Dear Sirs:

I have asked you to close this account and credit my BBVA Account in Spain by wire. (Photocopy enclosed)

I have sent you your Claim Form for the money in my account, properly filled out, signed and with the required notarized copies of my Passport and Spanish Identity Card.

1. You have since then sent me a new Debit card, which I understand I was not to receive. (Photocopy enclosed)

2. You have since sent me a letter, saying that you could not find my closed account, but that I still have an open account (WHICH YOU HAVE NOT CLOSED, PER MY REQUEST OF 30 MAY (Photocopy enclosed)

As a result, you are holding hostage my remaining £ 300+ in the account you have not closed, and I am forced to inform the Bank of England this complaint. Please transfer the remaining funds to my account in Spain.

Desired outcome: Please close the account - Sort Code and A/C No. are shown in the information above. The BBVA IBAN (to receive funds) is: ES25 [protected].

Bank of England old £50.00 bank notes

The last time I was in England I withdrew £7,000.00 from my account with Natwest in Trowbridge, Wilts branch.

I now reside in Bali, Indonesia and occasionally I return to the UK to see my family. However, since I object to having the covid vaccination I cannot fly or enter the UK. My problem is the £7,000.00 I withdrew in 2020 is apparently in old notes so no one will change these notes to a currency I need!

These notes are still in their cellophane wraps and I still have the withdrawal slip from the bank, so can you please advise how I can change these notes to either the new ones or a currency of my choice?

Sincerely yours

Paul N Ingram

Any other details you may require I'll be happy to oblige.

Desired outcome: I need an answer on how to change old £50.00 notes whilst living in Indonesia as Banks and money changers will not accept them. I'm unable to visit the UK as I object to the covid Vaccination.
