Hi my name is Sandra Antoine and I was sent to the collection agency by T-mobile wireless. I've paid all of my bills but they're telling me that I have a past due balance from my previous account which doesn't make sense to me, because T-mobile won't let upgrade/resign your contract without paying the pass due balances on the account. So if you can respond back with any information as soon as possible I would appreciate it. While I don't work at this company, I am sure they will get this right for they are a great company. I do hope you get everything working well and best of luck to you and yours.
