried to eat them. On top of all this the clerk was surly and never even spoke other than to call out the price of the bad food. His name was Treivous B. Cant call the store since calls go straight to some kind of device that sounds like a fax machine. Called corp office and it says call back during business hours. Done with this lousy service and worse food at Taco Bell in Perry Georgia. Today is Dec. 13, 2018 and we will never, ever go back there.

Taco Bell the customer service is horrible!

Taco bell in Rayne, Louisiana. On Sunday December 9, 2018 my husband my children and myself went through the drive through to order dinner. We get to the order screen and the worker says "im sorry we are shift changing right now this register is closed so you will have to get down and come inside to order ." So even though we really didnt want to get down we did. We unloaded all the children get to the counter and the lady says "oh well the worker who is working this register is on break so this register is closed right now too! Now usually I dont make a big deal about stuff like this but this was absolutely ridiculous ! We left and I will not be returning to taco bell in rayne, louisiana ever. They did the same thing to another family that was right behind us . They were quite upset also.

Taco Bell service

On 12-11-18 me and a co-worker visited the Taco Bell in Muscle Shoals Alabama. We entered the restaurant to order our lunch. There was no one at the cash register. A lady was standing behind the counter and said she wasn't trained to operate the register. She turned to another young lady and ask her to come take our order. In response the lady said she didn't want to. At this time I asked for a manager. I was told she walked that way. After 10 minutes we left. Not good business.

Taco Bell food quality

Ordered online. 2 dorito shell taco supreme. 2 rolled chicken 2 pk
1 large Sierra Mist. Bill totaled $9.80
Paid with credit card.
Went to pick up... no Dorito shells... I asked for plain instead. Was supposed to be supreme and they were not. The Sierra Mist had no syrup or carbonation, had to be thrown away. No change was made to my bill because of the difference in order. Very disappointed. Taco Bell is right across from where I work, we go there a lot.

Taco Bell missing food

Went in to order, went fine.
Got home and realized 6 things were missing!
4 orders of cheese nachos, and 2 cheese roll-ups.
I go back with my receipt and tell them what was missing.
I received four bags of cold chips and a few things of cheese along with two cheese roll-ups.

I paid 6 dollars 4 little bags of cold chips, needless to say, I'm not happy

Taco Bell on 12/1/2018 my order.

On 12/1/2018 at 4:57:06 pm I order a chalupa beef supreme and got a small portion of beef a teaspoon of beef in it. It was made my the cashier who my made it because the workers was moving too slow making preparing orders. at taco bell [protected] broad street Newark, nj 07104 my order number is 207807 cashier TUSHAR from [protected]@yahoo.com where is my beef in my chalupa beef supreme I paid for? I did not get the amount I seen advertised.

Taco Bell dirty unsanitary environment

While waiting for food at Taco Bell on Dewey in Greece NY, I observed very unsanitary work area...overflowing garbage with garbage and food all over the floor while they worked and walked around in it. This is disgusting and I couldn't believe they were allowed to work and serve people food like this. This has really made me not want to eat food from there. Please adress this sanitation issue. Taco Bell response time and customer service

Sub-par: 8-10 minutes per car at the 2101 Rosa Parks Blvd TN location. Each time I've gone through that line on my break, I've been late coming back to work. I understand taking TOPS 5 minutes per car, I immediately go to my car, takes less than a minute. No customer service skills, orders messed up or wrong entirely. Quickly losing a customer here

Taco Bell chicken quesadilla

Simply stated, my Chicken Quesadilla was badly burned! I'm not sure what Taco Bell's problem is, but I've had all kinds of problems from the Taco Bell's nearby! Either I get the wrong thing, something is left out, or the food is bad in some way! I've complained to you before, but obviously mere complaint doesn't work for Taco Bell! Taco Bell used to be my favorite food, when you had the Enchirito, that is! Now your food and service are crap!

Taco Bell food quality

I thought Taco Bell would have good mexican food but I found not so I ordered a calupa the crust tasted like flour I ordered a taco salad & though the presentation was nice the rice at bottom was so soggy it made the basket soggy usually the chilli is soup like this hamburger came in lumps & was dry as anything and no beans the salad was lymped Wendys has a better taco salad anyday with the best chlli served separately I was very disapointed @ Reservoir Av Cranston RI Victoria Paliotta [protected]@aol.com

Taco Bell service

I went to Taco Bell on Page Ave. in Overland Mo at approximately 4 PM today December 1, 2018. As I got to the window to get my food, the girl dropped it on the ground between the building and my truck. They came out picked up the bag took the bag inside, stuffed all the broken tacos into new shells and served them to me. That is ridiculous! I feel like this is not only unsanitary, but rude! Is this the way you want your company represented?

Taco Bell product

For starters, I am not a complainer! But I feel I needed to say something. I was going to go through the drive-through but decided to go in instead because the line was long . The woman who served me was very nice and friendly! I ordered my food, and after a short wait she brought it to me. I ordered two beef burritos and a soft taco. I was already on the highway when I noticed that number 1, the beef burritos were bean burritos, and 2, they were very, very cold. I was very disappointed and had to stop somewhere else for food.. The woman who waited on me was wearing a different colored shirt, so I am thinking she was the manager. But also noticed she was on the phone talking and laughing the whole time, but nevertheless friendly to me... thank you for taking the time to listen to me.

Taco Bell manager

The taco Bell at 3217 South Arlington Rd. Akron Ohio. The manager Jerry was being very unprofessional to one of the employees there. He was making fun of this employee and talking crap. As In saying stuff like " your job should come before your kids" " I wish I could sit on my butt all day, your job must be easy". Calling him names and accusing him of stuff. Names like " scissors hands" making fun of him for wanting to make sure his family is ok. This manager was just being plain disrespectful to this employee. He refuses to give hours to this employee. When this employee ask in a month in advance if he could have this certain day off for his kids appts Jerry sits there and critizes him for making appts for his kids. This manager is very unprofessional and should not be talking to an employee this way. This manager Jerry has no right to be talking to this man about his family that is this man's personal issues not his.

Taco Bell gift card

I ordered a gift card online from Taco Bell and tried to inquire if it had been mailed or what was going on. I called several different numbers only to get the run around. I also sent some emails and never got a response. This is horrible service and I will never order from this company again. Now I have to try to get my money back. This company needs to serve the customers better.
