04/16/2024 I was waiting for food in line for over an hour in preparation for a meal before work. The attendant at the drive-thru stated they had taco Tuesday as the reason for the lack of food and extremely long wait times. The drive thru is setup so that no car can leave after ordering and this forces customers to wait in extremely long lines with poor service. They also gave another customer food that was not theirs that appeared to be my food order. This was sent back through the window.
